Journal of Administrative and Sosial Science adalah jurnal akses terbuka yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Administrasi (STIA) Yappi Makassar. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the leadership style of the Tempe village head has on community satisfaction at the Tempoe Village Office, Wajo Regency, using survey research, namely only a portion of the population is used as a sample. The population in this study were 174 people, then the Sloavin formula was used to determine the sample and to produce a sample of 64 people, the sample used was random sampling (simple random sample). Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and documentation. For data analysis techniques used are quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and quantitative associative analysis techniques. The benefits of this research are practical and theoretical benefits, 1. The practical benefits of this research are: As an evaluation of leadership style and employee service satisfaction and as input for employees, 2. The theoretical benefits of this research are: it is hoped that it can be used as material for further study relevant and study material towards developing the concept of organizational climate and employee work ethic. The results showed that there was a positive influence of leadership on community satisfaction in the Tempe Village Office, Wajo Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the Influence of Direct Village Fund Cash Assistance (BLT DD) on the Welfare of the People of Parenring Village, Lilirilau District, Soppeng Regency, using survey research, namely only a portion of the population is used as a sample. The population in this study were 71 people, then to determine the sample used the Yamane taro formula and produced a sample of 42 people, the sample used was random sampling (random sample). Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and documentation. For data analysis techniques used are quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and quantitative associative analysis techniques. The results showed that there was a fairly strong influence between BLT DD on community welfare in Parenring Village, Lilirilau District, Soppeng Regency with a correlation value (R) of 0.511. This shows that the percentage contribution of the BLT DD variable to community welfare is 26.1%, while the remainder is 100% - 26.1% = 73.9% which is influenced or explained by other variables.

Abstract

Every organization is established based on certain goals and targets. Likewise with school. Every school has its own goals. This goal will not be realized without the support of adequate human resources. Because human resources are very influential on the success or failure of a school in achieving goals. Every school always tries to increase employee productivity in order to survive, develop and have high trust from outsiders. In order to increase employee productivity, it is often necessary to improve and improve the human resources of employees. However, activities to increase the human resources of employees often do not achieve what they expect, namely achieving the goals of the school organization such as increasing employee productivity. Even though they already have the resources qualified employees, employees may not necessarily be able to provide good work results for school organizations if they are still in the shackles of a work culture that is less supportive and not conducive. This research is a type of quantitative research using a survey approach which intends to test the combination/influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable, namely organizational culture on employee productivity at UPT SMAN 3 Wajo. The number of samples taken from UPT SMAN 3 Wajo employees is 40 people from the total employees. there are 67 people. Based on the results of data processing using the SPSS 22 for windows program where a person correlation value of 528 was obtained, this shows that between organizational culture and employee productivity at UPT SMAN 3 Wajo is in a fairly strong category and a relation coefficient (R) is obtained of 0.528 which shows that the relationship between Organizational Culture variables and employee productivity at UPT SMAN 3 Wajo is in a fairly strong category.

Abstract

Aides aegypti or Aides albopictus is a type of mosquito that carries and transmits dengue virus to humans. Dengue hemorrhagic fever appears as an Extraordinary Event (KLB), causing panic in the community because it has the risk of causing death and spreads very quickly. Based on records from the Directorate for Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases (P2PM) until Week 36, the cumulative number of confirmed cases of DHF from January 2022 was reported as 87,501 cases (IR 31.38/100,000 population) and 816 deaths (CFR 0.93%). Sampang Regency, East Java, is currently starting to anticipate the possibility of an outbreak of dengue fever. After the local regency government released three districts that were considered prone to Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF), namely Sampang District, Omben District and Torjun District. The Health and Family Planning Service (Dinkes-KB) of Sampang Regency, East Java, noted that cases of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) in the area have decreased in 2021 compared to the number of cases that occurred in previous years. This study aims to determine the implementation of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) prevention policies in Sampang District and what are the inhibiting factors. In this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive method that used data collection such as interviews, observation and documentation studies. Based on the research results in assessing the Implementation of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) Management Policies in Sampang Regency, it has not been maximized when viewed from several indicators of evaluating the implementation of public policies, namely (1) Policy resources such as a lack of health workers, sufficient health facilities and funds, (2) ) the disposition or attitude of the executors is not firm and the lack of community participation in PSN activities, (3) economic, social and political conditions that are not conducive.

