Abstract

Starting from concerns about food waste and utilizing materials that are around, residents of Sukamanah Village, Megamendung District, Bogor Regency, through this community service dare to innovate by processing unused food ingredients into a type of product with high economic value. The existence of these innovation demands makes Sukamanah Village to have ideas that can be used in order to solve problems in Sukamanah Village in utilizing potential. The problem is that the number of edamame beans does not pass in the marketing. Community creativity is still low in utilizing raw materials from edamame nuts. Edamame beans that don't pass through sorting are mostly left alone. The selling value also tends to be low because they are only sold in the surrounding area or only consumed by themselves, compared to edamame beans that pass sorting and are marketed to supermarkets. If not processed properly, a lot of edamame beans will be wasted. So, this is where the need for an idea that can develop the potential of edamame beans. In general, the innovation of edamame bean ice cream is a form of utilization of edamame nuts that are sorted or do not meet the requirements to be marketed. In particular, edamame bean ice cream innovation aims to increase people's income and creativity. Edamame peanut ice cream innovation can make people become entrepreneurs.

Abstract

UMKM adalah sebuah usaha yangkehadirannya bermanfaat untuk negara misalnya seperti berkontribusi dalam pembentukan PDB, namun masihbanyak UMKM yang mengalami beberapa permasalahan, hal tersebut terjadi karena pemahaman UMKM yang kurang mumpuni. Oleh karena itu perguruan tinggi membuat kegiatan KKN. Dengan adanya KKN mahasiswa dapat mengimplementasikan teori-teori yang telah diajarkan kepada UMKM. Kegiatan KKN ini dilaksanakan di UMKM XME Toys dan Polipers yang berada di Desa Sukaraja. Metode pelaksanaan KKN dimulai dengan wawancara dengan pemilik UMKM dilanjutkan dengan pelaksanaan program kerja. Program kerja yang dilaksanakanyaitu pelatihan inovasi pemasaran, pelatihan penyusunan laporan keuangan, bazar UMKM, dan lomba menghias produk. Hasil dari kegiatan KKN ini yaitu dapat memperluas jangkauan UMKM dalam memasarkan produknya dan lebih mudah memahami mengenai penyusunan laporan keuangan.

Abstract

This observation will analyze the level of community satisfaction with non-cash food assistance for social services in the Cibinong District area, Bogor Regency, West Java. Since the March 2020 Pandemic, the government through the Social Service has collaborated with banks (Association of State Banks) to distribute non-cash food assistance (BPNT). Assistance is channeled by distributing electronic cards such as red and white special ATMs to prosperous families from the bank to underprivileged residents who have been registered in the Bogor Regency Social Service data. Then the card is exchanged for necessities (nine staples), namely: 10 kg of rice, 1 kg of eggs, 1 chicken meat, 0.5 kg of vegetables/fruit, and 250 grams of green beans, exchanged for e-Warung which has been provided by the Social Service Bogor Regency. Data collection through questionnaires and observation of e-Warung 40 respondents was taken based on a purposive random sampling technique. The data was analyzed through validity and reliability tests, as well as a hypothesis test in measuring the level of satisfaction of residents with BPNT through e-Warung in Cibinong. The results of the study provide clues that several dimensions of the level of satisfaction that affect the distribution of current BPNT in the Cibinong sub-district, namely: Accuracy in implementation, there are 6 precise aspects: Target, quantity, price, time, quality, and administration. There are two kinds of measurements of Family Welfare Nationally, namely, Measurements by the Central Bureau of Statistics and Measurements carried out by the National Family Planning Coordinating Board, with concerning e-Warung, measurements based on population, health, consumption patterns, and employment. The conclusion is that the level of citizen satisfaction with BPNT has a very positive effect. The results of the study stated that citizen satisfaction increased by 24% on the accuracy of providing assistance and satisfaction increased by 27% on e-Warung performance.

