Abstract

BPRS Sukowati Sragen is one of the regional companies that has a good reputation as evidenced by various awards from stakeholders.This research aims to find out the influence of reputation on customer loyalty in BPRS Sukowati Sragen. This study uses quantitative approaches through google form questionnaires and populations in this study using BPRS customer Sukowati Sragen. The study used sample determination techniques with snowball sampling and analysis in this study using simple regression analysis with SPSS analysis tool version 2.0.The results of this study reputation have a significant influence on customer loyalty at BPRS Sukowati Sragen. This is evidenced reputation has a significant rate of 92% to customer loyalty. While 8% is likely to be influenced by product quality, customer satisfaction or customer trust. Researchers did not examine 8% of these other factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakian sampel sebanyak 82 responden, yang diambil dari populasi penelitian. Lokasi penelitian berada di Puskesmas Karang Penang, Kabupaten Sampang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. alat uji yang digunakan untuk menguji instrument penelitian ini berupa uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisi menggunakan teknik regresi berganda.Hasil menunjukan ada pengaruh secara signifikan antara variabel kualitas pelayanan dan keperercayaan terhadap loyalitas pada konsumen Puskesmas Karang Penang, Kabupaten Sampang sedangkan variabel yang paling dominan adalah variabel kualitas pelayanan.Nilai koefisien diterminan (R Square) diperoleh 0,770 hal ini bahwa loyalitas dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan sebesar 77,0% sedangkan sisanya 23,0% dipengaruhi oleh factor atau indikator lain yang tidak dimasuikan dalam penelitan ini.

Abstract

In government organizations, the budget is a guideline for financial management in order to achieve goals. Budgeting is an important perspective for the public and private sectors. This study aims to determine the effect of participatory budgeting and information asymmetry on budgetary slack  in the Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency of Sumenep Regency. Sampling using purposive sampling method, totaling 27 structural employees. Data collection was done through a questionnaire. The analytical technique used in this research is regression analysis with IBM SPSS 20 software for windows.Based on the results of data management, it was obtained that the f-test significance value for the influence of participatory budgeting and information asymmetry on budgetary slack was 0.205 > 0.05. This proves that Ho3 is accepted and Ha3 is accepted. This means that there is no significant effect of budgetary participation and information asymmetry on budgetary slack in a negative direction. Thus, the participatory budget of subordinates and information asymmetry, the difference in information held by subordinates and superiors at the Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency in Sumenep Regency does not really affect the existence of budgetary slack.

Abstract

Sukuk atau dalam istilah fikih disebut dengan sanadat al-muqaradahmerupakan instrumen yang dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif investasi selain, tabungan, giro, dan deposito. Hanya saja, pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap sukuk dalam perspektif hukum normatif dan positif masih rendah. Karena itu, tujuan utama penelitian ini untuk menginvestigasi aspekhukumsyariahdalamsanadat al-muqaradah (sukuk). Penelitian ini termasuk kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian pustaka di mana data utama diperoleh dari baik berupa buku, catatan, maupun laporan hasil penelitian terdahulu. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aspek-aspek hukum syariah dalam sukuk sudah diatur oleh Fatwa DSN-MUI Nomor 33/DSN-MUI/IX/2002. Sementara pengawasan sukuk dilakukanoleh lembaga pengawas pasar modal, BAPEPAMLK.

Abstract

This study aims to determine effect of management information systems on service quality to users in the Pamekasan Library and Archives Service. Management information system (SIM) has three components namely usability, information quality, and interaction quality. This type of research is quantitative, the population in this study were all members of the Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Pamekasan as many as 17,128 members. The sample used in this study were 99 members. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression test, which firstly used statistical test using instrument test and classical assumption test. The conclusions of the results of this study indicate that partially the usability, information quality, and interaction quality have an influence on the quality of service while the use. And simultaneously (together) usability, information quality, and interaction quality have an influence on service quality.

Abstract

The rapid development of the world capital market causes high competition in the business world, not least in the property and real estate business in Indonesia. This certainly encourages every company to continue to compete in improving the company's financial performance in order to attract investors to invest their capital for the company. The property and real estate sector is the most important sector as a driver of the economy in a country. In Indonesia, companies engaged in property and real estate are growing, indicating that the economy is growing in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the effect of financial performance on property and real estate stock prices on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. multiple linear regression analysis technique. The type of data used is secondary data. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect of the financial performance variables Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) simultaneously on stock prices (Price Earning Ratio (PER) in property companies and real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2105-2017 with a significant value of Fcount of 4,603 with a significance level of 0.01 (smaller than significant 0.05) while the value of Ftable is 2.70. This means that the value of Ftable is 2.70. Fcount > Ftable with a value of 4.603 > 2.70 and a sig. level of 0.01 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the independent variables together have a significant effect on the dependent variable.

