Abstract

Service quality in the Islamic concept can be said that the overall features and characteristics of a product or service that depend on its ability to satisfy stated or implied needs and in accordance with Islamic values.21 In this concept Islam teaches that providing services in the form of goods or services. must be of quality in accordance with Islamic values, and do not give bad and not quality because it will only harm both parties. Service quality in Islam is defined as a customer's assessment of the superiority or privilege of a product or service as a whole which is of course based on Islamic principles, the quality of service in Islam provides services that basically every activity related must be based on compliance with sharia which is full of values. -moral and ethical values. Improving the quality of service in Islam is very necessary in order to determine customer decision making. However, it will not run well if it is not accompanied by quality decision making. To maintain the quality of service in Islam is not only the duty of the employees, but all the members involved. Judging from the above phenomena, the quality of Islamic services can be taken into consideration for customer decision making. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of Islamic service quality on customer decisions in murabahah financing. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents, this study used a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire, and the sampling technique used the incidental sampling method using the hair formula. The data obtained were then processed with SEM AMOS Version 20. The results of this study indicate that the CR value is 3,418 > 1.96 and the probability is 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that Islamic Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Decision Making in Murabahah Financing.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to audit and compare the innovation management capabilities of the two organizations using the audit tools proposed by Tidd and Bessant (Managing Innovation: Integrating Technological, Market and Organizational Change, 5th ed. Wiley, West Essex, 2014) which consists of from five dimensions: Strategy, Innovation Process, Learning, Innovative Organization, and Linkages. The sample was selected from each organization from the High Suggestion Department (HSD) and the Low Suggestion Department (LSD). Audit questionnaires were distributed to respondents. The results obtained from this study were processed and analyzed. Comparisons were made between the two organizations in terms of their innovation management capabilities. In addition, comparisons were made between HSD and LSD in each organization. Of the five tested dimensions of Audit has a high score; Therefore, it can be concluded that the organizations in this study have a higher innovation management capability. In addition, every organization must keep the various components of innovation management in balance to maintain them.

Abstract

Along with the development of the era of globalization, the education system around the world has also undergone changes, especially regarding the learning of students. Recently, developments have started from the online learning system or E-Learning. Or have begun to change because of the increasingly growing digital platforms. Meanwhile, the e-learning industry in Indonesia has not been able to develop better. The main objective of this study is to understand the barriers to implementing e-learning in Indonesia apart from the benefits of online education, such as lower costs and pedagogical benefits. The researcher proposes an initial conceptual framework that explains the steps and intentions of students to switch to utilizing e-learning. In our future research, researchers will refine and test conceptual frameworks and provide guidelines for higher education institutions and policy makers on institutional change to support the use of e-learning.

Abstract

This study explains the concept of intelligence in modern management. In this ever-evolving world technology, companies must be competitive and develop innovatively to face technological globalization. In achieving a high level of competence and competitiveness, companies or organizations need to deepen their cultural and professional knowledge in offering the best products and services and to build loyal relationships to consumers. This study focuses on the role of cultural intelligence in maximizing the effectiveness of supply in various cultural contexts and changing consumption interests. In fact, cultural intelligence provides information about an individual's ability to cope with multicultural situations. Take part in multicultural and cultural, and in culturally diverse working groups. Organizational success in determining management and selecting cultural intelligence will benefit the tourism sector with economic and more competitive advantages. Researchers find ideas in all their complexities into one package that includes the world of culture in the concept, and between cultures as a relational concept.

Abstract

Power savings in wireless networks affect application quality Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). Power saving technique is used to measure the power used when the cellular terminal is used for VoIP. This study will explain about the effect of different techniques used to reduce power consumption at the wireless network layer on voice Quality of Service (QoS). This research will describe the jitter and delay of voice packets. The current standards for power saving techniques, at each network layer will be described, and the level of their effectiveness analyzed. In this study using WLAN to fully analyze the effect of power-saving techniques on the jitter and lag of voice packets sent. The test results are presented for description and analysis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there were significant differences in the financial performance of pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX from the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The research method uses descriptive quantitative methods, the data used in this study is secondary data in the form of financial statements of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. Analysis of the data using the average difference test paired sample test using the SPSS application, and the measurement of financial performance using the ratio of liquidity and profitability. Liquidity ratio which consists of Current Ratio and Quick Ratio, while Profitability ratio consists of Gross profit Margin, Net Profit Margin, Rate of Return on Assets, and Return on Equity. The results of the study show that there is no significant difference in the financial performance of both the liquidity ratio and profitability of pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX before the Covid-19 pandemic and during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture and work ethic on the performance of employees of PT Muara Krakatau in Tengaran District, Semarang Regency. Respondents in this study were employees of the sewing section of PT. Muara Krakatau, Semarang Regency, totaling 90 employees. The method used to obtain information data is through a questionnaire. The analytical technique used in this research is multivariate regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive influence of organizational culture and work ethic on the performance of employees of PT. Muara Karang. It is suggested that to improve employee performance the company must improve organizational culture and work ethic.

Abstract

The emergency department that is connected to the inpatient room of the hospital always strives to provide the best service to patients. There are many obstacles in the effort to achieve quality service to patients due to when the inpatient room serves too many different patients based on age and certain indications of the incoming patient, the hospital will face the problem of limited capacity of human resources and supporting materials. so that it can cause the patient to be examined and treated for a limited time. If the increasing number of incoming patients will have an impact on hospitalization time, long waiting time and cause overcrowding of patients in the inpatient room which will certainly affect the level of patient satisfaction and quality of service.With the implementation of the queuing technique, the hospital was able to improve service and maximum patient satisfaction because the queuing technique was able to reduce hospitalization and waiting time so that it would not cause overcrowding of patients in the inpatient room in accordance with the capacity of the hospital's human and material resources.

Abstract

Technological developments and advances have a major influence on the business world and the world of education, especially in the field of computerization, used as data processing and obtain accurate information to be used as a decision. Schools in the Ungaran area are institutions or agencies engaged in education. Asset recording in these schools has been computerized with Microsoft Excel, but it is not optimal yet. The Maintenance Repair Information Technology (MRIT) division still uses bookkeeping in serving borrowing and returning assets, resulting in less effective and less controlled amount and condition of assets.The purpose of this study is to provide solutions to problems related to the asset inventory system of schools in the Ungaran area. The results obtained from this study are in the form of an asset inventory system using a web-based straight-line method. The system was built using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language and MariaDB as the database. The straight-line method is used in this study to calculate the depreciation of assets to determine the value of assets after experiencing depreciation. The MRIT section can easily find out the condition of the asset and the replacement time of the asset. ome of the features in the system include asset recording, borrower data, loan data and asset returns, asset depreciation and reports. The results of the research are that the presentation of asset data reports becomes more effective because they do not have to open several old documents. Asset replacement time can also be known easily.

Abstract

The research was conducted at KSPPS Mitra Amanah Sejahtera Abadi. Which is located at Ds. Sidorejo Rt. 02 / Rw. 05 Kec. Brangsong Kab. Kendal. Data recording and management previously applied to the MASA Cooperative is still manual. Transaction data such as daily dropping, dropping per AO, daily withdrawals and general ledgers and journals will be entered manually into the book.This study aims to facilitate the presentation of the profit planning analysis report which is applied to the cooperative each year. The use of bookkeeping that has been applied so far is felt to have several weaknesses which cause several problems. Therefore, cooperatives need to develop a new system, namely a computer-based financial accounting information system.The Cost Volume Profit method is expected to be able to carry out good profit planning and more valid financial records so that it can reduce the risk of errors and the process is much faster.
