Abstract

The PT. Aneka Industri warehouse is located on a level with a slope of approximately 0-1%. Survey results from PT. Aneka Industri Warehouse in Tambaksawah Village, Waru District, Sidoarjo Regency, showed a height of -0.20m, slightly above the flood level of -0.10m. The area is likely to flood due to the overflow of Afvoer Bunung, which flows out from other areas (runoff water) during heavy rains. In addition, the storage area is a dense industrial area, and the chance of rainwater infiltration and loss is small. According to the analysis, the flood discharge of Afvoer Buntung during the 25-year return period is 193,305 m3/s. Meanwhile, the cross-sectional capacity of Afvoer Buntung is 25.707 m3/s, so the cross-section of Afvoer Buntung at the storage site of PT. Aneka Industri is flooded. It rains for t = 30 minutes, total volume = 297.57 m3.

Abstract

Road construction is one of the fulfillment of the government's duties in providing mobility facilities for people's land transportation to move from one place to another. The government, through contractors as road construction implementers, must work carefully, so it is important for the government to select road construction contractors who meet predetermined criteria so that the road construction process can take place optimally. This study aims to find priority criteria and alternative contractors in the process of selecting Long Semamu – Long Bawan Road Construction Contractors. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with the aim of determining the Criteria and Alternative Variables. The population of this study were employees of the Public Works Department as the Tender Team for the Selection of Road Construction Contractors as many as 32 people with the research sample being the total population. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis techniques for research aids use the AHP method with AHP data processing software (Expert Choice version 11). The results of the study prove that the Price Criteria is a priority criterion in the selection of road construction contractors. In addition, Contractor C is an alternative priority in road construction.

Abstract

Pavement improvement on Kemangsen road is necessary to repair the old concrete pavement, which is corrugated/subside so that it hinders the movement of passengers and goods. Therefore, the improvement of road pavement must comply with predetermined standards. The general objective of the Road Pavement Improvement activity on the Kemangsen road section is to make a technical road plan that follows the heavy vehicle traffic that passes through the road section. The specific objective of the Road Pavement Improvement activity on the Kemangsen road section is to analyze the structure of the old concrete pavement and to plan for field survey-type road pavement improvements to be carried out in this Preliminary Survey is a visual inspection. The Krian–Kemangsen Road was the location where the study took place. Traffic analysis is very decisive in obtaining the optimal corridor and the priority for implementing its development. Land use in the planned alignment area is strongly influenced by the development of the surrounding area, which is expected to develop into a residential area. The consultant will carefully investigate the physical condition of the land because it greatly influences the implementation aspects of Road construction. The selection of construction methods and types of construction is expected to support and follow the natural characteristics around the location of the development plan so that the planning is more economical and environmentally friendly.

Abstract

Roads are the main means for the community to mobilize to carry out their respective activities. With the vital function of roads, it is important for roads to carry out regular road maintenance. Road maintenance carried out must also be of good quality so that road functions can continue to be used properly and have a durable condition. This study aims to analyze the influence and relationship of Influence factors on the Quality Performance of Supervisory Consultants. The research population was 75 Road Maintenance Supervisory Consultants with a total sample of the entire population. The research data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analytical technique chosen to analyze the data and test the hypothesis in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS). The results indicate that Human Resources and Work Execution Methods have no significant effect on the Quality Performance of Supervisory Consultants. Meanwhile, understanding of technical, environmental and managerial specifications has a significant effect on the Quality Performance of the Supervisory Consultant.

Abstract

Road infrastructure is the lifeblood of a region's economy because it connects and increases the movement of people and goods. Traffic jams in the city of Gresik fall into the severe category. This is evidenced by the long queues of vehicles and the time it takes to decompose traffic jams for hours. The Gresik Regency Government, through the Highways Public Works and Water Resources Office, needs to carry out systematic and appropriate planning to overcome the above problems. Maintenance is carried out by preparation, topographic survey, traffic survey, and then the calculation of the pavement plan. From the analysis results obtained CBR subgrade = 3%; DDT = 4; IP = 2.5; FR = 1.0; LER = 2.18; ITP = 9.5; Ipo = 3.9 – 3.5. After the calculations, we obtained a 10 cm asphalt surface layer (4 cm ACWC, 6 cm ACBC) and 20 cm CTB fill for leveling.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of applying conservation tillage techniques and a combination of organic and inorganic fertilizers on soil chemical properties on marginal land and maize production. This research was conducted in Jambi Outer City District, Muaro Jambi Regency, Jambi Province, from January to April 2021 using a randomized block design with 15 treatments and 3 replications. Parameters observed were corn plant height at the age of 15 DAP, 30 DAP and 45 DAP, weight of corn cobs, weight of dry shelled corn seeds, Soil pH, Soil C-Organic Content, Soil Nitrogen Content, Soil Phosphorus Content, Soil Potassium Content, Cation Exchange Capacity, Base Saturation. The results showed that the application of conservation tillage techniques and a combination of organic and inorganic fertilizers had a significant effect on corn plant height 45 DAP, corn cob weight, soil pH, C-Organic Soil, Soil Phosphorus Content, Soil Potassium Content, Cation Exchange Capacity.

Abstract

Samarinda City has a total of 123 housing estates with 20 subsidized housing (MBR) and 4 mixed housing. Project scheduling in construction greatly determines the project's success because it is a benchmark that the project is successful within the allotted time. CPM (Critical Path Method). CPM is a method that introduces an element of project time by using a predefined activity time estimate. This method is used for crushing the Bukit Mulya housing project, which only applies to the implementation of crash time. From the analysis results, the initial scheduling time, which was originally 87 days, was trimmed by 9 days using CPM, the optimal time was 78 days.

Abstract

The Belanti II Swamp Irrigation Area in Pulang Pisau Regency, Central Kalimantan, spans 3,275 Ha. Water management activities, necessitated for sustained irrigation, incur the Water Resources Management Service Fee (BJPSDA), calculated on cost recovery principles. This study aims to (1) Determine the BJPSDA value by considering the economic benefit factor, (2) Assess farmers' Ability To Pay (ATP) and Willingness To Pay (WTP) for BJPSDA, and (3) Evaluate the Belanti II swamp irrigation network and optimization efforts. The BJPSDA in Belanti II is Rp5,625,504,000, with agricultural benefits contributing Rp51,468,721,052.40 (51.86% of NME). The cost is Rp570,151.69/Ha or Rp101/m3. Farmer ATP and WTP for BJPSDA are Rp54/m3. The irrigation system lacks proper water flow regulation structures, but optimization efforts include channel normalization and water control structures. To enhance leaching ability, 500 m3/ha/day of fresh water is needed. Structures like weirs and flap gates regulate water supply during high and low tides, respectively. These initiatives aim to ensure consistent irrigation and sustainable water resource management in Belanti II.
