Abstract

Perkembangan Kemajuan teknologi kecerdasan buatan, khususnya dalam bidang pemrosesan bahasa alami (Natural Language Processing/NLP), telah membuka peluang baru dalam pengembangan sistem layanan pelanggan yang lebih efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan Named Entity Recognition (NER) berbasis Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) dalam perancangan sistem customer service berbasis web di PT. Afbe Cahaya Kreatif. Teknologi ini memungkinkan sistem mengenali entitas penting dalam pertanyaan pelanggan, seperti nama produk, lokasi, dan jenis layanan, serta memahami konteks secara dua arah. Metode penelitian mencakup pengumpulan data percakapan, pelabelan entitas, pelatihan model, dan integrasi model ke dalam antarmuka layanan pelanggan. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah sistem otomatis yang mampu memberikan jawaban secara cepat, akurat, dan real-time. Dengan sistem ini, perusahaan dapat mengurangi beban kerja staf, menyediakan layanan 24/7, serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

The management and access to academic information at SMK Asshiddiqiyah Garut is still ineffective. The student assessment process requires re-recording in Microsoft Excel for each subject, which is time-consuming and prone to recording errors. In addition, parents find it difficult to obtain information on learning outcomes because they have to come directly to the school. The purpose of this study is to design and develop a web-based academic information system that can make it easier for students, parents, and teachers to manage and obtain academic information online. The software development methodology uses the Rational Unified Process with the stages of inception, elaboration, construction, and transition. The resulting system was tested using blackbox testing, and the test results showed a satisfaction level of 95.7% (strongly agree category) from students and 78.7% (agree category) from teachers.

Abstract

Garut is a region known for its many pilgrimage sites that are considered sacred and revered. One of the pilgrimage destinations in Garut is the Sacred Tomb of Godog (Makam Keramat Godog). This pilgrimage tourism emphasizes religious values and is visited with the purpose of seeking blessings and prayers from those believed to hold a special status in the eyes of God. Information about this pilgrimage site is still obtained from personal stories and digital platforms such as blogs. However, this information is only presented in the form of text and images. In addition, the information provided about the Sacred Tomb of Godog is still limited due to the lack of specific sources of information. With the development of technology, Virtual Reality can be utilized as a medium to introduce the Sacred Tomb of Godog and assist people who have limited accessibility to visit the pilgrimage site. This research aims to design and develop a Virtual Reality Tour for pilgrimage tourism that can help tourists or potential visitors who face distance limitations, have accessibility constraints, and increase tourist interest in visiting pilgrimage sites. The method used in this research is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), which consists of six stages: concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. The testing technique used in this research is alpha testing using the black box method. The result of this research is a website-based Virtual Reality Tour to support pilgrimage tourism, which features pilgrimage information, Google Maps, directional guide features (hotspots), audio, and a chatbot.

Abstract

Learning antibiotic drugs at the Pharmacy Vocational School is relatively difficult because these drugs have many classes and the use of scientific terms. To overcome this, interactive learning media involving images, animations, text, and sound is needed so that the material can be learned more easily. Therefore, the Android-based antibiotic drug introduction learning media application was created to help vocational school students majoring in pharmacy in learning antibiotic materials that can be used anywhere and anytime. The methodology used in the creation of this application is the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) methodology, while the evaluation of the application is carried out using the EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) method. The antibiotic introduction learning media application has material features, quizzes, instructions, about and audio pronunciation of scientific terms so that users can understand the pronunciation well. The results of the evaluation of the application obtained a user satisfaction level with an average of 98% which is included in the very satisfied category.

Abstract

A chatbot is a computer program designed to simulate intellectual dialogue with one or more humans, either through text or audio. Chatbots serve specific functions and roles, including simplifying the process of responding to inquiries—where responses are not required to be immediate—and allowing questions to be answered in real time.The objective of this research is to develop an information chatbot for Puskesmas Cilimus to support real-time information services. By using a Natural Language Processing (NLP) approach, the development process helps design and build an application that facilitates interaction between humans and computer systems. The Rational Unified Process (RUP) method is used for system design, which includes the phases of Inception, Elaboration, Construction, and Transition.The result of this study is a Telegram-based information chatbot service that can assist users in accessing information at any time without time constraints.