Abstract

PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar plays an active role in the regional economic development of Sumenep Regency, this is proven by its existence PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar in every activity, either directly or indirectly related to the community as a form of corporate responsible for social welfare and the formation of agents in bill collection turns out to have a positive correlation in customer loyalty. This study aims to determine the implementation of gold pawn ar-rahn) in increasing customer loyalty at PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Pragaan Branch, and is there any difference between practice and theory on gold pawn (ar-rahn) in increasing customer loyalty at PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Pragaan Branch with relevant data sources and using observation techniques, interviews with the authorities, and documentation. In this study researchers used a qualitative method, namely the case study method by conducting direct field surveys. Data analysis uses data reduction, display data, and conclusion data. The results showed that the community was very enthusiastic about pawning their gold. However, since the corona'19 virus, gold pawning has decreased. Then the implementation of gold pawning at the BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Pragaan Branch was again due to the declining gold price, and increasingly fierce competition. so the Bank strives to increase it again so that customers are more tempted to pawn their gold than so the Bank makes efforts to increase it again so that customers are more tempted to pawn their gold than to sell.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik yaitu dengan memanfaatkan hadirnya teknologi. Pajak Daerah khusunya Pajak hotel dan restoran awalnya dipungut secara manual, seiring dengan tuntutan mutu layanan makan pemerintah kabupaten Sumenep melalui Badan Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPPKAD) menerapkan ebilling system sebagai bentuk inovasi dalam bidang teknologi dari pembayaran pajak secara manual menjadi elektsronik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, Pertama,wujud transparansi yaitu dengan diterapkannya sistem pemungutan pajak self assessment. Kendala yang dihadapi berkaitan dengan kesadaran wajib pajak dalam pelaporan pajaknya, e-billing system belum berbasis web, dan kerusakan alat yang juga menjadi kendala dalam melakukan input data. Kedua, BPPKAD telah melaksanakan tugasnya, tanggungjawab menyerahkan hasil pajak kepada bendahara penerimaan dan menyerahkan tanda bukti pembayaran kepada wajib pajak. Ketiga, mudahnya penggunaan e-billing telah menyesuaikan dengan kondisi hotel dan restoran sebagai penerima pelayanan. Kendala yang dihadapi terkait anggaran ketika harus membuat e-billing secara khusus (taylor made). Keempat, media interaksi khusus dipersiapkan untuk menjawab komplain dari wajib pajak. Kendalanya berkaitan dengan durasi pelaksanaan dari saran, kritik, dan harapan wajib pajak. Kelima, untuk penerapan e-billing tidak adadiskriminatif. Kendala dalam pelaksanaannya masih belum semua hotel dan restoran diberikan e-billing. Keenam, memberikan pelayanan yang aman dan nyaman serat memberikan fasilitas berupa computer, printer, dan dua roll kertas. Adapun persiapan yang perlu dilakukan terkait keadilan yaitu untuk memunculkan kepercayaan (trust) antara keduanya.

Abstract

Indonesia actually has very big zakat potensial reaching 217 trilion rupiah. This huge potential is equivalent to 3.4% of Indonesia’s GDP in 2010. The large potential of zakat can be a solution to overcome poverty in Indonesia. One of the factors that  influence zakat receipt in indonesia is the macroeconomic factor. However, this potential still tends not to have a positive impact on the macro economy and overall poverty reduction in Indonesia. This study aims to examine the impact of macroeconomic factors in the form of inflation, BI-Rate, Profit sharing ratio,exchange rate and the amount of money in circulation against zakat receipts in the Central national amil zakat agency (BAZNAS). This research is quantitative using secondary data. The data used are sourced from BAZNAS, Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority (OJK) from 2014-2018. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The result of this study indicate that simultaneously, inflation, BI Rate, profit sharing ratio, exchange rate and the amount of money in circulation (M2) have an effect on the amount of zakat receipts in Indonesia. But partially, the ratio for the result is not affects the amount of zakat receipts in Indonesia. In contras to inflamation, the BI-Rate and exchanged rate has a negative and significant effect. Meanwhile, the amount of money in circulation has a positive and significant effect on zakat aceptance in the central national amil zakat agency (BAZNAS) 2014-2018.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pemberian upah, kinerja karyawan serta pengaruh upah terhadap kinerja karyawan pada usaha Batik Tulis Madura di Kelurahan KowelPamekasan.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis rentang skala dan regresi linier sederhana.Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuisioner terhadap 60 responden yang merupakan pengrajin Batik Tulis Madura di Kelurahan KowelPamekasan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel upah memiliki nilai baik dengan jumlah rata-rata skor 236 melalui analisis rentang skala.Sedangkan variabel kinerja karyawan tergolong tinggi dengan jumlah rata-rata skor 211.Hasil regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan bahwa upah berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 1.409.
