Abstract

Perkembangan zaman semakin maju pesat, terbukti dari persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat. Hal tersebut menuntut perusahaan mampu melakukan inovasi dalam merumuskan strategi pemasaran. Pemasaran adalah salah satu lini penting dalam bisnis, bagaimana sebuah produk diperkenalkan dan didistribusikan hingga sampai pada tangan konsumen. Banyak metode dan cara yang dapat digunakan untuk memasarkan sebuah produk barang atau jasa. Seiring dengan perkembangan waktu, para pemasar pun wajib mengubah pola dan taktik pemasaran agar tetap mampu mengikuti perkembangan zaman dan mampu bersaing di pasar bebas dengan para kompetitornya, salah satunya adalah dengan memanfaatkan teknologi pemasaran digital. Melihat kecanggihan saat ini pemasaran telah memanfaatkan internet sebagai penghubung yang dianggap lebih berbiaya rendah. Influencer marketing adalah salah satu strategi pemasaran yang banyak digunakan untuk meningkatkan penjualan pada era digital. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan melalui studi literatur. Penulis menggunakan sumber penelitian empiris dengan mengumpulkan data, informasi dan referensi yang berkaitan dengan pemasaran melalui media sosial dan pengaruh dari influencer marketing dapat memberikan informasi sebuah produk kepada konsumen sehingga dapat meningkatkan penjualan secara signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Statement of Financial Accounting Standard (PSAK) No. 45 for non-profit organizations in Bandar Lampung in year 2012. Nonprofit entities obtain resources from sponsors who do not expect repayments or economic benefits proportional to the amount of resources provided. This study uses a sample of 22 non-profit entities in Bandar Lampung. However, for this study purpose, 4 nonprofit organizations have been selected as they met the criteria according of financial reporting standards. Data were evaluated using the focus group discussion method. The results of the study found that the PSAK No. 45 on the reporting of financial position, statement of activities, and cash flow statements have not been implemented by non-profit entities in Bandar Lampung. An exception is of one organization which prepared those as a requirement to submit a proposal for international funding.

Abstract

Corporations pass every stage of their life cycles through different ways. At each point of these stages a company has the possibility to turn into decline. When this occurs, a company has the incentive to manage earnings in order to maintain its performance reflected in reported earnings. The objective of this study is to examine whether earnings management choices are different in corporate life cycles from growth to mature and mature to stagnant. The differences in earning management behaviour were indicated by negative and positive discretionary accruals. The sample was taken from manufacturing firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (2006 to 2013) in different life stages. The results show that firms in growth-mature and mature-stagnant did manage earnings through discretionary accruals, as indicated by significant differences as compared to those in other corporate life cycles.

Abstract

Teknologi saat ini terus berkembang dan manfaat penggunaan internet terasa bagi para pemakainya. Beberapa orang merasa ketergantungan dengan adanya internet, termasuk aktivitas Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk menjalankan usahanya khususnya pada era Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA). Tujuan penelitian ini secara umum mendeskripsikan dampak digital marketing terhadap volume penjualan bagi pelaku UMKdi kota Batam. Penelitian ini berjenis kualitatif, dengan menggunakan model triangulasi, yang menggabungkan metode wawancara terstruktur, wawancara mendalam dan observasi terhadap pelaku UMKM yang terdaftar aktif di Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Pasar – Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Kota. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa digital marketing memudahkan pelaku UMKM untuk memberikan informasi dan berinteraksi secara langsung dengan konsumen, memperluas pangsa pasar, meningkatkan awareness dan meningkatkan penjualan bagi pelaku UKM.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of commitment on employee work productivity; 2) the effect of work experience on employee work productivity; 3) which influence is more dominant between work commitment and work experience on employee work productivity. This research is a descriptive associative research with hypothesis testing. The population in this study was a sample of 60 public junior high school teachers in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, with a saturated sample technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and tested its validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used was the F test, t test and R2 test. The results of this study are that work motivation and work experience together have a positive effect on teacher work productivity. This is evident from the results of the F test which obtained Fcount of 36,956> Ftable of 3,159 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Work motivation has a positive effect on teacher work productivity. This is evident from the results of the t test which obtained tcount X1 = 3.584> t table of 1.671 and a significant value of 0.001 <0.05. Work Experience has a positive effect on Employee Work Productivity. This is evident from the results of the t test which obtained t count X2 = 3.294> t table of 1.671 and a significant value of 0.002 <0.05. From these results Work Motivation has a greater (dominant) influence on Employee Productivity. This is evident from the results of the t test which obtained t count X1 is greater than t count X2, namely 3.584> 3.294.
