Abstract

Placement is not a simple matter because the wrong placement will be felt as a result not only on the work unit concerned but also on other units, so that the company's operations will be disrupted not only now but in the future. In the placement of employees should pay attention to the academic achievements of employees so that these employees can complete tasks and work and carry out the authority and responsibilities given by the company. On this basis, the author took the title "The Relationship of Employee Placement to Work Performance at PT Sandhy Putra Makmur Jakarta Branch". The research method that the author uses in this study is a method of collecting data by spreading a list of questions. Instrument test analysis method. The results of the study, namely, the value of the relationship between the variable work placement (X) and employee performance (Y) indicated a correlation value of r = 0.670, which means that it is between the value 0.51 - 0.75, meaning that it has a fairly strong relationship, the nature of the relationship is positive, meaning If the work placement is more precise, the employee's work performance will increase in support of company goals. Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of commitment on employee work productivity; 2) the effect of work experience on employee work productivity; 3) which influence is more dominant between work commitment and work experience on employee work productivity. This research is a descriptive associative research with hypothesis testing. The population in this study was a sample of 60 public junior high school teachers in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, with a saturated sample technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and tested its validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used was the F test, t test and R2 test. The results of this study are that work motivation and work experience together have a positive effect on teacher work productivity. This is evident from the results of the F test which obtained Fcount of 36,956 Ftable of 3,159 and a significant value of 0.000 0.05. Work motivation has a positive effect on teacher work productivity. This is evident from the results of the t test which obtained tcount X1 = 3.584 t table of 1.671 and a significant value of 0.001 0.05. Work Experience has a positive effect on Employee Work Productivity. This is evident from the results of the t test which obtained t count X2 = 3.294 t table of 1.671 and a significant value of 0.002 0.05. From these results Work Motivation has a greater (dominant) influence on Employee Productivity. This is evident from the results of the t test which obtained t count X1 is greater than t count X2, namely 3.584 3.294.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh kinerja atribut produk dan bauran promosi terhadap etika janji dalam konteks service marketing triangle dan implikasinya pada keunggulan bersaing perguruan tinggi Politeknik di Lingkungan Kopertis Wilayah IV Jawa Barat dan Banten. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei, yakni deskriptif dan eksplanatori.

Abstract

Hipotesis penelitian ini apakah ada pengaruh penggunaan metode diskusi terhadap hasil belajar siswa dibuktikan dengan rumus korelasi (r) Product Moment, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi, serta regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: penggunaan metode diskusi berpengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada uji korelasi (r) Product Moment dan Uji-t menunjukkan r = 0,927, dan t = 20,703. Pengaruh yang cukup besar ini ditunjukkan pula oleh nilai koefisien determinan (KD = 85,93) yang berarti motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 85,93% dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan metode Diskusi dan 14,07 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain

Abstract

Perkembangan kemampuan motorik halus anak usia dini kurang mendapatkan perhatian dari orang tua dan guru pada Lembaga PAUD. Hal ini banyak disebabkan kurangnya penguasaan orang tua dan guru terhadap cara yang tepat untuk mengembangkannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan motorik halus melalui teknik mozaik pada anak kelompok B TK Al Hidayah Cengkareng Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) yang dilakukan secara kolaboratif dan partisipatif. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah 22 anak, yang terdiri dari 16 anak perempuan dan 6 anak laki-laki. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik mozaik dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak kelompok B TK Al Hidayah Cengkareng Jakarta Barat. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengenalan warna melalui media Papan Flanel warna terhadap kemampuan kognitif anak usia 5-6 tahun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif. Subjek penelitian anak usia 5-6 tahun, objek penelitiannya berupa media Papan Flanel warna terhadap kemampuan kognitif. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data diambil dari hubungan antara analisis data dengan pengumpulan data menurut Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan dan verivikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengenalan warna melalui media Papan Flanel warna dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak. Kemampuan kognitif melalui media Papan Flanel angka ini terdiri dari lingkup perkembangan berpikir logis dan berpikir simbolik. Hasil analisis kemampuan kognitif lingkup perkembangan berpikir logis melalui media Papan Flanel angka dapat dilihat dari cara anak mengklasifikasikan benda atau Papan Flanel warna sesuai dengan kelompok warna yang sama. Kemudian anak mampu mengenal pola warna meskipun Papan Flanel memiliki warna yang berbeda-beda, sehingga perbedaan tersebut mampu diurutkan dengan warna yang sesuai. Hasil analisis kognitif berpikir simbolik dilihat dari kemampuan anak dalam menghitung atau membilang Papan Flanel warna kemudian menyesuaikan dengan angka yang ada pada papan Papan Flanel. Anak juga mampu mengenal konsep bilangan setelah mengitung jumlah Papan Flanel, kemudian mengenal lambang bilangan sesuai angka yang disediakan di papan Papan Flanel.

