Abstract

Organizational success is based on organizational performance which largely depends on the performance of every employee in the company. Employees with good performance are needed to achieve organizational goals in a competitive advantage. This research has an effect on organizational communication and physical work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction being the intervention variable. Data on organizational communication, physical work environment, job satisfaction, and performance were obtained through the results of distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data obtained were then analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results of statistical tests show (1) organizational communication has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction with a path coefficient of 0.299 and T-Stats of 3.473, (2) physical work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction with a path coefficient of 0.269 and T-Stat of 3.473 (3) organizational communication proved to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a path coefficient of 0.269 and T Stats of 3.473, (4) the physical work environment proved to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a path coefficient of 0.269 and T Stats of 3.465, (5) Job satisfaction is proven to have a significant positive effect on employee performance with a path coefficient of 0.336 and T Stats of 5.295, (6) organizational communication has a significant effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The role of job satisfaction as a mediator is partial mediation, which means that organizational communication is able to directly influence employee performance with or without job satisfaction as an intervening variable and (7) physical work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The role of job satisfaction as a mediator is partial mediation, which means that the physical work environment is able to directly affect employee performance with or without job satisfaction as an intervening variable.

Abstract

E-commerce berkembang pesat dan semakin banyak pelaku bisnis yang memanfaatkan peluang ini dalam mengembangkan bisnis mereka secara online. Dengan hadirnya berbagai macam e-commerce di Indonesia, menyebabkan persaingan yang begitu ketat sehingga antar platform berlomba-lomba untuk menjadi unggul dan menarik bagi konsumen. Penelitian ini meneliti mengenai bagaimana pengaruh dari brand ambassador luar negeri terhadap minat beli di e-commerce dan dilengkapi dengan variabel lainnya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner berupa google form yang disebarkan kepada pengguna e-commerce di Indonesia dan terkumpul sebanyak 310 responden. Terdapat 6 hipotesis yang dianalisa dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa price, digital marketing, serta electronic word of mouth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Terdapat juga variabel korean wave dan brand ambassador yang berpengaruh tidak signifikan pada purchase intention. Variabel attitude towards ads juga tidak memediasi antara variabel brand ambassador dengan purchase intention karena ditemukan hasil yang tidak signifikan. Abstract

When customers receive a product or service from a business and they receive high value, then all problems thatarise between customer expectations and the actual product or service will be resolved. Currently, the aim of thisresearch is to determine whether customer value—defined as functional, emotional, and social value—has animpact on customer satisfaction related to the online travel agent Tiket.com. The type of analysis used wasquantitative analysis with a total of 104 respondents who met the sample criteria. Sample collection was carriedout using the Purposive Sampling technique combined with the Non Probability Sampling method. Data analysisin this study used SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) techniques based on PLS (Partial Lest Square). Researchfindings show that functional, emotional and social values have a significant and positive impact on customersatisfaction at online travel agent Tiket.com.Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Customer Value, Emotional Value, Functional Value, Social Value

Abstract

The tight competition between food stalls scattered in the corners of the city, on the roadside in Surabaya, requires marketers to know the factors that influence someone to buy food at street food stalls. Researchers use the factors of service quality, product, and price as determining factors for someone to make a purchase at a street food stall. The population in this study were all food buyers at street food stalls. Determination of a sample of 120 people was carried out purposively with quota sampling. The research was conducted from March 2023 to April 2023. The results of the research on service quality, products, and prices affect purchasing decisions at street food stalls.

Abstract

Technology is becoming an essential element of business operations, and the restaurant industry is no exception. With the support of technology, smart restaurants have emerged in the food and beverage industry. This study investigates the linkage between customers’ acceptance (CA) level and smart service competencies in the Food and Beverage sector across Jakarta, as part of the technology acceptance model (TAM). The study applies a quantitative approach and convenience sampling technique to draw the samples. The data were gathered from 117 respondents and structural equation modeling was used to analyze data. Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) was used for the tool analysis. The results of this study indicate that the CA of smart restaurants was influenced by perceived of enjoyment (PE), perceived ease of use (PEOU), and perceived of price (PV). However, perceived of security (PS) does not relate to CA.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to explore the mediating role of creative self-efficacy in the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovative work behavior among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Stikubank University in Semarang. The sampling method used was Non-Probability Sampling with a purposive sampling approach, involving students from the 3rd to 8th semesters. The study highlights that creative self-efficacy significantly mediates the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovative work behavior. The implications of these findings underscore the importance of creative self-efficacy as a mediator facilitating the development of innovative behavior through a knowledge-sharing culture in an academic environment. This research has theoretical and practical implication. Keywords: Creative self-efficacy, Knowledge sharing, Innovative work behavior ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran mediasi dari efikasi diri kreatif dalam hubungan antara berbagi pengetahuan dan perilaku kerja inovatif pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Stikubank Semarang. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Non-Probability Sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling yang melibatkan mahasiswa semester 3 hingga 8. Hasil penelitian menyoroti bahwa efikasi diri kreatif memiliki peran mediasi yang signifikan dalam memperkuat hubungan antara berbagi pengetahuan dan perilaku kerja inovatif. Implikasi dari temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya efikasi diri kreatif sebagai penengah yang memfasilitasi pengembangan perilaku inovatif melalui budaya berbagi pengetahuan di lingkungan akademik. Abstract

This research aims to explore the impact of Profitability, Company Size, Leverage and Sales Growth on Profit Management in Palm Oil Companies. The method used in this research is Weighted Least Square using IBM SPSS as the application. Data collection techniques are carried out through documentation methods. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange or related company internet sites. The research sample consists of 12 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2017 to 2021. The research results show that the variables Profitability and Leverage have a significant negative influence on Profit Management, while Company size and Sales Growth do not have a significant influence on Profit Management.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide solutions and understanding regarding digital financial literacy as the sustainability of MSMEs in facing uncertain conditions, identifying digital financial risks, assessing potential digital financial risks that may arise, and analyzing the strategies that MSMEs will implement to address or manage these digital financial risks. In this study, a Census Sampling method is used, which is a sampling method where all members of the population are used as samples (Sugiyono, 2014). The number of the population and the sample is the same (saturated sample) from this study, which consists of MSME entrepreneurs in the Sasirangan village, Ketupat village, and Purun village. The number of samples used in this study is 30 SMEs. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant impact of digital financial literacy on the profit growth of SMEs. The most impactful financial risks that need immediate management/treatment are: Digital Market Risk and Digital Credit Risk, which often occur and have significant impacts, as well as Digital Liquidity Risk and Digital Capital Risk, which sometimes occur and have moderate impacts.
