Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of leadership style and motivation on employee performance with a population of PT Boga Berkat Prima Jakarta. The data collection technique was carried out using questionnaires and was intended for 50 employees of PT Boga Berkat Prima Jakarta. The data analysis method in this study uses SPSS Statistics version 24.0 by first using the data testing technique method of validity testing and reliability testing for research questionnaires. Classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis used statistical t test. The results of the analysis show that leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance and motivation also has a positive effect on employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of deferred tax expense, debt covenants and firm size partially and simultaneously on earnings management. The population in this study is a food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2018 to 2020. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling method with several predetermined criteria so that 15 companies were obtained as research samples. . The data analysis method consists of descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing (t test), coefficient of determination (R2), and F test with the help of the IBM SPSS Version 26 software program. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that deferred tax expense partially has a significant positive effect on earnings management, the debt covenant variable partially has a significant positive effect on earnings management, while the firm size variable partially has a significant negative effect on earnings management. And simultaneously deferred tax expense, debt covenant and firm size have a significant positive effect on earnings management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the effect on the ease of use, trust and security of customer interest in using the Internet for tax payment transactions. The population of this study is all customers who have a savings account at Bank Mandiri Lemigas Jakarta Branch. Sample selection was done by using the Accidental Sampling method. with the method of collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression test in SPSS. The results of this study partially indicate that ease of use and security have a positive and significant effect on customer interest in using Self Internet in tax payment transactions, while the trust variable has no effect on customer interest in using Mandiri Internet in tax payment transactions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to look at the prediction of a company's bankruptcy using the Altman, Springate, and Zmijewski models. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of pharmaceutical companies that have IPOs and have complete financial reports starting from 2015-2020. This study determined the purposive sampling method as a sampling technique so that 48 samples were collected which were used for research. The method used in this research is collecting data, calculating ratios, calculating bankruptcy predictions, making bankruptcy prediction tables, determining bankruptcy prediction results, making bankruptcy prediction results tables, calculating accuracy levels, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the Zmijewski Model has the highest accuracy rate, after Altman, then Springate..

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of convenience, information technology, security and taxpayer satisfaction on the effectiveness of the implementation of the case study e-filling tax system in Sunter Agung Village, North Jakarta City. Sample selection was done by using the Accidental Sampling method. The data in this study were collected from taxpayers who pay taxes and are registered as taxpayers in Sunter Agung Village, North Jakarta. The number of samples used were 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is multiple regression in SPSS ver. 22. The results of this study partially prove the ease of e-filling taxation has a positive and significant effect, tax information technology has a positive and significant effect, while tax security has no positive and significant effect. Taxpayer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of the implementation of the e-filling tax system.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison of customer satisfaction at BRI KCP Unit Lenteng Agung before and after PPKM which is influenced by service quality and product quality. The research location was chosen by BRI KCP Lenteng Agung unit. Furthermore, the technique of determining the sample using non-probability techniques in the type of accidental / convinient sampling type of purposive judgment sampling. The method used is purposive sampling with the criteria of 1) BRI Lenteng Agung customers, 2) customers who have completed transactions at BRI Lenteng Agung, 3) carried out during PKKM. Samples from customers were taken as many as 100 people. According to the value of Sig. (2-tailed) then there is no difference between the average value of service quality before and during the pandemic. There is a relationship between service quality before and after the pandemic is very close and significant. There is no difference between the average product quality scores before and during the pandemic. However, there is a very close and significant relationship between product quality before and after the pandemic. There is no difference between the average value of customer satisfaction before and during the pandemic, and there is a very close and significant relationship between customer satisfaction before and after the pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of being biodegradable (Biodegradable), recyclable (Recyclable), resource reduction (Source Reduction), Ozone Safe Ozone Friendly (OzoneSafe and OzoneFriendly), and reuse (Reuse) on product purchasing decisions. PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. The research sample used was 114 respondents. Determination of the sample used quota sampling and the type of data using primary data. Multiple linear regression was used as an analytical tool. The results showed that Biodegradable had a positive value, had a significant effect with = 0.000. Furthermore, Recyclable has a positive value, has no significant effect with = 0.528. Source Reduction is positive, has no significant effect on alpha (α) of 0.934. OzoneSafe and OzoneFriendly have positive values, no significant effect on alpha (α) of 0.875. Reuse is positive, has no significant effect on alpha (α) of 0.601. The simultaneous effect of the Fcount value is 177.568, the significance is 0.000 so that there is a significant effect between these independent variables on the purchasing decisions of Indofood products. The determination is 88.7%, the remaining 11.3% is explained by other factors outside the model.
