Abstract

Rubber plantation is one of the important sectors for the Indonesian economy. In rubber plantations all work activities can require a lot of labor. In fact, the wages of plantation workers are much higher due to government intervention and the existence of strong trade unions. Apart from cash, the company also provides other facilities such as housing and other health care facilities. The formulation of the problem from this research is How the Socio-Economic Condition of the Rubber Plantation Workers' Family in Bangun Sari Village, Lima Puluh District, Batu Bara Regency. The socio-economic living conditions of the workers will be an indicator of how much wages are earned from the company where the workers work, and through this wage it will be seen how the workers' consumption culture is with the various facilities provided by the company. In this condition, the wages earned by the workers will be a benchmark for the extent to which the workers can still live properly and the socio-economic conditions of the workers can be fulfilled. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method with an inductive approach which describes the problem based on the existing facts. The results of this study are the education level of the family of plantation workers is relatively low, while the socioeconomic conditions of the families of rubber plantation workers in Bangun Sari Village, Lima Puluh District, Batu Bara Regency already have a fairly decent life where their average income is sufficient to meet their needs and they have owns a private house with permanent conditions as well as several other assets. The conclusion is that with this low level of education, they only have jobs as plantation workers.

Abstract

Road Traffic and Transportation is a unified system consisting of traffic, road transport, Road Traffic and Transportation networks, Road Traffic and Transportation Infrastructure, Vehicles, Drivers, Road Users, and their management. This research was conducted at the Department of Transportation of Medan City. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Medan City Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2016 concerning the Implementation of Road Traffic and Transportation in the City of Medan. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with qualitative data analysis, namely problem-solving procedures that are examined by observation, and interviews by describing the current state of the research object based on the facts that appear or as they are. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the implementation of the Medan City Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2016 concerning the Implementation of Road Traffic and Transportation in the City of Medan has been implemented, but has not gone well enough. This is because the information is in the form of direct socialization widely on traffic regulations, and also conducts socialization about accidents that occur on the road from disorder in traffic and establishes good relationships with road users. The implementation of the disposition at the Medan City Transportation Service is by existing provisions and has been running effectively. The existing bureaucratic structure at the Medan City Transportation Service has been run by the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

Abstract

Photography businesses in general have their own management in managing, maintaining and developing their business so that they still exist and are known by the general public. By carrying out various marketing management, ranging from social media to print media with the aim of attracting as many people as possible so that the photography service business can continue to exist and develop. As done by Fatahillah Ginting Photography. This study aims to find out the marketing management applied by Fatahillah Ginting Photography to maintain the existence of its photography business in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic and to find out what obstacles Fatahillah Ginting Photography faced during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses the theory of marketing communication mix with a particular view of advertising (advertising) and Public Relations (public relations). This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection methods through in-depth interviews, documentation and observation. Informants in this study were the founder, owner, brand communication, account executive and marketing of fatahillah ginting photography. The results of the research that have been carried out, Fatahillah ginting photography marketing communication management in maintaining existence during the covid-19 pandemic on marketing communication elements where the outline consists of advertising through Instagram, Youtube and Neon Box and public relations (public relations) carried out by the founder, owner, brand communication, account executive, marketing and all employees of fatahillah ginting photography. As for the obstacles faced by Fatahillah Ginting Photography in maintaining its existence during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely the large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) that took place in the city of Medan and in other cities so that there were no big events, is it weddings or non-weddings which took place at the time. The covid-19 pandemic is ongoing.

Abstract

Internal supervision is carried out by supervisory officers who come from special supervisory institutions which are formed internally by the Government or Executive agencies. The Nusajadi Farmers Group collaborates with the Village Unit Cooperative in Tangkahan Village with the E-rdkk program to record the amount of agricultural land owned by each farmer. In the distribution of subsidized fertilizers to each farmer through farmer groups in their respective neighborhoods, some of which have been recorded through government programs that are related to the Medan City Agriculture Service. The formulation of the problem in this research is the strategy of internal supervision of subsidized fertilizer distribution in the context of the transparency of the E-rdkk Program in Tangkahan Village, Medan Labuhan. The purpose of this study was to find out how the Internal Supervision Strategy for Subsidized Fertilizer Distribution in the Context of Transparency of the E-RDKK Program in Tangkahan Village, Medan Labuhan. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative approach with qualitative analysis. The data collection technique or method that the author uses in this research is the Interview Technique and In-depth Interview (in-depth interview). The data analysis technique used in this research is inductive data analysis. Inductive data analysis is drawing conclusions that depart from specific facts, to then draw general conclusions. So the authors conclude that the Internal Supervision Strategy for Subsidized Fertilizer Distribution in the Context of Transparency of the E-rdkk Program in Tangkahan Village, Medan Labuhan has been achieved but has not been implemented effectively.

