Jurnal AGRONISMA merupakan media untuk publikasi tulisan asli yang berkaitan dengan budidaya tanaman secara luas, dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Fokus dalam bidang kajian mencakup ilmu tanaman, ilmu tanah-tanaman dan ilmu hama dan penyakit tanaman. Naskah dapat berupa hasil-hasil penelitian atau percobaan lapangan/laboratorium, baik yang dilakukan oleh dosen maupun mahasiswa untuk memfasilitasi artikel ilmiah mahasiswa yang telah memasuki tahap akhir studi. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jenis media dan komposisi pupuk cair terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil bawang merah dengan teknik hidroganik. Penelitian ini dilakuan di lahan Perumahan Bumi Asri Sengkaling, Desa Mulyoagung, Kecamatan Dau, Kabupaten Malang pada bulan November 2021 sampai Januari 2022. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah macam media terdiri dari 2 level, yaitu; M1 :Media arang sekam, M2 : Media serbuk gergaji. Faktor kedua macam pupuk cair terdiri dari 6 level, yaitu; K1 : POC 5 ml/L air, K2 : AB mix 12 ml/L air, K3 : AB mix 10 ml/L air + POC 3 ml/L air, K4 : AB mix 8 ml/L air + POC 3 ml/L air, K5 : AB mix 10 ml/L air + POC 1 ml/L air, K6 : AB mix 8 ml/L air + POC 1 ml/L air. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum jenis media arang sekam memberikan hasil yang lebih baik pada parameter pertumbuhan tanaman, sedangkan pada parameter hasil komposisi pupuk cair maupun jenis media tidak berpengaruh nyata. Kata Kunci: Jenis Media, Pupuk Cair, Bawang merah, Hidroganik

Abstract

Corn is a cereal commodity that has a role as the second fulfillment of carbohydrate needs after rice. Glutinous corn (Zea mays C) is a type of corn that has a special character, which contains almost 100% levels of amylopectin and is used fresh or processed as local food which is a regional specialty in Indonesia. Eco enzyme is an enzyme produced from the fermentation process of natural ingredients, such as plant proteins, minerals and hormones. This study aims to determine the effect of eco enzyme and cultivation model on the growth of local glutinous corn, to determine the effect of eco enzyme and cultivation model on the yield of local corn glutinous rice, and to determine the effect of eco enzyme and cultivation model on growth and yield of local maize. The experimental design used in this study was a factorial randomized block design (RAK) with a control consisting of two factors. The first factor is the application of Eco enzyme (E), which consists of three levels E1 = 1% (10 ml), E2 = 1.5% (15 ml) and E3 = 2% (20 ml). The second factor is the cultivation model (M), which consists of three levels M1 = Minimum Tillage, M2 = Organic and M3 = Inorganic plus the control treatment. The results showed that the application of eco enzyme with a cultivation model had no effect on the growth of glutinous corn plants but did affect the yield of glutinous corn plants. The application of eco-enzyme combined with a cultivation model using organic goat manure gave maximum results at cob weight without cob 104.36 (g), cob length 13.33 (g), ear diameter 40.37 (g) and cob seed weight 80, 59 (g).

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of adding kiapu mixture and recurrent rice straw to the growth and yield of second period wetland rice. The design used was RAK, the treatment (R1 + = 100% kiapu; R2 + = 75% kiapu + 25% rice straw; R3 + = 50% kiapu + 50% rice straw; R4 + = 25% kiapu + 75% rice straw ; R5 + = 100% rice straw) plus NPK treatment and control. The results showed that the Kiapu mixture compost R1 + had an average variable growth of 96.58 cm, the number of leaves was 236.17 pot -1, the number of tillers was 55.83 pot-1, leaf area was 9646 , 07 cm2, total root length of 606.28 cm and the highest yield of grain weight per hectare of 9.67 tons ha-1 was better than all treatments.Key words: Kiapu, rice straw, lowland rice

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of fertilizer and inorganic soil on the growth and yield of tomato plants (Lycopersicum esculentum Miil) in the field. The research was carried out in the experimental area of Merjosari sub-district, Malang City and the Integrated Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Islamic University of Malang. This study used a factorial randomized block design (RAK) consisting of 2 factors of soil concentration and dose of inorganic fertilizer with 12 treatments repeated 3 times. The results showed that the application of biological fertilizer 1ml/liter of water + 100% recommended dose of inorganic fertilizer (M2P1) was shown in the parameters of the number of leaves, fruit weight per plant and fruit weight per hectare, where plant productivity reached 24.98 tons/ha. However, it was not significantly different from the application of 0.5 ml/liter water + 50% inorganic fertilizer recommended dose (M1P3).

