Abstract

AbstractThe development of communication technology has driven changes in various aspects of life, including in church worship. GSJPDI Rajawali Anugerah uses interactive online worship that allows congregations from various locations, especially the Gospel Preaching Post (Pos PI), to stay connected with the central church. This research aims to examine more deeply the transformation of church worship in the digital era, especially online worship with an interactive approach and its relation to congregational involvement and relationships. Using a qualitative approach through interviews and observations, this study found that online worship that involves direct interaction between pastors and congregations, as well as between congregations from various PI Posts, can increase the spiritual attachment and solidarity of the church community. In addition, this worship model also contributes to deepening the understanding of God's Word and improving the spiritual discipline of the congregation. In conclusion, this interactive online worship is not only an alternative solution in worship but also plays a role in strengthening congregational involvement and relationships in the digital era.Keywords: “Congregational Involvement”, “Congregational Relations”, “Worship Transformation”, “Interactive Online Worship”

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini berfokus pada pandangan Alkitab terhadap perubaan perintah penyembelihan domba Paskah dari rumah ke tempat suci. Melalui perbandingan eksegesis antara kitab Keluaran 12:7 dan Ulangan 16:5 akan membantu dalam menjawab pandangan perubahan perintah dengan prinsip Alkitab. Studi eksegesis ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh makna dari bahasa asli untuk mengetahui konsistensi Allah terhadap perintah yang Ia berikan kepada umat-Nya. Hasil studi menunjukan bahwa kedua ayat tersebut tidak bertentangan melainkan menyempurnakan ibadah ritual paskah. Hal tersebut mencerminkan perkembangan ibadah domestik menuju nasional yang berpusat ditempat kudus setelah memasuki Tanah Perjanjian. Perubahan itu bukanlah perubahan esensi Allah, tetapi penyesuaian kepada keadaan umat Tuhan agar dapat melaksakan perintah tersbut secara sempurna.Kata Kunci: Alkitab, Allah, Ibadah, dan Paskah. AbstractThis study focuses on the biblical perspective regarding the change of the Passover lamb slaughter command from the household to the sacred place. Through a comparative exegesis of Exodus 12:7 and Deuteronomy 16:5, this research aims to address the perspective on the change of command in light of biblical principles. The exegesis seeks to derive meaning from the original language to understand God's consistency in the commandments He gives to His people. The results indicate that the two verses do not contradict each other; rather, they enhance the Passover ritual observance. This reflects the evolution of worship from a domestic context to a national one, centered in the holy place after entering the Promised Land. This change is not a shift in God's essence but an adjustment to the state of God's people to facilitate the perfect execution of the command.Keywords: Biblical, God, Worship, and Passover.

Abstract

Tulisan ini mengeksplorasi konsep misiologi apofatik dalam konteks perjumpaan gereja dengan kaum disabilitas intelektual, khususnya di Gereja Toraja Mamasa Jemaat Zaitun Tondok Bakaru. Misiologi apofatik, yang berakar pada pendekatan teologis yang mengakui keterbatasan bahasa dan pemahaman manusia tentang Allah, digunakan sebagai lensa untuk memahami dan mendekati kaum disabilitas intelektual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana gereja dapat menjalankan misinya secara inklusif, dengan mempertimbangkan pengalaman dan keberadaan kaum disabilitas sebagai bagian integral dari komunitas iman. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumen di Jemaat Zaitun Tondok Bakaru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan misiologi apofatik memungkinkan gereja untuk lebih peka terhadap keberagaman kemampuan, menghargai keberadaan kaum disabilitas intelektual sebagai subjek misi, dan menciptakan ruang bagi partisipasi aktif mereka dalam kehidupan gereja. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa misiologi apofatik tidak hanya memperkaya pemahaman teologis tentang disabilitas, tetapi juga menginspirasi praktik misi yang lebih inklusif dan transformatif di gereja. Kata kunci: Apofatik, Disabilitas, Gereja Toraja Mamasa.

Abstract

There are many great and meaningful stories recorded in the Bible and one that is very important for the life of a believer is related to the story of the crucifixion of the Lord. Long before this crucifixion event occurred, the prophets had already announced what the picture of suffering would be like as a result of the event and its impact on human life. This article attempts to explore the meaning of the Lord's crucifixion from the framework of understanding of the Pentecostals. The selection of qualitative descriptive methods and combining them with literature studies is intended to provide a structured, accurate, and in-depth picture related to the Bible's propechy about the Lord's crucifixion, the Lord's crucifixion event recorded by the four Gospels, and the meaning of this crucifixion story for Pentecostals. It is concluded that for Pentecostals, this crucifixion story has a meaning, namely a real manifestation of the peak of God's love for humans, forgiveness of sins in which God's salvation is inherent, an exchange of fate, and an example to follow.