Abstract

Perkembangan kemandirian pada anak usia dini sangat ditentukan dari pola asuh orang tua Setiap orang tua pasti berbeda pola asuh yang digunakan dalam mendidik anak-anak mereka. Hal ini akan berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan kemandirian anak baik di rumah maupun di sekolah. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengungkap Pengaruh Pola Asuh terhadap Kemandirian anak usia dini. Metodologi Penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh  anak usia dini (AUD) usia 4 – 5 tahun di TK Baitul I’lmi Cipayung Jakarta Timur yang berjumlah 50 anak usia dini. Jumlah sampel penelitian merujuk pada table Isaac & Michael untuk jumlah populasi 50  dengan signifikansi 5% sebanyak 44 anak usia dini data akan tetapi karena kondisi pandemic kuesioner yang di dapat sebanyak 17 kuesioner, sehingga  peneliti mengambil sebanyak 17 data yang masuk untuk di analisis seluruhnya. Data Penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan instrument kemandirian dan instrument Pola Asuh. Kedua instrument telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan   tidak terdapat pengaruh positif pola asuh orang tua terhadap kemandirian anak usia dini (AUD).

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of learning facilities on student learning outcomes in class VII-11 SMP NEGERI 1 Setu Bekasi, West Java. This type of research is quantitative research with a correlational approach. Sampling was done using simple random sampling technique with a total of 40 students. With data collection techniques through questionnaires (questionnaires), report cards and documentation. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires and document analysis. The process of developing job satisfaction instruments begins with the preparation of an instrument in the form of a questionnaire using a Likert scale with validity and reliability tests. For technical data analysis using descriptive analysis and prerequisite tests which include normality test and linearity test. The hypothesis test uses t test (partial test). Based on data analysis, it was concluded that there was no influence of learning facilities on student learning outcomes. Based on the calculation results, it is shown through the results of the t-test (partial) indicated by the results of the t-count calculations which show a value of 2.369, according to the table above. T table is 2.026 proves that t count exceeds t table. A significant value (Sig.) of 0.023, or less than 0.05, was achieved for the partial test using Sig (alpha 5 percent). This shows that the variable learning facilities do not have a diverse influence on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

In today's era of marketing is very influential in the development of a company, especially a company engaged in the field of Products and Services, it certainly makes a company rely heavily on the role of marketing is to increase the productivity of the company. One of the companies that need marketing role is PT. Dantosan Precon Perkasa, one of the companies engaged in the field of products and services requires a petrified figure marketing can develop products owned, the company manufactures precast concrete and possess marketing experience that can compete with other competitors in the field are the same, and marketing a very influential role in the sale of products and be able to continue to increase the volume of product sales increasing each time. PT. Dantosan Precon Perkasa is a company engaged in the field of products and services provide solutions for more rapid development and not discard or remove the cost is too great. By launching products that are useful for irrigation, construction of buildings, overpasses, fencing, etc., as well as providing important information on precast concrete. The conclusion of the research conducted by the authors showed that marketing is very influential figure for PT. Dantosan Precon Perkasa to increase the volume of sales of products owned, and can compete with other competitors kompetito-its, is evident from the increased sales levels each time, so the PT. Dantosan Precon Perkasa be a company to be reckoned with
