Abstract

AbstractThe Islamic ecomic system in the specifik characteristics, is very different from the other economic system because it is as an integral part of islamic system, and economic in islam brings an equilibrium for individual and public interest, as well as it brings an individual freedom for economic activities. In the effort of completing its acknowledgment to economic freedom, Islam gives an authory to the government to interfere in the fungsionalization of islamic ecomic system. It means that all matters which concern on the economic aspects, have been discussed in Islam. So that it could be concluded that the regulation of economic in Islam, is absolutely complete. Therefore, the application of Islamic economic system in the social order of community’s economy would bring prosperity and benefit for community it self.Kata Kunci: Islam; Ekonomi; Sistem; Umat.

Abstract

The pandemic has had a significant impact on various aspects of human life worldwide, including in Indonesia. The business sector, especially micro, small and medium enterprises or MSME, has also been heavily impacted by the pandemic. As the most significant contributor to Gross Domestic Product, the government continues to strive so that MSME can bounce back. The rise of MSME will encourage improvement in the country's economic growth. Many programs are carried out by the government so that MSME can be active again. Still, these programs will not be helpful if entrepreneurs in the MSME sector do not know how to manage their business to survive uncertain external conditions. A business plan is one solution. Entrepreneurs who can make a good business plan will make the business run well. It can help formulate the right strategy to build a company that can survive in challenging conditions and become a sustainable business. The concept of a simple but effective business plan is explained in this article to help business actors in the MSME sector with implications for the government and the private sector to help MSME learn to develop their business plans.

Abstract

AbstractThis paper is intended to describe the New Paradigm of Cooperatives in Indonesia with analysis on Law No.17 Year 2012 on  Cooperatives. The study aims to analyze the Law No.17 Year 2012 on Cooperatives that have implication for the new paradigm of cooperatives in Indonesia. Law Number 17 Year 2012 on coopratives provides statement that the establishment of cooperatives should be legaly formal, and does not recognize any cooperatives that is not incorporated or has no deed of establishment. The position of the cooperatives organization that position of the board, so that the duties and authority of supervisors may propose candidates for the boards and may dismiss the board a while. This implies that the right to nominate members of the board are limited, and supervisor’s position becomes representative of all members of the cooperative. Similarly, administrators can be selected by non-members, this implies that the cooperative may be interfered by other parties who have no interest in the interests of all members of the cooperative, but the emphasis is on their own interests, to the detriment of member of the cooperative. Implications for capital in the form of the new Law on cooperatives in Indonesia is transformed into a cooperative business entity pools of capital, no longer based on a collection of people. Because the capital certificate does not become full rights to their owners, as it can only be fully refundable if there is a buy, despite having been declared himself resigns a member of the cooperative. Kata Kunci : Paradigma; Perkoperasian; Implikasi.

Abstract

AbstrackThis study aims to determine whether there is significant influence between costs to increase Market Share Promotion Savings Products PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Hypothesis testing to see the realtionship or influence Promotion of Market Share increased PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, done by statistical tests Simple Linear Regression Analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS)16. Statistical test results show promotional cost significantly influence the in crease Market Share Sarvings products at PT. Bank Mandiri (Perseero) Tbk. With a coefficient of 0399, meaning that if the cost of promotions rose 1 points then Market Share Savings products at PT. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang model pertanian berbasis ramah lingkungan. Argumen yang mendasarinya karena semakin mahalnya harga pupuk kimia sintesis yang membuat sebagian petani mengeluhkan kondisi ini. Oleh karena itu, para petani membutuhkan alternatif lain untuk melanjutkan kegiatan pertanian mereka dengan cara yang berbeda, salah satunya yakni dengan menerapkan model pertanian berbasis ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data yakni dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis SWOT merupakan alat analisis yang digunakan untuk mengolah data yang telah dikumpulkan. Adapun hasil penelitian yang didapatkan penulis yakni model pertanian berbasis ramah lingkungan ternyata memiliki kekuatan yang lebih besar daripada kelemahannya, begitupula peluangnya lebih besar daripada ancamannya. Olehnya itu, petani dapat diarahkan untuk berani mencoba model pertanian berbasis ramah lingkungan untuk mengurangi biaya produksi dan meningkatkan hasil pertanian yang berkualitas.

