Abstract

BIM is present as evidence of the development of digital technology which has influenced and provided benefits in the scope of construction work, starting from project planning, project scheduling, project management, building management and others. Calculating the project cost budget must be done as efficiently as possible to avoid development cost overruns. Therefore, this research uses the 5D Building Information Modeling (BIM) concept which aims to analyze the difference in volume and cost estimates between the BIM method and consultant calculations for the Graha Sucofindo Balikpapan structural work. From the calculation results, it was obtained using the BIM 5D concept that the volume of filling was 86,421.50 kg at a cost of Rp. 1,564,834,100.50 while the volume from consultants was 93,266.75 kg at a cost of Rp. 1,688,781,042.25 for a concrete volume with the BIM 5D concept of 260.12 m3 with a cost of Rp. 539,057,530.84, while the volume from the consultant was 373.41 m3 with a cost of Rp. 773,565,476.31. The results of this calculation show that using the BIM 5D concept in concrete calculations is more economical by IDR. 123,946,941.75 or 7.34% of the consultant's calculation and provision calculation of Rp. 234,507,945.47 or 30.32% more economical than the consultant's calculation. These results show that the implementation of BIM 5D in Autodesk Revit is more efficient in volume calculations and cost estimates.

Abstract

Adaptive Reuse, as an urban area development strategy, is increasingly becoming a concern in facing the challenge of revitalizing abandoned shopping centers. This research describes the application of Adaptive Reuse at Annarto Mall in Tarogong Kidul District, Garut City. The aim of this research is to evaluate the success and impact of the Adaptive Reuse strategy in reviving Annarto Mall. The research method involves field surveys and descriptive data analysis. The research results show that the implementation of Adaptive Reuse at Annarto Mall has succeeded in producing significant revitalization. Various aspects such as the use of space and the function of the building have been changed to meet new needs and increase commercial appeal. Positive impacts can be seen in increased customer visits, local economic growth, and positive changes in public perception of shopping centers. This research contributes to the practical and theoretical understanding of the application of Adaptive Reuse in the context of abandoned shopping centers. The implications of this research can be used as a guide for developers, local governments and related stakeholders in facing similar shopping center revitalization challenges. The conclusions of this research support the importance of Adaptive Reuse as a sustainable strategy in addressing changing market needs and maintaining the sustainability of the urban environment.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate and analyze the application of the Eco-Green concept in sports facilities buildings in Garut Regency. Eco-Green is a design and construction approach that aims to reduce the environmental impact of buildings, by paying attention to energy efficiency, the use of environmentally friendly materials and waste management. Garut Regency as a research location was chosen because of the need to develop sustainable infrastructure. This research method includes field surveys, documentation analysis, and interviews with relevant stakeholders. The data obtained was used to evaluate the implementation of the Eco-Green concept in sports facilities buildings in Garut Regency. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a comprehensive view of the successes and challenges in implementing Eco-Green principles in the context of sports infrastructure development in this region. This research contributes to the practical understanding of the implementation of Eco-Green in sports facilities and identifies critical factors that influence the successful implementation of this concept. The implications of the results of this research can be a basis for decision makers in the field of infrastructure planning and development, especially in the context of sustainable development. Apart from that, this research can also be a reference for further research on the development of the Eco-Green concept in the building and infrastructure construction sector in other areas.

Abstract

In a construction project, it is important to control time, quality, and cost so that the work results are in accordance with the plan. This study aims to determine the results of the analysis and critical events from the application of the Critical Path Method (CPM) in time scheduling on the Chandra Tanjung Karang Building construction project. The results of the study indicate that by using the CPM method, the project completion time can be determined in a period of 24 weeks. The critical events obtained include Preparation work (A), Earthwork (B), Substructure work (C1), 2nd floor structure work (C3), Masonry work (E), Frame work (G1), ACP work (H), Painting work (K) and Preparation work (A), Earthwork (B), Substructure work (C1), DAK floor structure work (C6), ACP work (H), CCTV work (T2), Painting work (K) The critical path obtained from start to finish consists of two paths, namely A, B, C1, C3, E, G1, H, K and A, B, C1, C6, H, T2, K
