Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive analysis of the dielectric quality of a 60 MVA power transformer at the Kisaran 150kV Substation, North Sumatra, Indonesia. The transformer, manufactured by PAUWELS TRAFO and operated since 2011, operates at an average load of 33% with an ONAN/ONAF cooling system. Dielectric testing yielded a breakdown voltage of 80.2 kV, a moisture content of 17.62 mg/kg, an acid number of 0.108 mgKOH/g, and dissipation factors of 0.173% (primary), 0.190% (secondary), and 0.243% (tertiary). The bushing dissipation factor ranged from 0.247% to 0.271%. The interfacial tension measured 26.8 mN/m with a flash point at 148°C. Insulation resistance testing showed values of 4.9 GΩ (primary), 3.41 GΩ (secondary), and 3.40 GΩ (tertiary) with polarization indices of 3.06, 1.48, and 1.47, respectively. Operating temperatures remained within acceptable limits at 63°C (peak oil) and 62°C (winding). Analysis based on IEC 60422:2013 and PLN standards indicated that the transformer was in good operational condition with all parameters within acceptable ranges, although the interface voltage was close to the warning threshold. This study provides valuable baseline data for predictive maintenance strategies and demonstrates the importance of integrated dielectric testing for transformer health assessment.

Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of multimodal learning in Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT) systems, focusing on the integration of sensor fusion and computer vision for classification tasks. A systematic review and meta-analysis were conducted on studies published between 2020 and 2025. Thirteen studies met the inclusion criteria; however, only six provided comparable quantitative data due to inconsistent baseline reporting and evaluation practices. The results indicate that multimodal approaches generally improve accuracy compared to unimodal baselines when comparable evaluations are available, with an average increase of 8.88% (95% CI: 5.33%–12.44%, p < 0.001). High heterogeneity was observed, influenced by domain, sensor configuration, and model architecture. These findings suggest that multimodal effectiveness is conditional and depends on modality complementarity, fusion strategy, and system-level constraints

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the quality of information system services in motor vehicle testing services at the Department of Transportation of Bandar Lampung City using the PIECES Framework approach. The background of this research is based on the increasing public demand for effective, efficient, and transparent public services, particularly in periodic motor vehicle testing (Uji KIR), which plays a strategic role in ensuring transportation safety. The research data were obtained from the 2026 Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) involving 500 respondents. The results indicate that the Community Satisfaction Index (CSI) score is 76.64, which falls into the “Good” category. However, the analysis reveals several operational issues, including relatively long service waiting times, suboptimal effectiveness of the calling system, and limitations in supporting facilities and infrastructure. Through the PIECES approach, which includes Performance, Information, Economy , Control, Efficiency, and Service aspects, the findings indicate that Performance, Efficiency, and Service are the most influential dimensions affecting the quality of information system services. Therefore, improvements are required in queue management systems, enhancement of information delivery quality, and strengthening of service infrastructure. This study is expected to provide both conceptual and practical contributions to improving the quality of information system services in the public service sector.

Abstract

Tulang Bawang Regency has significant potential for buffalo farming, but the process of determining marketable buffalo is still carried out conventionally based on the farmers' experience. This approach has the potential to lead to less objective decisions because it does not consider all criteria in a structured manner. This study aims to develop a decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to assist in the more systematic selection of marketable buffalo. The criteria used include weight, age, health condition, height, and price, weighted based on their level of importance. The research data consisted of ten alternative buffaloes obtained from farms in Tulang Bawang Regency. Process analysis was carried out through decision matrix normalization and preference value calculations to produce a final ranking. The results show that the SAW method is able to provide the best alternative recommendations based on the highest preference values, thus helping farmers make more objective, measurable, and transparent decisions compared to conventional methods

Abstract

Whale shark tourism in Saleh Bay, Sumbawa Regency, as a prominent marine tourism destination, provides interactive experiences between tourists and whale sharks; however, interviews, questionnaires, and field observations reveal several challenges, including suboptimal digital promotion, the absence of an integrated reservation system, and manual administrative data management, leading to data duplication, potential data loss, and difficulties in performance reporting. This study aims to develop and evaluate a web-based information system that integrates promotional features, a unified reservation system, a statistical reporting dashboard, and social media integration. The system development follows the Agile methodology within a software development life cycle framework, including requirement analysis, system design, implementation, functional testing, deployment, and usability evaluation, and was completed over five sprints within fifteen weeks. Functional testing using black-box testing confirms that all system components operate as intended. Furthermore, usability evaluation using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), involving 35 respondents comprising tourism managers and visitors, indicates mean scores for attractiveness (1.11), perspicuity (1.32), efficiency (1.26), dependability (0.93), and stimulation (0.85), all reflecting positive impressions (>0.80), while novelty (0.60) indicates a neutral impression.