Abstract

AbstrakPandangan tentang soteriologi dalam paham Predestinasi dan paham kehendak bebas Arminianisme sangat bertolak belakang. Meskipun keduanya mengakui otoritas dan kasih karunia Allah. Oleh karena itu dalam tulisan ini, penulis hendak menjembatani dan menawarkan suatu pendekatan diskursif yang membuka ruang untuk perjumpaan antara kedua pemahaman Calvinis dan Arminianisme melalui pendekatan Anthony A. Hoekema dengan menawarkan sebuah kerangka teologis yang memungkinkan untuk melihat bagaimana kedua pandangan yang berbeda ini tidak hanya saling bertentangan, tetapi dapat saling melengkapi dalam rangka memperdalam pemahaman tentang soteriologi. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan riset kualitatif dengan metode kajian kepustakaan menjadi dasar yang kuat untuk merumuskan pertanyaan penelitian, hipotesis, dan strategi pengumpulan data yang akan diterapkan. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Manusia pribadi yang diciptakan berarti bahwa Ciptaan dan pribadi ada bersamaan. keselamatan adalah anugerah Allah yang berdaulat, tetapi manusia memiliki kebebasan untuk meresponsnya.  Hal ini memberi pemahaman baru tentang paham soteriologi, yang mana keselamatan adalah hasil kasih karunia Allah yang tidak dapat dipaksakan, dan melibatkan tanggung jawab manusia untuk memilih atau menolak tawaran keselamatan.Kata kunci : Arminianisme, Manusia Pribadi yang diciptakan, Predestinasi, Soteriologi AbstractThe views on soteriology in Predestinationism and Arminianism's free will are diametrically opposed. Although both recognize the authority and grace of God. Therefore, in this paper, the author wants to bridge and offer a discursive approach that opens space for the encounter between the two understandings of Calvinism and Arminianism through Anthony A. Hoekema's approach by offering a theological framework that makes it possible to see how these two different views are not only contradictory, but can complement each other in order to deepen the understanding of soteriology. In this study, the author uses qualitative research with the literature review method as a strong basis for formulating research questions, hypotheses, and data collection strategies to be applied. The results of this study state that the created person means that Creation and person exist together. salvation is a sovereign gift of God, but humans have the freedom to respond to it.  This gives a new understanding of soteriology, where salvation is the result of God's grace that cannot be forced, and involves human responsibility to choose or reject the offer of salvation.Keywords: Arminianism, Personal created human, Predestination, Soteriology

Abstract

AbstractThe author has an initial hypothesis that the concept of utopia and the role of the holy spirit can contribute to the growth of congregational spirituality. So the purpose of this study is to provide a synthesis of the two variables as mentioned in this background and can contribute to the growth of congregational spirituality. In this journal, the method used by the author is to use a qualitative method with a literature study stage. The author collects literature sources such as printed books or other scientific papers related to the topic discussed. Literature study is carried out by reading and analyzing data sources that have been collected previously. The research found that the synthesis between the role of the Holy Spirit and Thomas More's concept of Utopia describes a vision of an ideal church, where justice, equality, and harmonious living are at the core of the congregation's spiritual and social growth. The Holy Spirit acts as a guide who inspires the church to live out Christian values lovingly, while the concept of Utopia provides an image of a community that lives in order, shared prosperity, and high morality.Keywords: Ideal Church, Church Growth, Holy Spirit, Utopia.AbstrakPenulis mempunyai hipotesa awal bahwa konsep utopia dan peran roh kudus dapat memberikan suatu sumbangsi terhadap pertumbuhan spiritualitas jemaat. Maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan suatu hasil sintesis dari dua variabel sebagaimana disinggung dalam latar belakang ini serta dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan spiritualitas jemaat. Dalam jurnal ini metode yang digunakan penulis adalah dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tahap studi pustaka. Penulis mengumpulkan sumber penulisan yang bersifat pustaka seperti buku cetak ataupun karya tulis ilmiah lainya yang berkaitan dengan topik yang dibahas. Studi pustaka dilakukan dengan membaca dan menganalisis sumber-sumber data yang telah dikumpulkan sebelumnya. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa sintesis antara peran Roh Kudus dan konsep Utopia Thomas More menggambarkan suatu visi gereja yang ideal, di mana keadilan, kesetaraan, dan kehidupan yang harmonis menjadi inti dari pertumbuhan spiritual dan sosial jemaat. Roh Kudus berperan sebagai pembimbing yang menginspirasi gereja untuk menjalankan nilai-nilai Kristiani dengan penuh kasih, sementara konsep Utopia memberikan gambaran tentang sebuah komunitas yang hidup dalam keteraturan, kesejahteraan bersama, dan moralitas tinggi.Kata Kunci: Gereja Ideal, Pertumbuhan Jemaat, Roh Kudus, Utopia.
