Ruang lingkup dalam Jurnal HUMMANSI yaitu: Humaniora, topik yang mempelajari tentang cara membuat atau mengangkat manusia menjadi lebih manusiawi dan berbudaya. Manajemen, topik yang mempelajari tentang proses-proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengkoordinasian, dan pengontrolan sumber daya untuk mencapai sasaran secara efektif dan efesien demi tujuan suatu organisasi. Akuntansi, topik yang mempelajari tentang pengukuran, penjabaran, atau pemberian kepastian mengenai informasi yang akan membantu manajer, investor, otoritas pajak dan pembuat keputusan lain untuk membuat alokasi sumber daya keputusan di dalam perusahaan, organisasi, dan lembaga pemerintah.

Abstract

The role of director becomes one of determining factors for success rate of a program and college management. Leadership theory characterizes two roles in leadership process: task-oriented and relationship-oriented leadership behaviors. Therefore, a study on the effect of director’s leadership on loyalty, work performance, and discipline among employees (lecturers and staffs) at AKJP II Pekanbaru was conducted. The research results using managerial grid indicatedthat the director of AKJP II applied both task-oriented leadership and relationship-oriented behavior at (coordinate) 8.9. This quadrant signifies director’s accomplishment is obtained by giving freedom to employees, and responded by working through the specified standard as their respect to director. The effect of director’s leadership was analyzed with linear regression analysis. Correlation analysis showed significant and positive correlation. Director significantly affected employees’ loyalty, work performance, and discipline at the rate of 0.031, 0.049, and 0.023 respectively with 33,1%, 28.5%, and 36.1% in percentage of effect.

Abstract

In this case the researcher used the field study method. The technique of collecting data uses documentation studies, observations, interviews, and personal experiences. The data analysis technique is descriptive qualitative, the method used to provide a description of the research subject based on data from variables obtained from the group of subjects studied and not intended to test hypotheses, the author will focus on the contract for the maintenance of goats in Argosari Village, Ayah Subdistrict Kebumen Regency. Profit sharing or profit sharing for defaults made by goat owners is illegal. If the mudarib does not get the benefit or the child of the goat, then he is entitled to receive a general wage. Therefore the owner of the capital has employed him for a certain amount of time, so he has to pay his wages, namely, get a change in the form of money that is in accordance with the price of the goat. This is based on an agreed ratio, which must be expressed as a percentage (%), not in a certain nominal value. Because if it is determined by a nominal value, it means that Shahib al-mal has set a certain profit from a business that has no clear disadvantages.

Abstract

This study aims (1) to explore and promote Klawing Purbalingga agate as an innovative and creative local product, which has unique regional characteristics, and has a high image and competitiveness among other agate industries (2) Development of MSMEs (micro, small and medium-sized industries) especially the highly competitive Klawing agate industry in the domestic and global markets (3) Creating Bancar Village as a center for crafting Klawing Purbalingga agate, which is integrated and sustainable. This study uses a survey method with a qualitative and quantitative approach with the respondents involved are agate craftsmen / marketers in Bancar Village, & LGs Data collection is done using the triangulation method, which is a method consisting of; Observation, Documentation and Interviews (unstructured interviews, structured interviews using question guides and in-depth interviews) with stakeholders related to efforts to develop the Klawing agate industry in Purbalingga. Conclusion (1) The Agate Klawing handicraft industry center in Desa Bancar has the potential and feasibility to be designated as a superior creative industrial product in Purbalingga Regency. (2) The Klawing agate industry center in Bancar Village is suitable for use as an icon of Purbalingga agate industry with the OVOP approach. (3) Craftsmen are ready to develop Klawing agate handicrafts as a product of superior creative industries in Purbalingga Regency.

Abstract

Creativity is an important part of human life, and everyone is not freed from it. Creativity is one of supporting the existence of one's life. Everyone has creativity, and the difference is the level of creativity between people with each other. Research aims to prove the influence of the dimension of creativity to the development of SMEs. The population of research is MSMEs in Kamulyan Village, Bantarsari District, Cilacap Regency, amounting to 30 MSMEs, the sample uses saturated sample that is using whole population to be sample. (P = 0.01), there is no effect Dimension of process creativity to the development of MSMEs (P = 0.068), there is influence Dimension of product creativity to the development of MSMEs (P = 0,00) there is influence Dimension of press creativity to MSMEs development (P = 0,00).

Abstract

Banyumas Regency is supported by several business sectors and the largest contribution from the trade sector. To improve the trade sector, infrastructure improvements are carried out through market revitalization. Banyumas Regency has 92 modern markets and 26 traditional markets. The formulation of the problem is how the factors of the tendency of the millennial society towards the quality of traditional market services and how infrastructure can strengthen or weaken the tendency of millennial society towards the quality of traditional market services in improving the functioning of the market. The research method is descriptive qualitative analysis with the type of field research Primary data obtained from questionnaires as many as 310 respondents with purposive sampling as a sampling technique. Secondary data is obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics, books, theses, theses, journals. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), Coordinate Kartesius and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) as data analysis techniques. The results of the study are that service quality has an influence on the factors of the tendency of millennial society and infrastructure to strengthen the influence of the factors of millennial society's tendency towards service quality in improving market function. The results of this study were obtained from a survey analysis of millennial visitors in traditional markets in Banyumas, namely the perception of millennial society can change towards traditional markets if the quality of service for market managers and traders can be improved in a better direction. Thus it will encourage millennial communities to visit and shop in traditional markets.

Abstract

The existence of a going concern opinion is an important thing in the auditing report and is of concern to the auditor. In addition to conducting audits with companies by conducting fairness checks on financial statements, giving their opinions on going concern is of concern to the auditor. The company and can be one of the determinants of shareholders to make decisions. This research aims to see several factors, namely auditor quality and company growth as independent variables have a positive influence on the existence of going concern opinion. This study uses the financial statements of LQ45 companies for the period 2012-2016 which are published on the IDX in a row. The researcher used logistic regression as the testing method in this study which resulted that the alternative hypothesis namely auditor quality had a positive effect on acceptable going concern opinion, and the results of the testing of the second hypothesis regarding the growth of the company had a positive effect on the going concern opinion unacceptable.
