Abstract

Barabah Mandi community is a group based in the tourism village of Kampuang Saribu Gonjong (Kampuang Sarugo), Sungai Dodok, Lima Puluh Kota regency, West Sumatra. Established for last 3 decades with a management and management concepts that have evolved over time. Finally, the Barabah Mandi group was active in as like with the rapid development of the name Kampuang Saribu Gonjong. In this paper, we will discuss about management, existence and developments in the Barabah Mandi group, namely: planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. No doubt, Kampuang Sarugo won its golden age by winning second place in the Anugerah Pesona Indonesia 2020 for the Most Popular Traditional Village category, which made the general public start to look at it as an area with promising tourism potential. This was made possible by the contribution of the famous West Sumatran musician brothers, Alfalah, Moch. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) serta mengetahui keaktifan peserta didik selama proses penerapan model pembelajaran PjBL. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi. Subjek yang digunakan yaitu peserta didik kelas VII MTs Al Mujahidin Sumenep. Hasil penelitian yaitu berdasarkan hasil observasi yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti, model pembelajaran PjBL dapat digunakan guru dalam proses kegiatan pembelajaran. Model pembelajaran PjBL merupakan salah satu alternatif yang dapat digunakan oleh guru untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar yang dapat dilihat dari keaktifan peserta didik karena model pembelajaran PjBL berpusat pada peserta didik saat proses kegiatan pembelajaran. Model pembelelajaran PJBL juga dapat membuat peserta didik menjadi lebih aktif dan fokus dalam menyelesaikan masalah, serta membuat peserta didik berpikir secara mandiri maupun berkelompok.

Abstract

The mining activities at PT Cahaya Riau Mandiri jobsite PT Duta Alam Sumatera applied conventional mining method, namely using the combination of loading and hauling equipment. The mining activity for overburden removal at PT Duta Alam Sumatera had equipment synchronization of MF >1 where the loading equipment had waiting time. To obtain the synchronized time, the reduction of hauling tools was necessary so that production activities especially overburden hauling could run optimally without any waiting time. The use of need equipment especially on the overburden activity utilized 5 units of DT Nissan CWB 45 and 1 unit of Komatsu PC 400 loading tool. Fleet 1 had production of 118.21 BCM/hours with match factor 1.46. Fleet 2 had production of 111.13 BCM/hours with match factor 1.52. Fleet 3 had production of 113.70 BCM/hours with match factor 1.46. The number of hauling tool could accelerate the mining activities without any waiting time from the almost close match factor

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk untuk melihat keterlaksanaan pembelajaran praktikum berbasis quide inquiry berbantuan buku petunjuk media pembelajaran IPA berbasis lingkungan pesisir. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi. Subjek yang digunakan yaitu peserta didik kelas VII SMPi Al Qodiri Sumenep. Hasil penelitian yaitu berdasarkan hasil observasi yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti. Penerapan pembelajaran praktikum berbasis quide inquiry berbantuan buku petunjuk media pembelajaran IPA berbasis lingkungan pesisir sesuai langkah-langkah dalam model pembelajaran quide inquary (inkuitri terbimbing) pada materi pokok perubahan materi dapat meningkatkan kemampuan unjuk kerja dan sikap ilmiah siswa yang dapat dilihat pada saat kegiatan pembelajaran praktikum yang telah dilaksanakan.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to reconcile conflicting empirical result from prior studies on the association between internal audit and higher education performance. Furthermore, this study also investigates whether the conficting findings were moderated by the different higher education performance measures. This study used meta-analysis to integrate the previous studies findings on the association between intenal audit and higher education performance and further investigated the moderators of such association. The findings showed that internal audit ihave a association with higher education performance, but that association is not moderated by differences in higher education performance measures. Abstract

Introduction : Fracture is a condition that occurs when the integrity and strength of the bone is damaged due to invasive disease or a damaging biological process. around the bone is the determinant of whether the fracture is complete or incomplete. Purpose: of this study is to determine the implementation of physiotherapy in overcoming pain reduction in cases of post orif femur dextra ec. fracture of the right femur. Methods: active exercise, passive exercise, ankle pumping, static quadriceps, early mobilization of the patient is given for 4 weeks. Results: evaluation was carried out using ROM (Range of Motion,), Manual Muscle Testing, anthropometry and Numeric Rating Scale. Conclusion: there is an increase in ROM (Range of Motion,), Manual Muscle Testing, anthropometry and Numeric Rating Scale for 4 weeks.

Abstract

AR Fitokimia dan Virtual Lab Fitokimia adalah jenis bahan ajar berbasis aplikasi mobile yang dapat diakses mahasiswa secara online menggunakan ponsel Android di lingkungan Program Studi D3 Analisis Farmasi dan Makanan Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta II. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui respon mahasiswa terhadap kontribusi aplikasi AR Fitokimia dan Virtual Lab Fitokimia pada pembelajaran mata kuliah Praktikum Fitokimia. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Subyek atau responden penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Prodi D3 Analisis Farmasi dan Makanan Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta II semester ganjil tahun akademik 2022/2023 sebanyak 89 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket respon dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis dekripstif kuantitatif dengan bantuan pengumpulan data memakai skala Likert. Respon penerimaan diperoleh dengan rata-rata 91,3% dapat dikategorikan sangat setuju. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi AR Fitokimia dan Virtual Lab Fitokimia sangat baik dan layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran digital dalam kegiatan Praktikum Fitokimia di Prodi D3 Analisis Farmasi dan Makanan Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta II.

Abstract

In this paper we propose the theory of finite difference methode for calculating heat transfer on rectangular tin pan alloy which the center temperature is 7000c and the ambien temperature is 300 c. The aim in this paper we used this method for calculating of heat transfer on the pan in order to process of making activated charcoal especially called “arang aktif-13”. We design a furnace which is the heat resources in the center only then choosing 9 points rectangularly on the plate pan that it will be calculated the value of temperature and the velocity of temperature on these points. By assumption the temperature at the center of the pan on the furnice is consistence or stable, then we do the process of defried of row material coconut shell until cooked as activated charcoal. We consider choosing 9 points in order tobe caculated as manually easiely and therefore can be comparing with using software lindo, and also for more points grather than 9 we suggested using masine more efficient. The spreading of the heat on the plate pan when the moment achieve the condition of the temperature araund the pan stable, then it can be animated by using software matlab. By doing depried of row material, that process will need 13 minutes to become activated charcoal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional karyawan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Karya Perdana Mandiri Penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. sampel yang digunakan 91 responden. Dengan menggunakan teknik slovin yang di ambil dari jumlah populasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan studi pustaka dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan uji parsial (uji t) dan uji koefisien determinasi (R). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan nilai perbandingan thitung dan ttabel menunjukkan thitung > ttabel (4,500 > 1,66216) dan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari 0.05 (0,001<0,05). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are: 1) To find out whether there are spelling mistakes in Detikcom and Kompas.com online newspapers. 2) To find out what types of spelling mistakes are often found in Detikcom and Kompas.com online newspapers. 3) To compare which online newspaper has fewer spelling mistakes. This research uses the descriptive qualitative method with document analysis instruments and simak-catat technique. It can be concluded that: 1) There were 60 spelling mistakes in 40 news headlines from Detikcom and 37 spelling mistakes in 40 news headlines from Kompas.com. 2) Italicization mistakes are often found in Detikcom with as many as 45 mistakes, while word writing mistakes are often found in Kompas.com with as many as 17 mistakes. 3) Kompas.com has fewer spelling mistakes than Detikcom in the March-April 2023 edition.