Abstract

Melon cultivation can be planted either conventionally or hydroponically (without soil). Along with the narrowing of productive agricultural land and decreasing soil quality,it encourages farmers to cultivate melons with a hydroponic system. There are various kinds of hydroponic media using inorganic fertilizers for melon cultivation, but it is still rarely found using organic fertilizers for hydroponic melon cultivation. This study developed a soilless cultivation system using vermicompost organic fertilizer. The aim of this study is to examine the effect of vermicompost application method and dosage on the growth and yield of melon plants which are planted hydraulically. This experiment used a factorial randomized block design with controls. Factor 1 of the vermicompost application method consists of two levels, namely M1 = 100% solid vermicompost immersed, M2 = 50% solid vermicompost immersed and 50% vermicompost thawed. Factor 2 doses of vermicompost consist of four levels, namely V1 = 200 grams, V2 = 400 grams, V3 = 600 grams, and V4 = 800 grams per polybag, plus control treatment using inorganic fertilizers. The results showed that the interaction between the application method and vermicompost dose significantly affected the growth and yield of melons. The best treatment combination is the application of 100% solid vermicompost at a dose of 800 g / polybag with plant height growth of 173.94 cm, number of leaves 25.33, and leaf area 2445.51 cm2. The results were achieved for fruit weights 601.11 g / plant and fruit diameter 10.19 cm / plant. The results of this study suggest that the application of 100% solid vermicompost can be used as a nutrient source in the cultivation of hydro-organic melon plants.

Abstract

Caisim mustard (Brassica juncea L.) is a type of leaf vegetable that contains a variety of complete nutrients that are widely used by the community. This study aims to obtain the optimum dose of biological fertilizer application that can increase the productivity of growth and yield of caisim mustard plants. The research was carried out on the agricultural land of the Sri Anom IV Temas farmer group, Batu District, Batu City for 2 months starting from December 2021 to January 2022. The design used was a Simple Randomized Design consisting of one factor, namely Petrobio (H) biofertilizer. Petrobio (H) biofertilizer application consists of 4 levels, namely H0 (without biofertilizer), H1 (50 kg/ha), H2 (100 kg/ha), H3 (150 kg/ha). From the design that has been described, each experimental unit was repeated 3 times and each treatment unit used 4 samples, so that 48 samples were obtained. The results of this study indicate that the application of Petrobio biofertilizer is able to provide real growth and yield of caisim mustard plants. The use of Petrobio H1, H2 and H3 biofertilizers gave an equally good response to the number of leaves. The H2 and H3 treatments gave the same good response to plant height and plant dry weight. While the H3 treatment gave an equally good response to plant fresh weight and plant economic weight. From the results of the regression analysis, the optimum dose of Petrobio biofertilizer was 174 kg/ha with an economic weight of 136.882 grams/plant.Keywords : Caisim mustard plant, Petrobio biofertilizer.

Abstract

Peningkatan kebutuhan sawi Pak-coy perlu diikuti oleh perbaikan sistem budidaya untuk meningkatkan produktivitas sawi. Salah satunya dengan melakukan manajemen tanah melalui aplikasi vermikompos dan induksi listrik (SIPLO) pada lahan pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh interaksi antara lama induksi listrik dan dosis vermikompos terhadap pertumbuhan, hasil, dan kualitas tanaman sawi pak-coy. Penelitian ini merupakan percobaan lapang yang dilakukan di lahan sawah, Kelurahan Tlogomas, Kota Malang pada ketinggian 600 m dpl dari 25 Oktober 2018 - 4 Januari 2019. Percobaan ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok yang disusun secara faktorial. Perlakuan yang diujikan terdiri dari dua faktor. Faktor I adalah lama induksi listrik yang terdiri dari tiga taraf yaitu :  S0= 0 menit, S1= 30 menit, dan S2= 60 menit. Faktor II adalah dosis vermikompos dengan taraf V0= 0 ton ha-1, V1= ton ha-1, dan V2= 10 ton ha-1. Masing-masing perlakuan diulang 3 kali dan tiap-tiap ulangan diambil sampel sebanyak 3 tanaman. Variabel yang diamati terdiri dari variabel pertumbuhan dan parameter hasil dan kualitas tanaman.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya interaksi yang nyata antara kedua faktor, dimana induksi SIPLO selama 60 menit dan vermikompos 10 ton ha-1 (S2V2) memberikan pertumbuhan dan kualitas tanaman tertinggi dengan kandungan vitamin C 77,00 mg/100 g tanaman dan kandungan Ca 1,89% sedangkan hasil tanaman hanya dipengaruhi oleh dosis vermikompos tetapi tidak dipengaruhi oleh induksi listrik.

