Abstract

The majority of the people here make a living as fishermen. Due to Covid-19, access to goods and services is also limited and has an impact on the community's economy, and not a few people have been laid off from their workplaces in the city, and are forced to return to their villages. BLT-Dana Desa is one of the programs issued by the Indonesian government to overcome the impact of economic factors affected by the Covid-19 pandemic in the form of financial assistance provided to poor families, sourced from the Village Fund revenue budget. The social service program planning process is carried out through discussion and general deliberation by village officials. The process of organizing the social service program has been given the person in charge of the BLT-DD distribution activities, the distribution of BLT-DD is carried out once a month with a direct distribution process given by the village government to KPM BLT-DD, Monev which is carried out after the implementation of the BLT-DD Distribution Program DD is evaluated by the village head and his apparatus. The BLT-DD program was deliberately issued by the government to overcome the decline in public finances due to the Covid-19 outbreak. Measures of program effectiveness, namely; understanding of the program, right on target, on time, the achievement of goals and real changes can be concluded that it has not been running effectively

Abstract

Sustainable Development or SDGS (Sustainable Development Goals) is a Global Development Agenda which has 17 Goals or objectives with the implementation not only focusing on human development but also environmentally friendly economic development and environmental development. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the directing function of the village head is in implementing the SDGS (Sustainable Development Goals) program in the Desa Tani Makmur Rengat Barat. The purpose of the study was to find out how the directing function of the village head was in implementing the SDGS (Sustainable Development Goals) program in the prosperous village of Rengat Barat. The type of research used in this study was a descriptive approach with qualitative analysis. The results of the research on the Implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS) Program on proper sanitation were in accordance with what was planned in its implementation, which was in accordance with the predetermined distance. This can be seen from the obstacles that occur, for example the lack of education about clean water and proper sanitation where it is difficult to change people's habits in carrying out this program.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the public relations strategy of Qubic Ball in building the agency's digital identity. The theory used in this research is the theory of public relations. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques were interviews and documentation obtained by two informants in the study. The informants in this study were the owner and public relations of Qubic Ball. The data analysis technique used in this research is to collect data, reduce data, conclude and verify. The results show that Qubic Ball's public relations strategy in building a digital agency identity is to do the Four Step Model of Public Relations, namely defining the problem (defining public relations), planning and programming (planning and programming), taking action and communicating (taking action and communicating). Communicating), and evaluating the program (evaluating the program). Several things that make a positive contribution to the identity of a company are an inspiring vision, name and logo, and consistency that have managed to maintain the digital agency identity that has been built for a long time.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the driver's persuasive communication strategy is to maintain the interest of grab application users in Medan City. The research method used in this research is qualitative. The informants in this study were Medan City Grab drivers and Grab application users in Medan City. The results of this study illustrate that persuasive communication that occurs between Grab drivers and customers is formed by an action. This is clearly shown by the actions of Grab drivers who are friendly, polite and do not disappoint customers. The factors that encourage customers to use the Grab application in the Medan City area include being very easy to access and very helpful for customers in terms of ordering food and traveling, and the rates offered are quite cheap with promos. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor for Grab is the limited period of promos and long restaurants in preparing orders.

Abstract

The village head has a very important role in mobilizing the participation of the younger generation in the field of development. However, there are several obstacles experienced by the community or youth organizations in carrying out these activities, including the lack of socialization carried out by the village head and the lack of communication links that are carried out so that it becomes an attraction for researchers to want to conduct research on how a village head is able to be close to youth organizations. The focus of this study was to find out how the village head's interpersonal communication in fostering youth organizations and what factors were supporting and inhibiting the village head's interpersonal communication in fostering youth organizations. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the research obtained, it shows that interpersonal communication carried out by the Karang Anyar Village Head in fostering youth organizations by establishing friendships in the form of direct meetings and sharing to discuss and provide direction with youth so that the youth organization will be even better in the future. While the supporting factor is the use of appropriate language for youth, who have different levels of understanding. The obstacle faced by the village head was the difficulty in understanding the different characters possessed by each youth.

