JPMI: Jurnal Pendidikan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah adalah jurnal pendidikan dasar dan pembelajaran yang dikelola oleh Prodi PGMI Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Islam Malang. Abstract

This method uses tilawati learning method in MINU maudlu'ul ulum purwantoro blimbing sub-district of Malang. In the implementation of learning the Qur'an, tilawati method, children who have not read, the Qur'an, can read well, and also makes it easier for teachers to complete materials that use Arabic writing, such as Arabic language lessons, the Qur'an 'a hadith in reading short letters. This research was conducted at the Madrasah MINU maudlu'ul ulum purwantoro Blimbing sub-district of Malang. the purpose of this study was to describe the learning of the method of al-Qur'an tilawati in MINU maudlu'ul ulum purwantoro blimbing sub-district of Malang. using qualitative research with descriptive type. Data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using condensation data, display data and drawing and concluding conclusions. The results of this study are the ability to read the Qur'an students good in learning the Qur'an recitation method, and the strategies used in learning the Qur'an recitation method are classical individuals and reading reading techniques, and supporting factors that indicate facilities which supports, professional teachers, and the interests of student talent as for the inhibiting factors are attitude tolerance and time allocation.

Abstract

Schools as formal institutions in providing Islamic religious learning must have a learning curriculum development that considers everything related to student competencies. This study discusses the role of the principal in developing student personality through religious activities in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Huda Mulyorejo, Malang. The method in this study uses qualitative methods, the type of case study. The subjects of this study are the principal, the teacher. From the findings obtained from religious activities through correct habituation that is when meeting with the teacher, students give a smile while kissing their hands. Both the habituation of Dhuha prayer and Dhuhr prayer in congregation ie students have a sense of responsibility and discipline in carrying out worship. And third is reading using the ummi method, that is, students are more active and read according to the tawjid in the parents' monitoring and monitoring book. The role of the principal in developing student personality through religious activities is to set an example, provide motivation, provide facilities, give gifts and conduct supervision. The things that need to be considered are about the habit of religious activities being carried out well, but the school can improve again through inculcation of other Islamic values.