Abstract

National sticky rice consumption during the last five years (2014-2018) tends to increase by 19.10% per year (BPS, 2018). Rice irrigation water management is very important to maximize the development of rice cultivation technology, especially to improve water use efficiency. This study aims to determine the effect of water application intervals on the growth and yield of several varieties of glutinous rice (Oryza sativa L. Var. Glutinosa). This research was carried out in March - July 2021 at the Green house of the Faculty of Agriculture in this location, which is located at an altitude of 550 meters above sea level with an average temperature of 270C-300C. The experiment used a factorial randomized block design (RAK) consisting of 2 factors. The first factor: interval of water supply consisting of 3 levels I0 (watered every day), I1 (watered every 6 days), I2 (watered every 12 days). The second factor is plant variety which consists of 2 levels: V1 = Siem variety (white), V2 = Payaman variety (black). The results data were tested with the BNT test (Least Significant Difference) at 5% level. Based on the ANOVA results, there was no significant interaction with plant height, number of leaves, number of tillers and leaf area. In each treatment, the best growth rate and yield between watering intervals and two varieties of glutinous rice (Oryza sativa L. Var. Glutinosa) were not found

Abstract

Janggel mushrooms are edible fungi / mushrooms that can be consumed and grow on media containing high cellulose, one of which is composted agricultural waste (rice straw), but we do not know for sure the impact of different composting times. This study aims to determine the length of time for composting rice straw media on the growth and yield of janggel mushrooms. The research was conducted at the Agrotechnology Mushroom Cultivation Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Islamic University of Malang From December 2020 to February 2021. The design used was a simple randomized block design (RBD) with 3 replications with a 5% level test, the treatment used was composting time with 5 levels. Namely 0, 3, 6, 9 and 12 days. The results showed that the difference in composting time had a significant effect on the parameters of the diameter of the fruity body hood, the total fresh weight of the fruit body and the period of harvest. However, the composting time of 12 days (L4) showed the highest yield on parameters : the ability of mycelium to fill the media with 6 days after inoculation, and the harvest period with a length of 52 days. However, the 9 day composting time (L3) gave the highest result on the parameter of total fresh weight of the fruit body with a weight of 161.62 grams. However, L2 (6 days of composting) showed the highest yield on the diameter of the fruit body hood with a width of 7.42 mm. The optimum composting time in straw, rice bran and CaCO3 media is 12 days of composting.

Abstract

Curly lettuce (Lactuca sativa L) is a horticultural plant that is in great demand by the public today and contains many nutrients and vitamins, including: Calcium, Phosphorus, Iron, Vitamins A, B and C. The negative effect of the green revolution lasting more than 30 years, one of the factors is the field of fertilization resulting in reduced ecosystems in the soil. Biocomplex biofertilizer is one alternative because it can help improve the ecosystem in the soil. This study aimed to study the effect of dosage and interval of application of biocomplex fertilizer on the growth and yield of curly lettuce. The design used was a factorial randomized block design  consisting of 2 factors. The first factor consists of a dose of biocomplex fertilizer (100 ml/polybag and 200 ml/polybag). The second factor consisted of the interval of application of biocomplex fertilizers (3 days before planting, 3 days before and 1 time after planting, 3 days before and 2 times after planting, 3 days before and 3 times after planting) and control. The results showed that there was a significant interaction on the total fresh weight parameter of plants (D2T4 = 88.25 grams) which showed better results than other treatments and controls. Treatment D2 (dose of 200 ml/polybag) gave optimal results at the economic weight of curly lettuce plants reaching 53.79 grams. The T4 treatment (4 times interval) of biocomplex fertilizer gave optimal results on the dry weight of curly lettuce plants reaching 6.40 grams