Abstract

Owners' lack of knowledge about cat health often leads to cat illnesses not being detected early, even leading to death. About 65% of cats are only found to be sick when brought to the clinic, which is often due to busy owners. This makes the time to consult with a veterinarian unavailable. This research aims to create an Android-based application that can be a link between people who have cats as pets and veterinarians, in consulting related problems experienced by the cat owner. The results showed that Scrum contributed to the development of an efficient Halo Cat application, with accurate time estimation and features that support consultation.

Abstract

Garut has nine modern shopping centers that are the main destinations for local residents and visiting tourists. The modern shopping center industry has a significant role in improving the economy and welfare, especially in Garut Regency. Where now virtual reality can complement social media as a source of information. With the development of virtual reality (VR) technology to support modern shopping centers. The purpose of this study is to design, build and implement a web-based virtual reality tour of modern shopping centers using the MDLC method for information media for visitors. The methodology used in this research is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle method consisting of six stages: concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. The results of this study are the Design of a Web-Based Virtual Reality Tour of Modern Shopping Centers. displays 3600 panoramic images, hotspot features, sound features, videos, and there are google map and chatbot features. The testing method used in this study is using Beta testing obtained a score of 3.98 percent stating that the Ciplaz VR Tour web is feasible to use.

Abstract

Distinctive arts and local community culture as cultural heritage inherited from generation to generation, traditional art is present as a window to the local wisdom of ancestors, this art has various forms such as dance, music, theater, fine arts, to literature. The Garut Regency Culture and Tourism Office stated that traditional art information facilities still use book media, the renewal of this information system aims to map the arts in Garut Regency which is still considered ineffective for this digital era. Furthermore, the purpose of this research is to produce a web-based Garut Traditional Arts mapping system. In analyzing and designing this mapping system, the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method is used with several stages, namely Inception, Elaboration, Construction, Transition and for modeling using Unified Modelling Langguange (UML). The system was tested using the blackbox testing method. The Garut art location mapping system by applying Leaflet to display traditional art locations. This research results in a Garut art mapping system that can provide information on locations, facilities and activities as promotional media.

Abstract

In the midst of rapid technological development, manual recording in inventory management in the sandal trading industry often leads to errors, inefficiency, and accumulation of goods. This research aims to develop a web-based inventory control system using the First In First Out (FIFO) algorithm with the Extreme Programming (XP) approach, one of the agile software development methods that emphasizes collaboration, rapid iteration, and continuous testing. System development includes modeling with Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram, and designing with CRC Card. The final result in the form of an inventory system for Hizam Sandal Warehouse was tested using black-box testing and acceptance testing methods based on User Stories, which showed that the system runs as needed. The implementation of this system succeeded in increasing the efficiency of recording, reducing data errors, and facilitating the analysis of the accumulation of goods.

Abstract

Indonesia faces challenges of uneven population distribution, including in Garut Regency, which has a population of 2,585,607 people. This disparity leads to overcrowding issues in several areas. This study aims to cluster population density based on districts using the K-Means algorithm and the CRISP-DM (Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining) approach. CRISP-DM consists of six main stages: business understanding, data understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment, which are systematically applied in this research. The data used was obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Garut Regency in 2023, covering population numbers and the area of each district. At the modeling stage, the K-Means algorithm is applied to group districts based on population density similarity. The optimization of the number of clusters was carried out using the elbow method, resulting in the optimal number of three clusters (k=3). Evaluation using the Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI) yielded a value of 0.5794, indicating that the clusters formed have good separation. The clustering results show that cluster 0 includes districts with high density, cluster 1 with medium density, and cluster 2 with low density. The results of this study have the potential to be implemented in regional development planning, assisting the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Garut Regency and related agencies in formulating policies for equitable development, public service distribution, and more effective infrastructure planning. With population density mapping based on data mining, policies can be more evidence-based, enabling better decision-making in addressing demographic issues in Garut Regency.