Abstract

Modern society is faced with risks inherent in its life. This risk comes from the technological uncertainty developments, especially in transportation modes. Gojek be a solution to the uncertainty several aspects by conventional transportation modes. This study uses a phenomenological approach, which places phenomena from the actors point of view and uses the risk society theory introduced by Ulrich Beck as an analytical tool. The concept used is reflective modernity and the boomerang effect that drivers and customers face respectively as users of the Gojek application. Informants are Gojek users consisting of customers as well as drivers. This research used interview, observation, and documentation techniques as primary data, while the secondary data used literature study techniques. Based on the results, it was found that several certainty factors were obtained by Gojek customers, including time, convenience, cost and security. This factor is referred to 'reflective modernity', where this factor becomes a reflection on the uncertainty of conventional transportation. However, for the record, security is also a risk if the goods ordered through Gojek are taken away by the driver. On the other hand, Gojek drivers get uncertainty risk factors, such as fictitious orders, and service discrepancies with customer ratings. This condition is referred to 'boomerang effect' where the risk returns to the main actor. As a solution, the company provides a feature to deal with fictitious orders and a rating feature by users.

Abstract

Public service is the fulfillment of needs in society. there should be an increase in the quality of public services by utilizing information and communication technology, namely E- Government. The government's job is to provide services. For example, the Surabaya government is improving the quality of public services in the health sector with the e-health program. This study aims to see whether this program is effective for the people of Surabaya. The research method uses descriptive analysis, whether the e-health program is able to improve the quality of public services in the city of Surabaya in the health sector.

Abstract

Pengembangan kelembagaan, partisipasi dan kemandirian kelompok tani memiliki peranan dan andil yang sangat penting dengan pembangunan peternakan. Tujuan penelitian yaitu:(1) strategi dan upaya memperbaiki manajemen serta merubah pola pikir anggota kelompok tani. (2) menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan kelompok tani yang masih belum terstruktur. (3) mengetahui dan menganalisis upaya yang dilakukan dalam menumbuhkan kemandirian dan partisipasi anggota kelompok tani. (4) mengetahui dan menganalisis langkah-langkah yang akan dilakukan dalam menciptakan hubungan sosial serta komunikasi yang intens. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian : (1) strategi yang akan dilakukan dalam upaya memperbaiki manajemen serta merubah pola pikir anggota kelompok tani. (2) upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam mengembangkan kelompok tani yang masih belum terstruktur. (3) upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam menumbuhkan kemandirian dan partisipasi anggota kelompok tani. (4) langkah-langkah yang dapat dilakukan dalam menciptakan hubungan sosial serta komunikasi yang intens. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan instrumen pengumpul data meliputi angket, kuesioner dan wawancara. Responden yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 155 responden dari anggota kelompok tani.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang optimalisasi pengelolaan BUMDes Niagara Desa Wangisagara Kabupaten Bandung dalam pengembangannya yang awalnya Desa Wangisagara termasuk dalam desa tertinggal hingga meraih omset 30 M per tahun. BUMDes didirikan oleh pemerintah desa dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan perekonomian masyarakat desa. Pemerintah Desa Wangisagara dinilai berhasil dalam strategi mengembangkan BUMDes Niagara yang menjadikan Desa Wangisagara menjadi percontohan di Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana optimalisasi pengelolaan BUMDes Niagara Desa. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dari literatur, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan keberadaan BUMDes Niagara memberikan manfaat bagi kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat desa tidak terlepas dari partisipasi masyarakat desa terhadap jalannya BUMDes Niagara.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the existence of the Personal Data Protection Act makes the public feel comfortable with their privacy which is a human right, because there are many leaks of personal data which greatly disturb comfort and security. -The Personal Data Act has resolved the issue of personal data security or not. The research method used is the literature study method which is a method that is carried out by collecting library data, taking notes and reading, as well as managing research materials from previous studies and making direct observations. The results of public observations have full hopes that this personal data protection law can become their guarantee to protect personal data, the public hopes that with the tone of this Personal Data Law no one will dare to hack personal data illegally.

Abstract

The implementation of E-government in Indonesia is currently still being accelerated in order to realize the creation of Good Government. All aspects needed to implement E-government continue to be improved, including the E-procurement sector. Transjakarta cares is one of the service programs provided by Transjakarta which aims to make it easier for people with disabilities in DKI Jakarta to use public transportation. This service aims to make DKI Jakarta an inclusive city which means DKI Jakarta is a livable province for all people, including people with disabilities. This research was conducted by means of a literature study by taking data from literacy sources. This breakthrough service carried out by Transjakarta has received a lot of support from various parties, including the private sector. Support in the form of assistance has been carried out, such as providing vehicles for implementation to revitalizing access to bus stops carried out by the regional government to make it easier for users of Transjakarta cares services. The coverage area that can be accessed by Transjakarta cares is already quite good and is currently being expanded so that all residents in the DKI Jakarta area can use Transjakarta cares services.