Abstract

The title of this research is about the Attraction of Tujuh Semeja Tourism Objects in Increasing the Number of Visitors. This study uses a qualitative method with purposive sampling technique and data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used qualitative data analysis techniques, namely reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the existence of marketing strategy communication is a strategy in increasing the number of visitors in the Tujuh Semeja tour. The market strategy used in attracting visitors to the Tujuh Semeja tour is product, place, promotion and price. Things that tourism managers do in implementing this marketing strategy are by creating signature coffee with various flavor variants, innovating development in stages, being active in promoting tourism through social media and setting prices according to the quality of coffee sold and adjusting visitors to middle class prices.

Abstract

Sampali Village is one of the villages in the Percut Sei Tuan sub-district, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province with a population of approximately 18,382 people. The area of Sampali village is 401 H, consisting of 25 hamlets whose settlements are industrial areas, development centers, elite housing and so on. On average, the local people of Sampali village make a living as private employees and traders or entrepreneurs. With the Covid-19 outbreak which has been designated by the government as a natural disaster, this is the reason for force majeure to terminate the employment relationship with the government. This greatly affects the socio-economic conditions of the workers' families in Hamlet VII, Sampali Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, especially with regard to meeting basic family needs such as food, clothing, food, shelter, education, and health. In addition, the role of the wife becomes a dual role because she participates in making a living. The existence of assistance from the government and business loans from banks is very helpful for families to overcome socio-economic problems.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Minister of Social Affairs Regulation Number 10 of 2017 in the Implementation of the Family Hope Program in Sidomulyo Village, Bilah Hilir District, Labuhanbatu Regency. The type of research conducted is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the implementation of the Minister of Social Affairs Regulation Number 10 of 2017 in the Implementation of the Family Hope Program in Sidomulyo Village, Bilah Hilir District, Labuhanbatu Regency has been implemented, but there are several obstacles. target, Human resources in the implementation of the Family Hope Program in Sidomulyo Village are less competent, so many people should be entitled to benefits in the Family Hope Program, but in the field there are still many who have not benefited from PKH, the bureaucratic structure is in accordance with standard operating procedures ( SOP), the disposition in the implementation of the family of hope program in Sidomulyo Village has been carried out well, but there are obstacles, namely the lack of awareness of the beneficiary families in carrying out their obligations as beneficiary families of the program. Abstract

The limitations of villages in various sectors make villages the main focus of the government in proposing community empowerment and village development programs. The current situation in Kedai Durian village shows that there is still a lack of community empowerment; it can be seen from the low level of community independence, and developments that have not hit the target point. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Village Local Facilitator (PLD) in assisting the Kedai Durian village in implementing village development programs and community empowerment. The theory used in this study is the theory of empowerment, where community empowerment is the main focus of the government to achieve the goal of creating an independent and empowered village. This research method uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach with the number of informants 7 people namely the Village Head, PLD, and 5 Warg with data collection techniques through interview and observation methods. The data analysis technique in this study refers to 3 flow of activities, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of research in Kedai Durian village related to the role of Village Local Facilitators in the implementation of development and community empowerment programs in Kedai Durian village Deli Serdang district are quite good, this can be seen by the implementation of development and empowerment programs run by Local Village Facilitators and the community well.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how two online media, www.mediaindonesia.com and www.kompas.com, framed the news coverage of Puan Maharani's image as a presidential candidate for the Republic of Indonesia in 2024. This study used a qualitative method using a framing analysis knife by Robert Entman's model. The framing analysis method used is to analyze the 10 news items in the two online media about the imaging of Puan Maharani as a presidential candidate for 2024. The measurement is carried out by defining problem models, diagnosing problems, making moral judgments, and treatment recommendations. The results of the study concluded that the news coverage of two online media, namely mediaindonesia.com and kompas.com about the news of Puan Maharani as a presidential candidate for the period 2024-2029 using Robert Entmant's framing analysis model, is known that the online media are www.kompas.com and www.mediaindonesia.com jointly conduct moral judgments (moral policies) by criticizing the use of common sense (make sense) when there are state officials like Puan Maharani who have ambitions to become the head of the state (president) in an atmosphere of concern for the people.
