Abstract

In the era of digital transformation, information and communication technology is increasingly advanced, therefore the role of the website in a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises business is important. The existence of a quality website design in addition to increasing the reputation and trust of consumers is also an effective and efficient marketing tool methods. Based on interviews results that have been carried out at the Habbani Boutique in Tangerang Regency, a modern and professional website design is made to improve marketing and to attract consumers broadly. The observation method is used by visiting the Habbani boutique directly to find out the product to be marketed. Abstract

Community service activities in the student environment of SMP Negeri 1 Botupingge, Bone Bolango Regency are carried out with the aim of: (1) Increasing nationalism attitudes through community character who carry out the tradition of multiculturalism among students in Bone Bolango Regency. This socialization concern is carried out because in several regions in Indonesia there is often friction between ethnicities, both influenced by religious, racial and cultural issues that affect national resilience. So it is necessary to socialize early to the students to be able to minimize inter-ethnic conflicts in the Bone Bolango area. (2). In addition, the purpose of this socialization is to make students able to think creatively and innovatively in solving problems faced in society if there is friction caused by provocations aimed at clashing between one tribe and another. (3). Make a contributionpositif bagi para siswa  tentang pentingnya pemahaman membangun tradisi multiculturalism in maintaining the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. With this awareness, it will have a positive impact on an area in anticipating the disintegration of the nation in the form of conflicts between tribes in the Bone Bolango Regency area of Gorontalo Province.

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) is one of the businesses that are expected to be able to revive the economy of villages in Indonesia. In supporting one of the Ministry of Village, Development, of Disadvantages Regions and Transmigration programs, the Community service team (KKNT-PPM) Widya Mandira Catholic University (UNWIRA) Kupang did the analysis and strengthening socialization for BUMDes in Kuanheum Village, West Kupang District, Kupang Regency. In the study, there were many weaknesses and threats that the management must know of BUMDes Tetus in Kuanheum Village. There are also advantages of the BUMDes and the village and opportunities that could be optimized for the village's progress. As a direct effort, the UNWIRA KKNT-PPM team carried out socialization, including facilitated discussions with various parties that could help the development of the village economy. This program is expected to be sustained and monitored to produce optimal results for the better development of Kuanheum Village

Abstract

Ecoprint has been known for a long time, but ecoprint is experiencing a rapid increase at this time because it is considered to have economic value and is easy to manufacture. In addition, the fabric produced from the ecoprint technique has a more attractive appearance and is of high value because the process is made by hand. Ecoprint is defined as the process of transferring colors and shapes to fabrics through direct contact. The ecoprint technique is a development of ecofashion, to produce eco-friendly fashion products. HR. Ambar Batik, is one of the batik craftsmen who innovate to produce batik with natural materials. So far, Ambar batik produces hand-drawn batik and stamped batik. With the ecoprint which is now starting to become a fashion trend, Ambar batik is trying to produce ecoprint batik to be able to compete with ecoprint batiks that are starting to appear among batik entrepreneurs. The purpose of this community service is to determine the raw materials for making ecoprints, see the process of making ecoprints, increase the knowledge of batik craftsmen in developing their creativity in dealing with fashion trends, determine the selling price of ecoprint batik.

Abstract

Stock investment in Indonesia has grown quite rapidly in recent years and has attracted the attention of many people . When investing, analysis is needed to get future profits by minimizing stock risk. One of the ways that can be used to minimize risk is to form an optimal portfolio using the Markowitz model. The technology sector is one of the stock sectors that has progressed because of the high public interest in technology-related matters during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study , the optimal portfolio is a portfolio containing EMTK with a weight of 63% and TFAS with a weight of 37% which produces an expected return value of 0.007488 ( 0.7488%) and a risk value of 0.035000 (3.5%).

Abstract

QRIS (Quick Response Indonesian Standard) is a non-cash payment system innovation initiated by Bank Indonesia in collaboration with the Indonesian Payment System Association. This is one response to the era of digitalization and industry 4.0. Since January 2020, Bank Indonesia has required ( implemented) QRIS for non-cash payments, especially for micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), because it is a sector that contributes to Gross Domestic Product. Therefore, this study is intended to predict the number of SMEs using QRIS in Medan in the future based on the Markov Chain method. The data used is the number of MSMEs that use QRIS as a cashless payment in Medan City from Bank Indonesia North Sumatra in December 2019 to June 2022. The results show that there is a balance in October 2022 with a 52.2% chance percentage with declining conditions; 30.4% with an increasing condition, and 8.7% with a strongly increasing and decreasing condition. This good accuracy is checked with Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE).

Abstract

Starting from concerns about food waste and utilizing materials that are around, residents of Sukamanah Village, Megamendung District, Bogor Regency, through this community service dare to innovate by processing unused food ingredients into a type of product with high economic value. The existence of these innovation demands makes Sukamanah Village to have ideas that can be used in order to solve problems in Sukamanah Village in utilizing potential. The problem is that the number of edamame beans does not pass in the marketing. Community creativity is still low in utilizing raw materials from edamame nuts. Edamame beans that don't pass through sorting are mostly left alone. The selling value also tends to be low because they are only sold in the surrounding area or only consumed by themselves, compared to edamame beans that pass sorting and are marketed to supermarkets. If not processed properly, a lot of edamame beans will be wasted. So, this is where the need for an idea that can develop the potential of edamame beans. In general, the innovation of edamame bean ice cream is a form of utilization of edamame nuts that are sorted or do not meet the requirements to be marketed. In particular, edamame bean ice cream innovation aims to increase people's income and creativity. Edamame peanut ice cream innovation can make people become entrepreneurs.
