Abstract

This study aimed to find out how the Creation of Excellent Services through the application of Management Information Systems at the IAIN Purwokerto Library. This study has a qualitative approach with the conclusion that the Creation of Excellent Services through Management Information Systems in the Purwokerto IAIN Library cannot be separated from the theory of management functions, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring. The management functions that are applied in the Creation of Excellent Services through the implementation of Management Information Systems are as follows (1) Planning, procurement of Management Information System devices, even though they already exist but continue to be developed in supporting excellent services. (2) Organizing, through the implementation of a Management Information System that runs well because of the support of qualified human resources in each field, so that the use of tools or software can be in accordance with its function. (3) Implementation, excellent services run in accordance with operational standards, especially the use of Management Information Systems support the improvement of Prime Services in the Library. (4) Supervision, carried out by the head of the library by reviewing the performance of excellent service both direct supervision and indirect supervision.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the background, planning, implementation, supervision, and impact of healthy canteen services in SMPN 3 Sampang and SMPN 1 Ketapang. This research uses a qualitative approach, with a case study research design. From the results of the study it was found that: (1) The background of holding a healthy canteen service at the school was due to concern over the number of snacks that are not healthy and not environmentally friendly; (2) The planning for healthy canteen services includes the division of tasks of teachers appointed as coordinators and implementing members of healthy canteens, making MoUs between schools and food sellers, planning the construction of healthy canteens and procuring supporting infrastructure and the determination of the budget to be used; (3) The implementation of healthy canteen services includes activities to provide healthy food and drinks and to provide canteen facilities and infrastructure in accordance with health and environmentally friendly standards; (4) Supervision of healthy canteen services includes internal and external supervision; and (5) The impact of healthy canteen services at the school is the fulfillment of the need to obtain hygienic and nutritious food and drink at school, building the character of students to be able to choose healthy food, the realization of a clean, healthy and comfortable and environmentally friendly school environment.

Abstract

The persuasive strategy in developing religious social relations in schools is needed not only to encourage school members to behave well in the school environment but must be able to instill religious values in the school community until the religious soul is embedded in them to behave both in internal and external environments. This study uses a qualitative phenomenological approach. The results of this study that the strategies carried out by schools are a) activities of greetings at the school gate, the Dhuha prayer in congregation, memorizing juz amma, and the midday prayer. b) the measurement is seen from the attitude of students and student participation in activities. c) how to maintain it by holding Islamic activities. d) the application of growing social sense is increasing. Suggestions for this research are: a) any results obtained by researchers should be a reference for internal improvement for the institution. b) institutions must continue to maintain good social relations between students and educators so that in the future the institution will be more advanced and of good quality. c) routine evaluation of the strategies that have been used.

Abstract

The assignment teacher is a santri who has fulfilled some criteria who are ready to serve, are deployed and sent to various institutions. This is a program from the Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata Pamekasan Islamic boarding school. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive types. The advantages of the task teacher preparation program are: a) The use of integrated curriculum, b) the applied curriculum has the support of boarding school caretakers, c) the term M2 appears in order to coordinate prospective task teachers, d) there is a regional or block program, e) background the education of educators is arranged according to the field, f) the results of quality improvement in the form of the application and development of an existing curriculum, g) the development and improvement of quality at the Mambaul Ulum boarding school in Bata-Bata is carried out continuously and continuously. The obstacles faced by Islamic boarding schools in implementing the teacher preparation program are: a) the lack of skill and creativity of the teacher or educator in presenting the program, b) the pesantren programs are running less optimally due to minimal student interest in learning, c) programs implemented and implemented are less varied due to minimal facilities and finances.

Abstract

Management in learning must be programmed according to the approach to behavior change in order to increase student motivation. This was done at SMP Negeri 3 Pademawu Pamekasan. This research approach is qualitative with the type of case study research. The results of the first study planning a behavioral change approach in increasing student motivation in Pademawu Pamekasan Middle School 3, including: 1) Teachers use the PAKEM learning model. 2) Implement a system of approaches, giving motivation, uswah or examples and spiritual support, rules in the form of 5S and school order; 3) Application of the rules and regulations of the institutions that get positive responses from students. The second is the application of the behavior change approach in increasing student motivation in Pademawu Pamekasan Middle School 3, including: 1) The teacher provides motivation for students such as order notes and uswah or examples. 2) The teacher uses the PAKEM learning model; and 3) Teachers apply reward and praise strategies for students who excel in both the academic and non-academic fields. These three factors support the behavior change approach in increasing student motivation in Pademawu State Yunior School 3 in increasing student motivation in Pademawu State Pamekasan Yunior School, including: 1) active students in the classroom; 2) The existence of a mosque is also an existing library. While the inhibiting factors, including: 1) If the teacher is too close to students, the student will lower the teacher and students who are naughty will talk more and more without being noticed by students; b) Not all teachers apply the behavior change approach.

