Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi membawa kemudahan dalam bertransaksi. Salah satunya adalah pembayaran digital dengan dompet elektronik. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, Bank Indonesia (BI) pada tahun 2019 menciptakan standar pembayaran digital yang disebut QRIS. QRIS akan mulai banyak digunakan pada tahun 2020 saat melakukan pembayaran antara e-wallet dan bank menggunakan kode QR. Dalam QR Code ini terdapat informasi mengenai pengenal dan penunjukan transaksi. Sayangnya, hanya sedikit orang yang menggunakan QRIS API untuk sistem pembayaran otomatis. Pada penelitian ini, monitoring system pada mesin penjual minuman otomatis akan termonitoring secara realtime dengan Internet of Things. Keamanan sistem transaksi pembayaran digital dalam penelitian ini juga dipastikan seaman mungkin dengan menggunakan fitur QRIS yang selalu update setiap pembayaran dan menghindari kesalahan dalam tracking. Proses melakukan penelitian ini dimulai dengan pembuatan coding berbasis Google Sheets yang mana sistem akan berintegrasi dengan sistem perangkat keras.

Abstract

Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) Kota XYZ mempunyai tugas pokok yaitu melakukan penyusunan dan melaksanakan urusan pemerintahan yang berkaitan dengan lingkungan hidup, salah satu program kerja dari DLH Kota XYZ adalah penerbitan Nilai Pajak Air Tanah (NPA). Proses penerbitan NPA masih kurang efektif karena masih sering terlambat dan mempersulit pihak yang ingin membayar pajak air tanah. Selain itu, tidak ada transparasi mengenai biaya pajak yang harus dibayarkan membuat beberapa oknum dapat mempermainkan harga tersebut. Oleh karena itu, DLH Kota XYZ membutuhkan sistem informasi NPA. Pengembangan sistem informasi NPA menggunakan metode Agile Software Development dengan menggunakan model Scrum. Proses pembuatan sistem informasi NPA melalui tahapan kick off meeting untuk menentukan product backlog dan masa sprint. Sprint planning untuk menentukan fitur yang akan dikerjakan selama masa sprint. Daily scrum merupakan masa pengerjaan sistem informasi NPA. Sprint review untuk melakukan validasi terkait pekerjaan yang dilakukan development team. Sprint retrospective tahapan development team untuk memperbaiki diri agar sprint selanjutnya berjalan dengan lancar. Sistem informasi NPA berhasil dibuat dengan menggunakan metode scrum dengan 21 item pada product backlog. Setelah dilakukan evaluasi sistem informasi NPA memiliki skala tingkat keberhasilan Berhasil (B) dengan persentase 87% responden menjawab setuju dan sangat setuju. Sistem informasi NPA yang telah dikembangkan dapat mempermudah seluruh pihak (staf DLH, staf BPPDRD, pihak pembayar pajak air tanah) untuk mengurus pajak air tanah karena sistem informasi dapat diakses di mana saja selama terhubung ke internet. Dengan adanya sistem informasi NPA ini diharapkan dapat membuat transparansi pada harga pajak air tanah. Kata kunci: Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Nilai Pajak Air Tanah, Sistem Informasi, Scrum,Sprint.

Abstract

The use of internet traffic in a government office needs to be monitored carefully to obtain efficient and effective use. The internet line that has been provided is an official facility funded by the people's budget, so it needs to be monitored carefully. Domain Name System (DNS) provides rich and interesting data, and can be extracted to reveal information that can be analyzed for various purposes such as security measures, measuring traffic usage levels, bandwidth restrictions, user profiling to other policies implemented in a network. This study aims to make a clustering of the use of internet traffic so as to provide benefits that can be used to Improve Network Services (QoS), make efficiency of bandwidth usage and create user profiles. This research was conducted based on DNS Log which is operated on a network connected to the internet. In this study, it is shown how to consolidate traffic on port 53/udp to collect DNS logs, so that in this way the activities of internet users can be recorded in a centralized server until finally used as a primary data source. The datasets used are information extraction from the DNS Server log file (dnsmasq) which was retrieved for 5 working days in the period of working hours. The total extracted datasets used are 213 records. The available data is then processed to get the target cluster by utilizing the concept of data mining using the K-Mean Clustering method. The results classify the use of internet traffic into 3 clusters, namely high, medium and low. Each cluster consists of Kla1 is 23, Kla2 is 3, and Kla3 is 160. This research can be used as a reference in grouping internet traffic so that communication lines are well and smoothly maintained.

Abstract

Balikpapan City has a moderate level of vulnerability to landslides. This is because the city of Balikpapan has the triggering factors and causes of landslides. The trigger factor is a tropical climate with high rainfall of 2,887 mm/year. While the causative factor is that 85% of the Balikpapan City area consists of hilly areas. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research monitoring soil conditions. This study uses several sensors such as the MPU6050 sensor, Capacitive Soil Moisture V1.2 sensor, buzzer, and the NodeMcu ESP8266 microcontroller. This prototype acts as an early warning system. The buzzer on the prototype will sound if the landslide hazard condition is identified. In addition, this prototype sends data on soil conditions via the Telegram Messenger Bot on the Telegram Messenger application. The results of data collection when the slope of the soil is 10o to 30o, the condition of the soil does not vibrate, and the soil moisture is dry is that there is no landslide. However, when the slope is 40o to 50o and the soil moisture is dry, the result is a landslide. For the data results when the slope is 10-40o, the soil condition does not vibrate, and the soil moisture is moist, there is no landslide. However, at a slope of 50o and moist soil moisture, landslides occur. For data results with a slope of 10o - 50o, the condition of the soil does not vibrate and the moisture of the wet soil is that there is no landslide. For the data results when water is flowed directly using a water hose at a slope of 10o to 30o and the ground does not vibrate is that there is no landslide. However, at a slope of 40o to 50o, the ground does not vibrate and landslides occur.

