Forum Ilmiah Pendidikan Akuntansi (FIPA)
The proceedings contain papers in the field of accounting science and education that have been presented in Forum Ilmiah Pendidikan Akuntansi or Scientific Forum on Accounting Education (FIPA). This forum not only contains paper presentations, but also seminars with competent speakers in accounting and education. FIPA is held twice a year on March and September by HIMADIKSI (Accounting Students Association Students) under the auspices of Accounting Education Study Program, Universitas PGRI Madiun. Its focus and scope include financial accounting, accounting management, public sector accounting, accounting information system, auditing, taxation, accounting sharia, entrepreneurial accounting, banking accounting, innovation in accounting learning.

<![CDATA[This study was to knowing the motivation and learning outcomes of students of class XI IPS 2 SMA N 1 Geger after learning implemented using type STAD cooperative learning to improve motivation and learning outcomes of accounting students. This research is empirical research. The collection data in this study were obtained through the questionnaire method, the method of testing, and documentation. Analysis of the data used to analyze the research data is a simple analysis technique. In action research, the researcher conducted two cycles in a single class. Each cycle performed by the procedure of planning, action, observation and reflection. The data was collected using a questionnaire sheet motivation and test questions. Sheet motivation questionnaire to determine students' motivation for learning activities, while about a test conducted at the end of each cycle of learn that is used to determine student learning outcomes. Based on the comparison of cycle I and II, it can be concluded that learning to type STAD cooperative learning model can improve motivation, students' class XI IPS 2 SMA N 1 Geger.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to determine the effect of the work environment and work discipline either simultaneously or partially on employee performance CV Arista Jaya Magetan. Determination of the sample in this study used a population sample that employees CV Arista Jaya Magetan some 62 people. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews. In a technique used to analyze the data analyst validity test, reliability test, normality test, the assumptions of classical, linear regression test, t test and F test were processed with SPSS for Windows version 17.0. results of data analysis showed that the work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Labor discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Work environment and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. <![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to improve the activity, student learning outcomes, and the correlation between the activities of the learning outcomes of students of class X Ak 1 after learning implemented using cooperative learning type TS TS (two stay two stray) at SMK PGRI Wonoasri. This research is the study participants. The population used in this study were students of class X SMK PGRI Wonoasri by the number of 102 students. The number of samples taken by 51 students of class X AK 1. The collection of the necessaries data in this study were obtained through the method of observation, methods of testing, and documentation. Analysis of the data used to analyze the research data is quantitative analysis techniques and different test (correlation). In action research, the researcher conducted two cycles in a single class. Each cycle performed by the procedure of planning, action, observation and reflection. The data was collected using a questionnaire sheet activity and test questions. Sheet activity questionnaire to determine activity of students during learning activities, while about a test conducted at the end of each cycle of learning that is used to determine student learning outcomes.]]>

Total sample of 100 students consist of 34 male students and 66 female students. The hypothesis tested in this study using the Independent samples ttest with Levene's test was done previously (homogeneity test). the results of this study indicate that there is no significant difference between female students and male students on learning achievement at grade economics X3, X6, X8.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examined the effect of a habit to follow lessons, visits to the library, and the habits of the exam, while achievement obtained by the grade point average (GPA) in IKIP PGRI MADIUN. The data used are primary data collected using questionnaires and secondary data documentation number of students with a sample of accounting students IKIP PGRI MADIUN. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis showed that together influence of habit to learn, visit Librarianship, and the habit of the exam affects student achievement accounting, and silmultan influence of habit to learn, visit Librarianship, and significant customs exams.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penentuan harga produk dengan metode MarkUp dengan mengelompokkan biaya ke dalam biaya tetap dan biaya variabel. Selain bertujuan mengetahui harga produk, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pasar sasaran dengan menggunakan metode Marketing-Mix pada perusahaan Walet Emas. CV. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu berusaha mendapatkan informasi yang selengkap mungkin mengenai penetapan harga produk dengan mengggunakan metode Mark-Up dan strategi pasar sasaran dengan menggunakan metode Marketing-Mix pada perusahaan WALET EMAS. CV. Informasi yang digali lewat wawancara mendalam terhadap informan (Manajer perusahaan). Teknik kualitatif dipakai sebagai pendekatan dalam penelitian ini, karena teknik ini untuk memahami realitas rasional sebagai realitas subjektif khususnya bagi perusahaan. Proses observasi dan wawancara mendalam bersifat sangat utama dalam pengumpulan data. Dari observasi diharapkan mampu menetapkan dengan tepat harga produk dan penentuan strategi pasar sasaran pada perusahaan WALET EMAS. CV. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Mark-Up dalam penetapan harga produk dapat diterapkan pada perusahaan Walet Emas. CV. Begitu juga dengan metode MarketingMix dapat diterapkan pada perusahaan sebagai strategi pengembangan pasar sasaran. Jika perusahaan ingin menggunakan metode mark-up, hendaknya manejemen mengklasifikasikan biaya-biaya berdasarkan kegunaannya sehingga manejemen mengambil satu keputusan yang berhubungan dengan biaya secara tepat dan cepat. Metode ini bisa meningkatkan keuntungan bagi perusahaan karena persentase mark-up yang ditetapkan menurut keinginan yang akan dicapai oleh perusahaan itu sendiri, berdasarkan alasan-alasan yang menjadi dasar penetapan persentase mark-up itu sendiri. Jika perusahaan ingin menggunakan strategi marketing mix, hendaknya perusahaan lebih mengolah empat unsur atau variabel-variabel marketing mix. Metode ini merupakan kombinasi variabel-variabel atau kegiatan yang merupakan inti dari sistem pemasaran, variabel yang mana dapat dikendalikan oleh perusahaan untuk mempengaruhi reaksi para pembeli atau konsumen dan dapat mengembangkan pasar sasarannya.]]>

