Abstract

: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan konsep diri siswa dan motivasi belajarnya dalam memasuki usia dewasa sehingga dengan konsep diri yang kuat maka individu dapat berkembang lebih optimal di masa depan. Penelitian dilakukan secara kualitiatif dengan siswa SD kelas 5 yang didukung melalui observasi, wawancara dan analisis data dengan kepala sekolah, guru dan orangtua. Hasil yang ditunjukkan bahwa konsep diri merupakan aspek yang sangat penting untuk dipahami oleh setiap individu dalam kehidupan, karena dengan memahami dan mengetahui konsep diri maka individu akan memiliki pengetahuan tentang dirinya dan berlangsung lebih optimal di masa depan.

Abstract

Social data is used to complete the RME when officers identify new patients into the medical record database. social data helps fill in electronic medical record data. The purpose of this study is to review filling in social data to complete the identity of patients at the Islamic Hospital of Jakarta Sukapura. The research method used descriptive method with quantitative analysis of 81 samples of new outpatient identities. The results of the study There are already standard operating procedures for outpatient registration of new patients, the average completeness of social data for new patients is 62 samples (76%) and 19 samples are incomplete (24%), complete average RME data is complete 65 samples (80%) and incomplete 16 samples (20%). the filling of social data and RME is not in accordance with the minimum service standards set by PERMENKES, which is 100% filled. social data does not include all patient identity data in the RME. Identity data in RME is more complete than social data, in social data there are 21 items while in RME there are 25 items. Conclusion: social data has not been able to fully assist officers in completing electronic medical record patient identity data.

Abstract

Filling in the completeness of the patient's medical resume at the YPK Mandiri Hospital is still not optimal where there are still many summary of discharged patients that have not been filled out completely. In accordance with service standards, the minimum quality of medical records, the completeness of filling out a summary of discharge patients must be 100%. The purpose of this study was to see the completeness of filling out the inpatient summary form. This study uses quantitative analysis methods. Most of the inpatient discharge summaries have been completed in accordance with the SOP, only at the stage of filling out the discharged patient summaries by doctors it has not been carried out properly. Based on the results of the recapitulation of the completeness of filling out the summary form for inpatient discharge in a quantitative analysis of 75 medical records, the results obtained are 85% complete. The highest percentage is found in the Completion of Important Reports/Forms and Author Authentication components, which is 86%, while the lowest presentation is in the Patient Identification component, which is 84%. The percentage of completeness of the 4 components above is 85%. Constraints in the filling process related to the completeness of filling out the Discharge Patient Summary in the medical records of inpatients, namely due to the doctor's lack of thoroughness in filling out the summary of inpatient discharge patients and also the lack of socialization carried out by the hospital about how important the items in the summary of inpatient discharge patients should be filled out. as a whole in order to get an effective medical record.

Abstract

Introduction: Distal radius fracture is a type of fracture that usually occurs in the wrist. Generally it often occurs due to falling in a state of resting hands and usually occurs in children and the elderly. If a person falls on an outstretched arm, the hand will suddenly stiffen, and then cause the hand to twist and compress the forearm. The type of injury that occurs as a result of this condition depends on the age of the patient. Purpose: of this research is to find out the Physiotherapy Management in Left Left Post Op TFCC (Triangular Fibro Cartilage Complex) Cases. Methods: the patient is given Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation, Ultrasound and Wrist Exercise for 4 weeks. Results: the evaluation was carried out using the Numeric Rating Scale, Range Of Motion (ROM), Manual Muscle Testing. Conclusion: Based on the treatment of the left Post Op TFCC (Triangular Fibro Cartilage Complex) case by providing three intervention methods in the form of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation, ultrasound and wrsit exercise providing much more progress in overcoming the problems in this case

Abstract

Introduction: Xerosis is a term for dry skin that often occurs on the lower limbs, heels, elbows, and fingers. Xerosis is caused by reduced moisture due to loss of lipids and natural moisturizing factors in the Stratum Corneum. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of physiotherapy in reducing xerosis in both lower limbs and maintaining skin elasticity with. Methods: patients are given oiling treatment, ankle pumping, bridging exercise, balance exercise and sensory stimulus exercises on the feet for 4 weeks which are carried out 3x/week. Results: evaluation was carried out using Range Of Motion (ROM), Manual Muscle Testing, Anthropometry, ODSS (Overall Dry Skin Score). Conclusion: there is an increase in ROM, MMT, ODSS (Overall Dry Skin Score) and a decrease in Anthropometry after being given Exercise therapy for 4 weeks.

