Abstract

This research is to design learning media that can be used anytime and anywhere, to follow student learning culture in current technological developments. The research uses research and development (R&D) methods, with a 4D research model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). Initial research data collection at the Define stage was carried out by observing at school, interviews with teachers and students, and giving questionnaires to students. Based on data analysis, students need learning media that is practical, can be used anywhere and at any time, and they agree to carry out research by designing e-modules with a scientific approach to global warming material. The expected results of this e-module are that students are more interested in learning, have easier access to learning resources, and can be used for students with diverse learning characteristics, because it is equipped with various pictures, explanatory videos and questions related to global warming in the e-module . Data collection in this research was carried out by giving questionnaires to media experts and learning experts, as well as questionnaires to physics teachers and students.

Abstract

This study aims to design the evaluation of the suitability of formative assessment instrument developed for topic of measurement in tenth-grade within the context of Kurikulum Merdeka. Kurikulum Merdeka is the continuation of the curriculum implemented during the COVID-19 pandemic, emphasizing flexibility, student empowerment, and engagement in active classroom learning, thus requiring suitable assessments for in-class learning evaluation. The form of this research is Research and Development (R&D) study. The Borg & Gall model research model will be used with both qualitative and quantitative approaches, following the stages from collecting information from physics teachers at high school which implements Kurikulum Merdeka and related previous studies, planning stage by creating analysis of Kurikulum Merdeka, relevant materials for the topic of measurement, and indicators for the formative assessment, then developing the preliminary form of the product by making the formative assessment, until the preliminary field testing stage (initial field testing and revision) by validation of the instruments involving experts then testing to the tenth-grade students until the instrument is considered suitable. The instrument is to be evaluated based on criteria including validity, reliability, level of difficulty, and discrimination power.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a video with Dilemma-STEAMlearningmodel onRenewable Energy material that is feasible to be used as teaching material for class Xhighschool physics. Dilemma-STEAM-based Learning Video is a physics learning videobased on the dilemma stories and STEAM-pjbl learning model. This learning model aimstoengage students in discussion and analysis of dilemma stories related to renewable energy. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation & Evaluation (ADDIE) research model. Based on theresultsof an analysis of 54 students at a high school in East Jakarta regarding teaching materialsat school. It was found that 93% of students need learning videos to support physics teachingmaterials at school. The final product of this research is a learning video design that canbeaccessed easily by students.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a product in the form of dilemma story-based digital comics for elasticity and hooke's law. This comic is designed to improve students' understanding of the application of the concept of elasticity and Hooke's law in everyday life with more attractive images and designs. This research uses the R&D (Research and Development) method with the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate). This comic will be developed using 3D Pageflip Professional so that this comic can be accessed easily through computer and smartphone devices. This comic will be validated by media experts and material experts using a Likert scale. The final results of this comic will then be tested on students. Based on the results of the needs analysis conducted using a questionnaire through Google Forms to 29 high school students, the results showed that 75.9% (22 respondents) stated that they had difficulty in understanding elasticity and hooke's law material, 75.9% (22 respondents) stated that they liked reading comics/manga/webtoon, and 79.3% (23 respondents) stated that they were interested if comic media could be developed into physics learning media for elasticity and hooke's law material. Thus, Dilemma Story-Based Digital Comics on Elasticity and Hooke's Law are needed as learning media that can improve students' understanding.

Abstract

This research aims to produce interactive learning media using video clips and songs in physics lessons on the topic of temperature and heat. The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The steps in this development include needs analysis, product design, product validation by experts, product testing with students and educators, and evaluation. Based on the needs analysis conducted by the researcher in five high schools in Jabodetabek through a questionnaire responded to by 38 eleventh-grade students, 76.3% of students found physics lessons difficult to understand, and 78.9% of students found physics learning thus far to be boring. 100% of students enjoy listening to music/songs. 94.7% of students are interested in using songs and video clips as physics learning media, and 94.7% of students agree to develop physics learning media on the topic of temperature and heat in the form of songs and video clips.

