Abstract

Abstract

Clean water is the main source for society. However, not all areas have sufficient availability of clean water, for example Pangkalan Village and Pasir Mukti Village which are located in Tenjowaringin Village. In this research, planning for the availability of clean water was carried out for the people of Pangkalan village and Pasir Mukti village. The spring used in the planning was the Cipeuti spring, the water source of which had not been utilized at all. The method used to determine the amount of discharge is the volumethic method by collecting spring water, then the water is raised to the distribution reservoir using a pump, then the water is distributed using a gravity system. However, the method that will later be used for distribution of clean water is planned using the help of Epanet 2.2 software. The results of the analysis of water needs until the 2033 plan year showed that the population was 474 people using the geometric method, for a water discharge of 13,140 lt/day (0.16 lt/sec) with Cipeuti water availability until 2033, namely 0.17 lt/sec. The results of the calculations show that the availability of clean water in Cipeuti can meet the water needs of the people of Pangkalan village and Pasir Mukti village. For the dimensions of the reservoir used, namely 2.5 m x 2.5 m x 3 m and the dimensions of the planned reservoir are 2.5 m x 2.5 m x 3.5 m, the type of pipe used is HDPE pipe, where the value of the pipe coefficient uses Hazen Williams values which will later be applied in the Epanet 2.2 application for pipe distribution.

Abstract

Tourism villages are an alternative to accommodate the needs of tourists where the potential of rural areas in the form of rural natural scenery, historical and cultural heritage as well as various folk arts and crafts have so far attracted the interest of tourists. Cinunuk Wanaraja Village, Garut Regency is considered to have various tourism potentials that can be an attraction, one of which is religious tourism and bathing tours in Cibolerang. If natural uniqueness or activities already exist in a village, then the next step is empowering the community to be involved in developing tourism potential in Cinunuk village, but this development has not run optimally because the potential of the village has not been maximally explored and there is still a lack of utilization of technology to support the tourism potential of Cinunuk. The method used is mixed methods including qualitative methods to examine aspects of supply, community characteristics and policies, quantitative methods to examine aspects of tourist interest and observation methods. With work programs that include improving environmental quality, industrial programs and the application of technology can solve problems faced by residents and can provide benefits in achieving increasing public awareness of environmental quality, increasing public knowledge of economic activities and increasing mastery of community information technology to support the development of tourist villages kiss.

Abstract

Sirnagalih Village Park is a public green open space with ecological, social, educational, and aesthetic functions. However, its existing condition is less than optimal due to minimal shade vegetation, the dominance of hard surfaces, the lack of separation between pedestrian and vehicle circulation, and a weak local identity. This study aims to redesign the park through a biophilic design approach and user-friendly circulation separation to create a safe, comfortable, and inclusive public space. The research method uses a case study with a qualitative descriptive approach through literature studies, field observations, interviews with village officials, data analysis, and the preparation and evaluation of design concepts through FGDs. The design results show that the application of biophilic design through elements of vegetation, water, natural materials, and spatial patterns improves thermal comfort, ecological quality, and a more integrated spatial experience with nature. Separation of circulation through elevation differences, gentle ramps, and vegetation barriers improves safety and accessibility for all users. The spatial zoning is divided into ecological, productive, and aesthetic zones to support ecological and educational functions and strengthen local identity. Thus, this revitalization produces an environmentally friendly, functional, and sustainable village park, while strengthening the character of Sirnagalih Village.