<![CDATA[Purpose of execution of the research is to better know and understand: 1) The room occupancy rate in hotel Raharjo Madiun, 2) to determine the level of sales at the laundry service outlet in hotel Raharjo Madiun, 3) to determine the level of sales service outlet stores / retail in hotel Raharjo Madiun, 4) to determine the effect of room occupancy on sale at outlets laundry services, and 5) to determine the effect of room occupancy on sale at outlet store service / retail. The subjects were drawn from the sales outlet service data and room occupancy during 2011 at hotels Raharjo Baru Madiun. The research is a case study research method used is descriptive qualitative method to assess the influence of occupancy and a quantitative analysis to determine the effect. Test data analysis using simple regression analysis and product moment correlation technique. Data collection techniques are the observation and documentation. From the analysis it can be concluded that: 1) Hotel Rahardjo Baru Madiun is economic class hotel at Madiun that have city category, 2). Hotel New Rahardjo Madiun have a low level laundry service, 3). Hotel Rahardjo Baru Madiun have a high level of retail services with the best quality and are influenced by the high quality of services to consumers, 4). Regression equations: Y1 = 5.54 + 0.04 X. Then Freg values obtained at 1.5 <from Ft. (4.96). Product moment correlation coefficient through r0 yield 0.372. T test results indicate that the resulting tcount of 1.27 is greater than ttabel at the 5% significance level (α = 0.05) obtained 0.576 TTable. Because tcount greater than ttable then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. It can be concluded that there is significant room occupancy effect on sales outlets laundry service although the degree of relationship between variables is low, and 5) Regression equation: 102.75 + Y2 = 0.142 X. Then Freg values obtained for 0.514 <from Ft. (4.96). Product moment correlation coefficient through r0 yield 0.224. T test results indicate that tcount is generated by 3.16 greater than ttabel at the 5% significance level (α = 0.05) obtained 0.576 TTable. Since tcount greater than ttable then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. It was therefore concluded that there is significant room occupancy influence on retail sales outlets service in the hotel Rahardjo Baru Madiun although the degree of correlation between variable is low.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to analyze The Influence of Learning Strategies and Parental Concern Either Jointly or Independently to Class X Student Achievement Accounting Lessons SMK PGRI Wonoasri. The analysis method used multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing processed using SPSS. The results showed that the learning strategy has a positive and significant impact on achievement for students in learning achievement is affected by the use of learning strategies. Parental attention has a positive and significant impact on learning achievement because in learning achievement is also influenced by parental concern. Learning strategies and attention parents together has a positive and significant impact on academic achievement.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of service quality for increased customer satisfaction against the debtor on PT BPR Pundhi Ngawi district in 2012 and partially simultaneous. The population in this study is the whole debtor PT BPR Pundhi Ngawi district with a sample size of 100. The data analysis technique descriptively and quantitatively by linear regression method. Based on the quantitative analysis of the results showed that the quality of service, customer satisfaction increased significantly affect the debtor at PT BPR Pundhi Ngawi district.