Abstract

The use of learning media is crucial as it can influence the learning process of students, one of which isthe use of modules. Electronic modules (e-modules) are employed due to their interactive nature,appealing design, and ability to facilitate students' learning process. This study aims to (1) develop anelectronic module (e-module) based on Research-Based Learning (RBL) on the topic of globalwarming, and (2) determine the feasibility of the electronic module (e-module) based on Research-Based Learning (RBL) on the topic of global warming. The research method used in this study isdevelopment research utilizing the ADDIE development model. The ADDIE model consists of severalstages: Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. However, this study will be conductedonly up to the Develop stage, or product development. The e-module developed adopts a research-basedlearning model focusing on the topic of global warming, supplemented with images, videos, andanimations that are engaging and accessible from various devices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul elektronik berbasis ICARE pada pokok bahasan gerak parabola yang layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran fisika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development, dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap (analyze, design, development, implementation, evaluation). Berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan kuesioner yang dilakukan kepada salah satu guru fisika SMAN 10 Bekasi hasilnya yaitu - peserta didik mengalami kesulitan pada materi gerak parabola karena harus menganalisis dua jenis gerak sekaligus (GLB dan GLBB) - saat melakukan demonstrasi langsung, peserta didik kesulitan memvisualisasi lintasan yang terbentuk - analisis gerak dan perhitungan yang rumit menyebabkan hanya sebagian peserta didik yang mampu memahami dan tuntas dalam evaluasi pembelajaran - guru setuju jika modul elektronik dibuat interaktif dan soal evaluasi dibuat menarik. Modul elektronik dikembangkan menggunakan model pembelajaran ICARE (Introduction, Connection, Application, Reflection, Extension) dan berbantuan Articulate Storyline di dalamnya terdapat gambar, animasi, video dan simulasi. Kesimpulan penelitian pendahulan ini yaitu modul elektronik berbasis ICARE pada pokok bahasan gerak parabola layak dilakukan dengan menghasilkan output produk berupa file web (HTML 5), mudah diakses dan dapat digunakan di berbagai perangkat.

Abstract

This study aims to design a heat transfer experiment set based on an Arduino microcontroller with a data logger. This research employs the Research and Development method, utilizing a 4D research model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate) that is limited to the Design stage. Initial data collection during the Define stage involved distributing questionnaires to students, interviewing teachers, observing school laboratories, and conducting a literature review. The data obtained were analyzed and used as a guide to determine the material concepts, learning objectives, and learning activities. Based on the data analysis, there is a need for an experiment set on heat transfer that can continuously record data. During the Design stage, the researchers selected the format and type of learning media, developed a test outline, and designed an experiment set that accommodates the identified learning needs. The result is a design for a heat transfer experiment set based on an Arduino microcontroller with a data logger, providing a solution to the learning needs identified in the Define stage. The design consists of a physical experiment tool and a computer application

Abstract

The industrial revolution 4.0, characterised by the integration of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, and cloud computing, has changed the educational landscape. One of its most significant impacts is the use of technology in the learning process, which presents new opportunities and challenges for education. Based on the results of a needs analysis of 63 public high school students in Tangerang Regency grade 11 in 2024. There is a problem that students have difficulty in understanding rotational motion material, this is based on the results of the needs analysis that has been tested. The purpose of this study is to determine whether interactive e-learning based on STEM approach assisted by moodle H5P is feasible to be used as physics learning media on high school rotational motion material. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model and involves high school students in grade 11 specialisation in physics with a total of 63 students. The final product in this research is an interactive e-learning design that can be accessed using the moodle site that has been developed, so that it can facilitate access to its use for students through their electronic devices.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the differences and effects of using the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model assisted by Question Cards on students' cognitive learning outcomes. The method used in this research is a quasi-experimental method. Before conducting the hypothesis test, prerequisite data tests were carried out, including normality testing and homogeneity testing. The hypothesis testing uses the t-test. The results of this study are expected to show significant differences and effects after the treatment of using the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model assisted by Question Cards, which can be analyzed through hypothesis testing with the t-two sample assuming equal variances where the value of tcalculated > ttable, and in the independent samples t-test, the significance value of the t-test must be < 0.05.
