Abstract

The current business competition has encouraged business managers (as well as business candidates) to move quickly, creatively and anticipatively. This is due to a fundamental change in business competition systems that utilize technology. These changes include trading systems, transactions, marketing systems and payment systems. Agreements on free trade have resulted in various products flowing swiftly from one country to another without barriers or protection. The results showed that respondents' assessment of the implementation of online shopping attitudes, ease of transactions in purchasing decisions on alternative options is very good. The analysis shows that the value of 0.750 means the attitude of online shopping and the perception of ease of transactions have a close and positive correlation to the purchasing decision of respondents. While the influence of the attitude of online shopping and the perception of ease of transactions on the purchase decision of respondents 56.30%. while the remaining 43.70% again influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial characteristics, business adaptation, and management competence on the business performance of Setu Babakan SMEs in South Jakarta. The data gathered from food and beverage small business holder. The analysis have analyzed by structural equation model. The research resulted that all exogenous latent variables are significantly influence the endogenous latent variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan apakah kinerja guru dipengaruhi servant leadership, komitmen organisasi dan dilihat dari perbedaan pendidikan guru. Dengan demikian tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh servant leadership, komitmen organisasi dan perbedaan pendidikan guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Metode yang digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel berjumlah 34 orang guru dengan menggunakan metode sensus atau sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership, komitmen organisasi baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Kemudian dilihat dari perbedaan pendidikan guru ada perbedaan pengaruh dari pendidikan sarjana dengan pascasarjana terhadap kinerja guru walaupun kecil. Kata kunci : servant leadership, komitmen organisasi, perbedaan pendidikan guru dan kinerja

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of promotional strategies using social media and price strategies with the interest in buying airline services on the Jakarta-Singapore route of AirAsia. This study applies a survey by taking samples directly to the population. This research uses a causality design, to analyze the influence of the Instagram online promotion variable and the price strategy to increase buying interest, through hypothesis testing. Respondents were determined by non-probability technique with purposive judgment sampling method. The results showed that the promotion strategy through Instagram social media had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. A positive t value indicates that the promotion variable through Instagram social media has an effect that is directly proportional to purchase intention. pricing strategy has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. A positive t value indicates that the price variable has an effect that is directly proportional to purchase intention. Promotion through Instagram social media and price strategy simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan yang dipengaruhi good corporate governance dan rasio ekuitas utang. Variabel dalam penelitian ini meliputi kepemilikan institusional, proporsi dewan komisaris, komite audit, rasio utang-modal (DER), dan ROA. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif dan menggunakan SPSS v.25 untuk pengolahan datanya. Populasi yang digunakan terdiri dari laporan keuangan tahunan produsen di sektor industri barang-barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2017-2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan dan terbukti signifikansi nilainya. Derajat keeratannya adalah 0,752 yang berarti hubungan variabel bebas dengan terikat adalah erat. Sedangkan dampak dari tiap variabel bebas sebesar 51.7%, sisanya sebesar 48,3% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

This program objection for assisting the government's efforts to reduce the plastics using in Indonesia, especially in South Jakarta. The expected benefit of the activity is the increasing of enviromental care insight by suppressing the plastic wrap using for small business unit in the Betawi Cultural Tourism Setu Babakan Village South Jakarta. The activity was counseling and discussion. The target audience was small and micro business units. The programme results are 92 percent of participants will suppress the use of plastic as a wrapper and 8 percent still do not have the desire to suppress the use of plastic wrap. 92 percent of them will try to apply the green marketing concept and there are still 8 percent who do not want to apply this concept. Ninety seven percent of participants stated that this activity provided benefits and increased understanding of reducing plastics using and the concept of green marketing.

Abstract

The Application of Entrepreneurial Concept Development Model For Student in Elementary School Number 11 Lenteng Agung, South Jakarta. The program objection embeded the entrepreneurial concept among elementary school students.The nature of the activity is the pioneering program. The programme was developed by a counseling activity using the playing and question/answer method. The program consists of seven main stages which are implemented by the storytelling method to students. The first stage explained the concept of the entrepreneurial profession, the second stage focused on increasing motivation to become a suscessfull entrepreneur, the third stage is focused on finding business ideas, the fourth stage is teached that getting capital is easy, the fifth stage focused to how to start production, the sixth stage is focused on managing marketing, and the seventh stage focused on the introduction of simple accounting and tax concepts. The advantage of these program was measured by changes of student aspiration. At the beginning, the students who want to become entrepreneurs are zero percent. At the end of the program, the number of students who wanted to become entrepreneurs increased to twenty percent.

Abstract

Community Service was carried out in the business activities of IBI Kosgoro 1957 students in the field of soft drinks in the form of Bubble drinks, located on Jl Arief Rahman Hakim No.64, Beji Depok, West Java. The program implemented by the team is in the form of an entrepreneurial concept based on business science. The activity was carried out with initial stages in the form of problem identification, needs analysis using the SWOT method, question and answer and observation and continued with counseling and assistance using the Business Model Canvas. Assistance activities are carried out in four stages, namely: Basic Management Assistance for SME management, Assistance in Preparation of Business Plans, Assistance in preparation of financial reports and Assistance for Access to Capital which aims to develop and increase business scale. number of students who wanted to become entrepreneurs increased to twenty percent.

Abstract

The shift of conventional learning systems to online systems is very, very sudden, there has been no thorough preparation. But everything must be carried out so that the learning process continues to run smoothly and all students actively participate in learning even in the Covid-19 pandemic situation. Microsoft Office PowerPoint or PowerPoint is a computer program that is used for presentations, this application was developed by Microsoft in a package of office applications, namely Microsoft Office, in addition to Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and several other programs. PowerPoint runs on Microsoft Windows and Apple Macintosh for Apple Mac OS users, although initially this application runs on the Xenix operating system. PowerPoint has been widely used, especially in offices and business people, teachers, students, and trainers. His version continues to grow from the 2003 version of the Microsoft Office System, Microsoft changed the name from Microsoft PowerPoint alone to Microsoft Office PowerPoint. Abstract

Desa Cikarageman, Bekasi merupakan salah satu desa yang memanfaatkan pekarangan rumah untuk budidaya ikan lele. Desa Cikarageman Bekasi menjadi salah satu mitra IBI Kosgoro 1957 untuk mengembangkan kegiatan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup di masa pandemi. Usaha budidaya lele yang sudah berjalan ini harus dikelola dengan green marketing agar dapat berjalan dengan baik dan dapat diterima oleh semua kalangan. Upaya ini baik dilakukan pada setiap siklus panen, namun dalam beberapa bulan terakhir produksi belum sesuai dengan hasil yang diharapkan. Ketidaksesuaian tersebut disebabkan oleh rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat desa tentang budidaya ikan lele dengan tong di sekitar rumah, dan nilai jual yang masih rendah karena salah paham dalam meningkatkan nilai tambah ikan lele. Program kemitraan yang telah terbentuk diharapkan mampu menerapkan green marketing sehingga dapat berkelanjutan setiap tahunnya.