Abstract

Starting from concerns about cassava skin waste and utilizing materials that are around, the villagers Sukamanah, Megamendung District, Bogor Regency, through this community service, dares to innovate by processing unused food ingredients into a type of product with high economic value. Cassava has long been used as food for the people of Indonesia. Especially in the land of Sunda, cassava has its own place on a par with rice. The tubers, which are usually used as food, are processed by boiling, frying and steaming. Usually the cassava that is to be processed is only targeted at the tubers, while the skin discarded because they are considered waste and can no longer be used. Through this activity, they are finally able to use cassava peels to become a light snack that is delicious to eat and has a sale value. Cassava skin is made into other processed products in the form of chips Crispy cassava skin from waste is made into delicious and nutritious snacks.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work in terms of quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties. Motivation, work discipline and competence will work well if the company pays attention to the things that employees want, which will have an impact on the company's desired targets.This research aims to determine the influence of motivation, work discipline and competence on the performance of employees at The Rizen Hotel Cisarua Bogor. The sample in this study amounted to 40 people. The results of the validity and reliability tests show that all question items are declared valid and reliable. Simultaneously motivation, work discipline and competence influence the performance of The Rizen Hotel employees. Partially, all independent variables influence employee performance.

Abstract

Hand sanitizer is one of the people's choices in preventing the transmission of Covid-19. The high demand for hand sanitizers is a business opportunity for hand sanitizer entrepreneurs in developing their businesses. The aim of this study; 1) to find out consumer responses regarding product quality, price, brand image and purchasing decisions; 2), analyze the effect of product quality, price and brand image simultaneously and partially on the decision to purchase handsanitizer at PT Gamajaya Global Grosir. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with a total sample of 100 consumers. The results showed that 1) consumer responses regarding product quality, price, brand image and purchasing decisions were in good criteria; 2) product quality, price and brand image simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on PT Gamajaya Global Grosir's hand sanitizer

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and identify the effect of price, brand image, and trust both simultaneously and partially on customer satisfaction at Yamaha Mio at Arista Tajur. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents who were taken by purposive sampling technique with criteria; consumers who have purchased Yamaha Mio motorbikes and consumers who are seen as mature enough to fill out the questionnaire, at least seventeen years old, the reason that they have been able to determine the satisfaction received rationally. The questionnaire was tested with validity tests, reliability tests, and also classic assumption tests. The results of these tests are valid, reliable, and can be used for regression data. The analytical method used in this study is a descriptive and verification method with a quantitative approach. The results of the study show that the variables of price, brand image, and trust simultaneously or partially have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Yamaha Mio at Arista Tajur. The test results for the coefficient of determination (R Square) are 57.6% while the remaining is 42.4%. The relationship between price, brand image, and trust is very strong with a correlation coefficient of 0.759

Abstract

Research to determine consumer responses and the influence of product quality, promotion and brand image on consumer satisfaction at The Coffee Legend, both simultaneously and partially. The subjects of this research are consumers who have made purchases, the sample in this research is 100 respondents. This type of research is descriptive and verification. Test the instrument using validity and reliability tests. Data analysis includes multiple regression, determination tests and simultaneous and partial significance tests. The research results show: (1) The average consumer response to consumer satisfaction at The Coffe Legend is the highest product quality, (2) Product quality, promotion and brand image have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction partially or simultaneously

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment and discipline, both simultaneously and partially, on the performance of non-health workers at Pulmonary Hospital Dr. Goenawan Partowidigdo Cisarua Bogor. This research design uses descriptive and verification research methods. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling techniques. The number of respondent was 61 people. The subject of this research were non-health workers at Pulmonary Hospital Dr. Goenawan Partowidigdo Cisarua Bogor, and the object of this research is the work environment, discipline and employee performance. The tools used in this analysis are multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing (F test and t test). The research results show that employee responses to work environment variables are in the good category, discipline is in the good category, and employee performance is in the good category. Partially or simultaneously, the work environment, discipline and employee performance have a significant and positive influence on the performance of non-health workers at Pulmonary Hospital Dr. Goenawan Partowidigdo Cisarua Bogor.

Abstract

Susi Handayani, et al conducted a study entitled Improving Employee Performance Through Strengthening Training and Education Levels (Study at Hotel Mauve Palembang), using a sample of 43 employees of Mauve Hotel Palembang. The results showed that the training variable had a significant effect on employee performance with a tcount value of the training variable (X₂) of 2.040 > ttable 2.021, a significance value of 0.048 <0.05. Furthermore, simultaneously the level of education and training has a significant effect on employee performance with Fcount 36.678 > Ftable 3.23, the significance is less than 0.05 (0.036 <0.05). The better the level of education applied to Mauve Hotel Palembang employees, the higher the employee performance, this is shown from the coefficient that is owned by variable X1 which is positive.
