Abstract

Health insurance is a guarantee in the health sector that is given to people who have paid contributions either by individuals or by the government. The issue that is developing in today's society is that there are complaints about the lack of quality health services to patients using health insurance cards or BPJS, especially services at the Puskesmas level. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in the level of satisfaction of BPJS health patients and non BPJS patients with outpatient services at the Tanjung Nusa Tenggara Barat Health Center. The research method using a cross-sectional study was carried out on 32 patients using BPJS health and 32 non BPJS patients, the qualitative sample in this study used 10 informants selected according to research needs, 4 informants from patients, 4 informants from health workers on duty, 1 doctor, and 1 representative informant from the leadership of the Puskesmas. The statistical test used was Mann-Whitney. The results showed that there was no difference in the level of satisfaction of BPJS health patients and non BPJS patients in the outpatient services of the Tanjung Nusa Tenggara Barat Health Center (p = 0.215; = 0.05). Overall there is no difference in the level of satisfaction of BPJS and Non-BPJS patients. Researchers also suggest that people can use BPJS health services as one of their future health insurance. In addition, the service elements of responsiveness and tangibles should still be maximized.

Abstract

The Chronic Disease Management Program (PROLANIS) is implemented by Health Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS Kesehatan) in an integrated manner involving participants, health facilities, and BPJS Kesehatan in order to maintain the health of participants with chronic diseases, especially Diabetes Militus Type 2 (DMT2). It is aimed at sufferers to achieve a better quality of life. The cost of effective and efficient health services is an important factor, because it is one of the performance-based capitation indicators in Community Health Centers (Puskesmas). Based on data from the West Lombok Health Office, West Nusa Tenggara province - Indonesia, from the top 10 most diseases, diabetes mellitus ranks 8 (eight), where in 2019 there were 8.882 cases, while in 2020 there were 9.683. The purpose of this study is to analyze the input, process and output factors of the PROLANIS program at the Puskesmas. This study is a descriptive study with qualitative and quantitative approaches, where primary data was obtained from in-depth interviews and secondary data from the Pcare Puskesmas application. The results showed that the input of PROLANIS registered participants was still very low (about 14% of the total number of participants diagnosed with DM), the process indicator of the number of PROLANIS participants who visited the puskesmas was quite high (82%), and the output indicator showed the number or ratio of participants whose blood sugar was controlled, is still very low (26%). Finally, in general, our findings are that the implementation of PROLANIS at the West Lombok District Health Center during the Covid-19 Pandemic is still not optimal in terms of input, process, and output.

Abstract

Sea urchins are marine invertebrates that are grouped in the Echinoidea class and Echinodermataphylum. Mawasangka is a district that has a large coastal area with a fairly good seagrass and coral reef ecosystem that plays an important role in the life cycle process of marine organisms, for instant as a habitat and food source for sea urchins. However, until now, information about the diversity of sea urchins in the coastal areas in Mawasangka District has not been reported. Thus, this research is very important. This research began with a location survey, field observation, and sampling. Supporting data such as temperature, pH, brightness, depth and salinity were also measured. The results showed that the number of species in 3 research locations in the coastal area of Mawasangka District was 5 species, consisting of 3 species from the genus Diadema, namely Diadema cytosum, Diadema antillarium, and Diadema savignyi, and 2 species from the Echinotrix genus, namely Echinothrix calamaris and Echinothrix diadema. The highest number of species diversity was found on the Pasi Kobungi beach. This happened because the habitat and environmental conditions at Pasi Kobungi Beach were very compatible for 5 species found. The species with the greatest abundance was sea urchins from the species of Diadema cytosum. It was found out that the coral reef substrate and seagrass in three research locations were important habitats for the growth of Diadema setosum and were easy to adapt to the environment. Due to the abundance of sea urchins from the Diadema cytosum species as well as many benefits of it for the environment, it can be concluded that the condition of the coastal area of Mawasangka District is still classified as healthy and well preserved.