Abstract

In this study, the author focuses on discussing how the RRI PRO 2 FM strategy in the Learning broadcast program at RRI maintains its existence even during the current covid-19 period. Research data collection techniques using descriptive analysis such as observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Then for the technical analysis of the data used is by way of reduction, data presentation, and data conclusions. In taking the sample, the researcher used a purposive sampling technique, namely sampling with the criteria of 2 people consisting of 1 announcer and 1 program section head. The results of this study are RRI uses three strategies, namely the first Planning Strategy by determining the material to be delivered, assigning broadcasters and determining the schedule, second is the Implementation Strategy, namely the material presented by the teacher using resource persons followed by a question and answer session and discussion between the announcer and the resource person. The third is the Assessment Strategy by setting the success standard of broadcasters and making corrections to broadcast programs in delivering material.

Abstract

The feminist movement is a movement of women to reject everything that tries to marginalize and demean the dominant culture, both in the political, economic, and other social fields. By Pramoedya Ananta Toer, the story of a nyai is portrayed through the character Nyai Ontosoroh in the novel Bumi Manusia. Pramoedya describes, Nyai Ontosoroh is not just a nyai who is only a sexual object and the colonial master's social prestige. Nyai Ontosoroh presents herself as no longer just a concubine, a pet, and a display for her master. Likewise, the obnoxious nature attached to the nyai was denied by him. Nyai Ontosoroh transformed herself into a different nyai. The formulation of the problem in this writing is what is the symbolic meaning of the feminism value of the character Nyai Ontosoroh in Pramoedya Ananta Toer's novel Bumi Manusia? The purpose of this paper is to find out the symbolic meaning of the feminist value of the character Nyai Ontosoroh in the novel Bumi Manusia by Pramoedya Ananta Toer. The research method used is a qualitative research method with the semiotic analysis technique of Ferdinand de Saussure. The depiction of the character Nyai Ontosoroh in the novel Bumi Manusia is very thick with feminism values, where there are elements of freedom, power, and justice in it.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the village of Pulau Sembilan, Pangkalan Susu Subdistrict, Langkat. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not the Langkat Regent's Regulation No. 4 of 2021 in order to improve health discipline in Pulau Sembilan Village has been implemented. The type of research used is descriptive method with qualitative data processing, namely the method used to dissect a phenomenon and event and describe it in the form of sentences and language based on the findings in the field. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it is known that the Langkat Regent's Regulation Number 4 of 2021 has been implemented but has not been fully optimal. This can be seen based on the categorization of research such as the existence of actions in achieving goals that have not been carried out optimally due to the lack of actions and programs carried out by the Pulau Sembilan village government in improving health discipline, the interaction between the government and the community in the form of education and socialization but so far it has not produced results. as expected, the implementation of administrative activities in the form of planning and implementing work procedures although it is still not efficient, the existence of sanctions given by the Pulau Sembilan village government to people who violate the health protocol policy rules even though it is only in the form of giving a warning. The obstacle to improving the health discipline of the Pulau Sembilan village community so far is the lack of firmness by the Pulau Sembilan village government in giving sanctions to violators of the rules in an effort to improve health discipline and a sense of the importance of maintaining health from within the community

Abstract

One of the recently popular place in Central Tapanuli Regency is the Tugu Titik Nol Islam Barus which is one of the most popular buildings in Central Tapanuli because of the history behind the establishment of the monument, namely as a symbol of the starting point to spread islam in Indonesia. Since it was legalized in 2017, many visitors have come, both local and non local. However, after several years of existence, the construction in Tugu Titik Nol Islam is still relatively ordinary. There is no development, progress, and even tends to decline. The purpose of this study was to determine the visitor's response to the attractiveness of Tugu Titik Nol Islam Barus. The method used in this research is qualitative, by doing in-depth interviews with visitors. From the research results, It’s known that the visitor's response to the attractiveness of Tugu titik Nol Islam Barus is good and positive. Visitors feel that Tugu titik Nol islam is a new icon for Central Tapanuli regency. In addition, the beaches around the monument add to the special attraction of the Tugu Titik Nol islam Barus, because the visitor not only can see the monument directly, but also can enjoy the view of the beach. For development, visitors feel that it is quite good, but still needs maintenance. And for other infrastructure facilities, the visitors considered that they still needed to be improved and equipped again, and also the problem of cleanliness around the monument which also still needed attention.