Abstract

Job seekers are a process that matches jobs to match. If all workers and all types of workers are the same, then all workers are suitable for all types of work, then job search will not be a problem. In this research, an analysis is needed to determine the job seeker who chooses according to the desired job group. By using the analysis of the Pricipal Component Analysis using SPSS, the output is the value of KMO and Barlett's Test, MSA, communality, Total Variance, Scree plot and Matrix Components. By using the Main Component Analysis methodology to reduce/reduce the factors that affect job seekers according to groups from 9 existing variables, the results of the reduction are obtained.

Abstract

In Season 16 episode 7 'Papa Don’t Preach', is told about a patient named Cassidy Gardner who is 25 years old. Cassidy fell down the stairs, and upon checking the doctor found that the patient was pregnant. Before falling from the stairs it turns out she was trying to abort her womb. Cassidy asked the doctors to abort her pregnancy and got two different responses from the two doctors. From the explanation, it can be seen that this film is interesting for researchers because researchers want to see whether the verbal and non-verbal communication made between the two doctors who treat patients fulfill the Hippocratic Oath. The researcher wants to know the verbal and non-verbal communication of actors who took the Hippocratic Oath and the Oath, and what verbal and non-verbal communication violates the Hippocratic Oath. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. The researcher separates the verbal and non-verbal data obtained from the film, then categorizes them according to the fulfilled and violated Hippocratic oaths. And from this research, it was found that the total verbal communication was ethically appropriate and absent by 59% and non-verbal ethically appropriate and absent by 41%.

Abstract

Discus throw is one of the main branches of athletic sport. Discus throw is included in sports learning material, including at SMP Negeri 24 Makassar, which is a place of research. Many learning methods are used in order to improve students' ability to master discus throwing skills, but in reality and practice in the field there are still many students who do not understand and are able to do what has been conveyed during learning. for that we need an appropriate learning method so that students can more easily master the skill of throwing discs. This research study, discusses the application of learning methods and student motivation in discus throwing skills.

Abstract

Background: Ischialgia is a manifestation of low back pain that occurs due to clamping of the ischiadicus nerve which causes paraesthesia/tingling along the course of the ischiadicus nerve roots, this condition will cause low back pain. Complaints are felt such as discomfort, limited movement that interferes with functional activities. Exercise therapy is given an effect in repairing, recovering, and increasing the body's physiology and physical function. The types of exercise therapy given are stretching, core stability and strengthening. Objektive: Knowing physiotherapy management with exercise therapy methods in case of low back pain et. causa ischialgia. Methods: Research using the Case Report method was carried out at Dr. Harjono S Ponorogo Hospital in a 66-year-old male patient diagnosed with physiotherapy for low back pain et. causa ischialgia with complaints of lower back pain and feeling pain radiating to the right hind thigh. Patients were given intervention in the form of exercise therapy which was carried out 1 week 2 times. Result: The exercise therapy which was carried out 3 times resulted in a decrease in pain, an increase in muscle strength, an increase in trunk LGS, there was no increase in functional activity, and there was an increase in measurements of the risk of falling. Conclusion: Based on the research using Case Report, it shows that physiotherapy management with the exercise therapy method in cases of low back pain et. causa ischialgia, as a whole the evaluation results found an increase.

Abstract

Barabah Mandi community is a group based in the tourism village of Kampuang Saribu Gonjong (Kampuang Sarugo), Sungai Dodok, Lima Puluh Kota regency, West Sumatra. Established for last 3 decades with a management and management concepts that have evolved over time. Finally, the Barabah Mandi group was active in as like with the rapid development of the name Kampuang Saribu Gonjong. In this paper, we will discuss about management, existence and developments in the Barabah Mandi group, namely: planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. No doubt, Kampuang Sarugo won its golden age by winning second place in the Anugerah Pesona Indonesia 2020 for the Most Popular Traditional Village category, which made the general public start to look at it as an area with promising tourism potential. This was made possible by the contribution of the famous West Sumatran musician brothers, Alfalah, Moch. Hafiz and Wilda Aviva (adviser and current manager of the Barabah Mandi Group) as music illustrators for the videos that were contested
