Abstract

The family is the first and foremost place for the growth and development of children. If the atmosphere in the family is good and fun, then the child will grow well too. Otherwise it will hinder the growth of the child. The role of parents in the family is very important. Fathers tend to be in the public sector (earning a living). It is widely developed in society that single parent men cannot take care of their children properly and because they are busy making a living for their children, this research is entitled "The Value of Family Life in the Film A Million Sayang Untuknya". The purpose of this analysis is to find out the message of the value of life in the family. The theory used to analyze the research is mass communication theory, and Jhon Fiske's semiotic analysis, namely 3 stages of reality level, representative level and ideological level. The method used is a qualitative research method. The results showed that there were 10 scene pieces presented from the values of family life in this film. This study resulted in conclusions, namely 1) The level of reality through the appearance of a million affectionate film player for him shows simplicity. 2) The level of representation is a scene that contains taking pictures and dialogue about the value of life from the figure of the father. 3) The ideology level, based on the description at the level of reality and representation, shows that the ideology of the film is Individualism.

Abstract

E-Commerce Shopee as an online shopping media platform that has offers that attract customers' attention. For that matter, one of them can be done through the media used to meet needs with Uses and Gratification Theory. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of Shopee E-Commerce on customer satisfaction among high school students. This research is a quantitative research presenting data in the form of descriptions by using information in the form of statistical numbers. With the technique of following data through primary data (questionnaire / questionnaire, observation) and secondary data (literature study, documentation). A questionnaire is a set of written questions for respondents to answer. Field observations. In fact, not all consumers are satisfied when online or using E-Commerce applications. Therefore, a problem arises that causes some people to be dissatisfied when using the Shopee E-Commerce application.

Abstract

In order for the material delivered by the teacher to be well received and understood by students, effective communication is needed, with effective communication it will facilitate the learning process and interaction between teachers and students. The arrival of the Covid 19 pandemic has affected various fields, one of which is education, almost all schools in Indonesia implement distance or online learning, in this online learning there are many obstacles in practice, including limited teacher communication, inadequate technology, as well as many obstacles. Therefore, many people choose and are happy if learning can be done face-to-face at school or offline. Many people find offline learning much more effective than online learning. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of teacher communication in online and offline learning. The method in this study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive studies. This study aims to determine how effective teacher communication is in online and offline learning. The results of this study indicate that the communication carried out by the teacher in offline learning is much more effective when compared to online learning, because in offline learning there are many obstacles and obstacles that affect the effectiveness of the communication carried out by the teacher.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of North Bengkulu Regent Regulation Number 47 of 2018 concerning North Bengkulu District Policies and Strategies in the Management of Household Waste and Household Waste-like Waste, in terms of the supporting factors for successful implementation, namely: communication, resources, disposition/attitude executive and bureaucratic structure. This type of research is qualitative research. The location of this research was at the North Bengkulu Regency Environmental Service. Informal selection technique is the informant of this research is snowball sampling. Data collection was carried out through author observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out through descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of waste management policies in North Bengkulu Regency based on North Bengkulu Regent Regulation Number 47 of 2018 has been going well, especially in Arga Makmur City, as the capital of North Bengkulu Regency and also as the center of government administration and the regional economy. However, for the whole area of North Bengkulu Regency it has not been implemented properly, due to geographical constraints, limited resources and facilities. The success of this implementation is supported by communication factors, resources, dispositions or attitudes of the implementers as well as a well-run bureaucratic structure and community participation. Several obstacles to the implementation of this regulation, in the form of socialization to the community which is still lacking and resource constraints to reach all areas of North Bengkulu Regency.

Abstract

The formation of the Pinang Raya District was outlined in the North Bengkulu Regency Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2015 concerning the Formation of the Pinang Raya District, North Bengkulu Regency. Since 2015 the division process has started and now Pinang Raya has become the definitive district. This research is a policy evaluation research that aims to study how the policy process is implemented. The research method used is explorative qualitative . Data collection method is depth interview. The technique of determining the sample/informant is porposive sampling. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman method. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the mechanism for the division of Pinang Raya District, North Bengkulu Regency has been carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government and Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 19 of 2008 concerning Districts. The mechanism for the expansion of Pinang Raya District, North Bengkulu Regency, began with the aspirations of the Ketahun District community to form a new sub-district in accordance with community needs in development, service and community empowerment. Aspirations that received support from political actors and the District Government were followed by the formation of a sub-district expansion committee and the submission of the proposal for the expansion of the Pinang Raya District to the North Bengkulu Regent through the Ketahun District Head in the form of a proposal. Based on this proposal, the North Bengkulu Regency Government checked the eligibility and after fulfilling the expansion requirements as stipulated in the applicable laws and regulations and set forth in the North Bengkulu Regency Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2015