Abstract

The low level of Generation Z engagement in personal financial management has become a challenge in the use of digital financial applications. Although Generation Z is highly familiar with technology, many still lack the habit of recording expenses, managing budgets, and monitoring their financial condition consistently. This study aims to design a web-based financial management application interface by integrating gamification elements to increase user engagement. The method used is User-Centered Design (UCD), which involves identifying user needs, designing the interface, developing prototypes, and evaluating the system. The design results produced several main features, including transaction recording, budget management, financial goals, and activity history. In addition, the system is equipped with gamification elements such as progress bars, streaks, badges, and rewards to improve user motivation. Functional testing showed that all system features operated according to user requirements. Usability evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) resulted in an average score of 79.9, which falls into the good and acceptable category. The analysis results indicate that the implementation of gamification can improve user motivation and engagement through progress visualization, immediate feedback, and habit formation through repeated activities. Therefore, the integration of gamification into the interface design of a web-based financial management application has proven effective in improving user experience and supporting the consistency of Generation Z in managing personal finances.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of utilizing fly ash waste as the main raw material in the production of polymer bricks on the mechanical and physical properties of the resulting material. This research employed an experimental laboratory method by producing fly ash-based polymer brick specimens activated using alkaline solutions of NaOH and Na₂SiO₃. The curing temperatures applied in this study were 70°C, 80°C, and 90°C. The tests conducted included compressive strength tests and water absorption tests. The results showed that the utilization of fly ash as the primary material significantly influences the increase in compressive strength of polymer bricks. The highest compressive strength value was obtained at higher curing temperatures, indicating that an increase in curing temperature accelerates the geopolymerization process and produces a denser and stronger material structure. In addition, the water absorption test results indicated that the polymer bricks have relatively low water absorption values, which reflects low porosity and good material quality. Therefore, fly ash-based polymer bricks have strong potential as an environmentally friendly alternative building material, energy-efficient, and possessing good mechanical performance, making them a sustainable solution for industrial waste utilization

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia, supported by internet penetration exceeding 77% with approximately 200 million active users, presents significant opportunities for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to expand their market reach. However, most SMEs still face major obstacles in digital adoption, including limited capital, low digital literacy, and the absence of an integrated sales system. Koko Store, a fashion SME in Bengkulu City, exemplifies this condition, as all operational activities — including transactions, stock recording, and bookkeeping — are still conducted manually. This study aims to design and build a WooCommerce-based e-commerce system on the WordPress platform as a digital transformation solution for Koko Store. The development methodology used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model, comprising five stages: requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. System testing was conducted using Black Box Testing across four system actors — visitor, customer, seller, and admin — and all functional scenarios produced results in accordance with expectations. The resulting system provides integrated features including product management, order processing, payment verification, and real-time sales reporting. The implementation of this WooCommerce-based e-commerce system is proven to improve operational efficiency, expand market reach, and increase sales volume, thereby supporting the digital transformation of Koko Store in the current digital economy era.

Abstract

Transformers are critical components in power transmission systems that require regular reliability monitoring and load analysis to ensure optimal operation. This study analyzes the reliability and load characteristics of a 60 MVA power transformer at the Cirata Baru 150kV substation using operational data from July 2025. The research methodology used a quantitative approach with SCADA data analysis and graphical visualization. The analysis results show that the transformer operated with an average load of 19.75 MVA (32.91% loading) and a peak load of 20.40 MVA (34% loading) which occurred on July 17, 2025, at 19:00 WIB. The average power factor reached 96.52%, indicating excellent system efficiency. The average operating current was recorded at 551.77 A with a stable operating voltage of 20.49 kV. The transformer's capacity margin of 39.60 MVA (66%) provides ample room for future load growth. Load growth projections assuming 5% per year indicate that the transformer has sufficient capacity to serve needs for at least the next 15 years. Operational conditions well below nominal capacity provide high reliability and a long economic life.