Abstract

Kajian ini membahas mengenai perencanaan media konten digital marketing berbasis media sosial dalam rangka menarik minat pelanggan. perencanaan media adalah suatu proses untuk menentukan biaya paling efektif bauran media untuk mencapai tujuan media. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana karasterisitk usaha bisnis, bagaimana kontribusi media planning konten digital marketing berbasis media sosial dalam rangka menarik minat pelanggan, dan model perancangan media planning konten digital marketing berbasis media sosial dalam rangka menarik minat pelanggan. Berdasarkan tujuan penelitian tersebut, maka penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan grounded theory. Teknik ini digunakan untuk mendekskripsikan data-data yang peneliti kumpulkan baik data hasil wawancara, observasi maupun dokumentasi selama melakukan penelitian di “Resto N Cafe Teras” Watampone. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Karakteristik usaha bisnis “Resto N Cafe Teras” Watampone ada enam aspek yang dijadikan sebagai karakteristik yaitu jenis barang/komoditi, lokasi/tempat usaha, administrasi keuangan, surat izin usaha, sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan modal. Dari keenam karakteristik tersebut hanya tiga yang dapat digunakan yaitu jenis barang/komoditi, lokasi/tempat usaha dan sumber daya manusia (SDM), hal tersebut dikarenakan usaha bisnis memiliki keunikan tersendiri. Dari ketiga aspek karakteristik tersebut usaha “Resto N Cafe Teras” Watampone memiliki karakteristik yang dapat menjadi pembeda dari usaha lainnya. 2) Kontribusi perencanaan media konten digital marketing berbasis media sosial dalam ranga menarik minat pelanggan didapatkan melalui empat langkah menurut Tom Dunchan. Aspeknya antara lain (1) Mengidentifikasi target media (media targeting), (2)Menentukan tujuan media (media objectives), (3) Menentukan strategi media, (4) Penjadwalan penempatan media atau scheduling media placement. Keempat aspek tersebut dapat dikatakan sudah dijalankan cukup baik yang dibuktikan dengan data minat eksploratif masyarakat terhadap akun media sosial Instagram “Resto N Cafe Teras” Watampone. 3) Model perencanaan media konten digital marketing berbasis media sosial menghasilkan suatu model yang terdiri dari 8 aspek. Aspeknya yaitu target pasar, display produk, model, konten, pesan, aplikasi, pemilihan media, dan kredibiitas. Namun model tersebut belum memperhatikan mengenai maslahah sehingga akan disempurnakan dengan menggunakan teori/konsep maqāṣid al-syarῑ„ah. Maqāṣid al-syarῑ„ah merupakan upaya manusia untuk mendapatkan solusi yang sempurna dan jalan yang benar berdasarkan Al-Quran dan Hadist Nabi Muhammad SAW. Dengan begitu, model tersebut dapat digunakan oleh pemilik usaha “Resto N Cafe Teras” Watampone secara khusus dan pengusaha muslim secara umum dalam melakukan poses perencanaan media.

Abstract

AbstractThe concept of interest and riba (usury) in Islamic perspective is that interest additional charge on the loan transaction money (al-qardh) were calculated from loon capital without considering the utilization / outcome of the capital based on certain time advance, and are generally based on percentage. While riba is taking addition charge, both in buying and selling as well as borrowing and lending which is contrary to the muamalat principles of islam. There are found kinds of usury, namely: riba qardh, riba jahiliyah, riba fadhl, and riba nasi’ah. The basic principles of Islamic economy in the Islamic banking are Mudaraba, Musyaraka, murabaha, economy tied with dogma, sharia (law), morality, and balance between materiality and spirituality, individual freedom, social security and individual and social welfare. Kata kunci: Bunga; Ekonomi Islam; Perbankan Syariah.

Abstract

Sharia financial performance is currently quite good. The higher the profit obtained by Islamic Banking, the better the performance of the bank. One way of Islamic banks in an effort to increase profit (profit) is to increase the source of fund income. The increase in sources of funds carried out by Islamic banks is by raising funds in the form of demand deposits, savings, deposits and channeling funds in the form of financing. This study discusses Islamic financial performance in the aspect of fund distribution, profitability is offered by using the ROA indicator, taken from working capital gains with Musyarakah contracts at three Islamic banks from 2016 to 2019. The approach used in this study discusses financial performance. The data used in this study is secondary data. This secondary data is obtained through the financial statements of Islamic Commercial Banks. The data required is the amount of Musyarakah financing, total profit sharing financing, net income and total assets. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. The documentation used is in the form of financial statements of Islamic Commercial Banks consisting of three banks, namely Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank MEGA Syariah and Bank BCA Syariah through the website of the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The proposed variables have an effect on Profitability in Islamic Commercial Banks, namely: Is Working Capital Financing with Musyarakah (X) contracts. It turns out that it is not proven on the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks (Y) in the long term, meaning that the hypothesis proposed on this matter is not proven. This means that in the long term Working Capital Financing with Musyarakah contracts does not affect the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks (Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank MEGA Syariah, Bank BCA Syariah). However, in the short term it has the potential to be proven, meaning that in the short term Working Capital Financing with Musyarakah contracts has the potential to affect the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks (Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank MEGA Syariah, Bank BCA Syariah).

Abstract

The purpose of this research are 1). To know the Islamic Banking Operational Model based on the intermediation pattern 2). To find out the Islamic Banking Operational Model based on the pattern of fund pools 3). To find out the Islamic Banking Operational Model based on the financing segmentation pattern. The methodology used in this research is a literature review, with various references related to the theme of the problem.The results showed 1). Financial intermediation function. Islamic banking intermediation, namely financial intermediation and social intermediation. 2). The collection of funds in Islamic banks can be in the form of demand deposits, savings and time deposits. 3). In the business of financing principles, there are three schemes in conducting contracts at Islamic banks, namely: Profit Sharing Principles, Sale and Purchase Principles and Lease Principles.