Abstract

The supervision of the Telecommunication Tower or Base Transceiver Station (BTS) in Kerinci Regency is carried out by the Kerinci Regency Communication and Information Office. Supervision is carried out by monitoring and monitoring all BTS locations in Kerinci Regency. The problem faced by the Supervisory Team is the grouping of BTS based on the proximity of the distance between BTS based on the number of supervisory teams. This study aims to make it easier for the BTS Supervisory Team to carry out supervision by clustering coordinate points based on the proximity of the distance between BTS based on the number of supervisory teams with visualization based on google map. BTS coordinate data is used as a reference point for grouping. The data used in this study is the BTS coordinate point data in 2021, sourced from the E-Government Service Division of the Communication and Information Office of Kerinci Regency. The dataset consists of 78 BTS coordinate points. Data processing in this study uses the clustering method using the K-Means algorithm. The results in this study obtained 3 BTS Clusters, namely Cluster 1 (L2) Near Distance (JD), Cluster 2 (L1) Medium Distance (JM), Cluster 3 (L3) Long Distance (JJ). The results of visualization of the BTS cluster based on google map provide convenience for the BTS supervisory team in conducting surveillance based on the cluster

Abstract

The semiconductor technology for a certain function, such as instrumentation amplifier ICs is currently developing very fast, commercially available and can be obtained easily on the market. An instrumentation amplifier is a very important part in the process of data acquisition, especially for biopotential signals from the human body because its amplitude is very small and susceptible to noise interference. The selection of the proper amplifier instrumentation will produce an accurate biopotential signal reading. This paper explains the use of 2 types of instrumentation amplifiers, namely AD620 and ADAS1000, which are used in the design and realization of 12-channel ECG (Electrocardiograph). The performance and noise resistance of the two instrumentation amplifiers are compared and analyzed so that an appropriate instrumentation amplifier can be determined especially in the case of 12-channel ECG applications. 12-channel ECG was chosen because of the complexity of the design and can provide more detailed information as well as to detect the abnormalities heart’s functions. The results shows that 12-channel ECG using AD620 instrumentation amplifier has an SNR value below 12.04 dB, while using the ADAS1000 instrumentation amplifier has an SNR value below 35.5 dB and it is more resistant to noise interference.

Abstract

Prediction of the amount of drug use at public health centers is needed to ensure the availability of drugs for patients in service quality management. A good prediction of the amount of medicine needed helps the quality of development planning in the health sector. Scientific developments in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) deliver a variety of the best techniques for making predictions. By adopting the workings of neural networks (neurons) in the human brain or Artificial Neural Network (ANN), the Backpropagation Neural Network (BPNN) algorithm is one of the best algorithms in making predictions, including predicting drug use in health services. The problem of this research is how to design the best architectural model such as the number of neurons in the input layer, hidden layer and other parameters so as to produce predictions with optimal accuracy. This study aims to develop an ANN architectural design with the Backpropagation algorithm to predict the need for drug use. The data used is data on drug use reports from 2015 to 2021 at the Andalas Community Health Center (Puskesmas) Padang City. The steps taken to predict are; collect data, pre-process data and perform analysis, design ANN architecture, make predictions. Learning using the backpropagation algorithm through the initial weight initialization process, activation stage, weight training (weight change) and iteration stage. The proportion of the amount of data used for training is 70% data and 30% for testing data. The results of this study indicate that the best ANN architecture is 12-12-1 with an accuracy of predicting the quantity of drug use reaching 97.87% for paracetamol with a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 2.13%. The prediction results become a reference for the Puskesmas and the Health Office for service planning and development.

Abstract

Personality identification is one of the important things to know yourself and others. This identification is done based on the personality traits possessed by a person based on Kant's personality theory. Not a few teachers who do not understand the student's personality, in the teaching and learning process some teachers who do not understand the student's personality, a teacher will find it difficult to convey learning materials that will attract students' interest which has an impact on the knowledge transfer process being hampered. Then the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method is used to identify the student's personality. The purpose of this research is to help teachers in classifying and recognizing students' personalities so that it is easier to determine treatment in developing their talents and interests. The system input is obtained from personality traits that are suitable for students. The knowledge base was obtained from a Child Clinical Psychologist and was built with the qadidah (IF-THEN). The output of the Fuzzy calculation is that students have a Sanguine, Choleric, Melancholic or Phlegmatic personality. The results of testing this method by doing calculations and testing the system, it is obtained that personality outputs are in accordance with the personality characteristics of students and are running well. So it can be recommended to help teachers in determining the treatment of students.