Abstract

The results of the study indicate that: a. the quality of the assignment teacher preparation program at the Mambaul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in Panaan Palengaan Pamekasan, namely 1) The curriculum that is used combines the pesantren curriculum, pesantren programs, and activities and the Madrasah Aliyah curriculum in general, 2) The existence of Islamic boarding school support for the applied curriculum, 3) The creation of a single teaching staff so that the term M2 co-ordinates prospective teacher assignments, 4) The existence of regional programs or blocks, 5) Suitability of the background of the teaching staff with their education, 6) Form of quality improvement resulting from the application of existing curriculum, development what has been done, and ask for input from the teacher who has carried out their duties. b Constraints of Mambaul Ulum Islamic Boarding Schools in Panaan Palengaan Pamekasan in implementing teacher preparation tasks, namely, 1) Less skilled and creative teaching staff in presenting interesting programs, thereby reducing students' interest and motivation in participating in the program, 2) The lack of interest of santri to learning causes the pesantren programs to run less optimally, 3) The lack of facilities and finance makes the programs implemented less varied.

Abstract

Discipline is defined as an important exercise and character with the intention that all actions always obey the order, obedience, and rules of the order. This research uses a qualitative approach and the type is descriptive. The results of the study show that: (1) Management of disciplining students in participating in religious activities in the Islamic Boarding School of Nurus Shibyan Ambat Tlanakan Pamekasan is effective in accordance with applicable rules and regulations while fostering religious discipline activities for all students must participate in religious ritual activities, prayer in congregation, book deliberations, and from every student has a companion cleric, and regulated by the pesantren curriculum, (2) Supporting and inhibiting factors in fostering student discipline in participating in religious activities at Nurus Shibyan Islamic Boarding School Ambat Tlanakan Pamekasan, are supporting factors related to the potential of students, teacher / religious teacher readiness to keep fighting, and religious enthusiasm to fight by Allah while the inhibiting factors are some naughty students, laziness of children to participate in activities in the cottage, facilities which are partially inadequate, and lack of funds.

Abstract

This study attempts to understand the implementation of the principles of Islamic education management to make changes towards the advancement of an organization in the industrial era 4.0, that work culture and work productivity in an organization specifically in the field of educational services can be approached by growing the character of leader of change based on values spirituality. That aspects of changes in performance and work productivity can be influenced by the spiritual culture of an organization, especially in the pattern of leadership that is carried out. Also exploring leadership in this article can be seen, namely: a), how leaders create change; b) Characteristics of Leader of Changes based on spirituality; c), the Role of the Leader of Change in the formation of work culture and work productivity based on spirituality. The research method used uses a qualitative design in a descriptive way to understand deeply about leadership at KPI Surabaya, whose data is extracted through observing work dynamics and institutional performance, interviews with key informants (Executive Directors) in carrying out agency activities and efforts to document performance products KPI. Furthermore, the data obtained is processed in accordance with the theme and sub-themes obtained in the field. The research results obtained are; The way leaders create change, i.e. a) keep their employees in an uncomfortable zone, with work targets in programs that are made realistically every year so that it is measured in productivity of institutional performance, b) that the leadership character is based on the performance of the leader of the leader that partnerships. The character of leadership is more to the partnership as if there are no limits. Then personal excellence (personal excellence). Likes to explore and develop knowledge so that he at KPI is called a multy talent. as well as the most visible spiritual character of the power of honesty (integrity) and c) The Indonesian Educational Quality (KPI) Surabaya, which is forming the culture of "IMPROVE", Integrity, Mathurity, Professional, Rare, On Fire, Vastly and Ethics at Kualita Pendidikan Indonesia (KPI) Surabaya, and as a designer of the formation of productivity programs.

Abstract

The quality of education is realized through a quality learning process. Quality learning outcomes are quality student learning outcomes as well. Quality learning outcomes are learning outcomes in the form of critical thinking skills, innovative creative, communicative, and collaborative. This school action research was conducted to overcome the low quality of learning in UPey SDN Keleyan 1 Socah District. Sopimesem strategy was chosen as an alternative to overcoming the problem. With the research objectives: 1) Assessing the application of the Sopimesem strategy to improve the quality of learning; and 2) Explores the forms of improving the quality of learning through sopimesem strategy. The result Sopimesem Strategy can improve the quality of learning; and 2) Improving the quality of learning is characterized by a form of awareness and understanding the importance of changing learning paradigms as outlined in the lesson plan (RPP) and the implementation of quality learning by utilizing and applying various strategies, models, methods and innovative media in a good quality learning process in the natural environment and social environment while still paying attention to the principles of learning that favor learning through, relating, experienting, actuating, contextual, transferring.
