Abstract

Menegakkan disiplin pegawai adalah hal yang mendasar dalam suatu instansi guna meningkatkan produktifitas sumber daya manusianya. Hal ini dapat dimulai dengan menegakkan disiplin kehadiran pegawai, dengan pengontrolan yang tepat, akurat dan cepat. Salah satunya yang dikembangkan disini adalah aplikasi manajemen absensi dalam bentuk web berbasis MVC menggunakan framework Laravel. Pemograman dengan menggunakan metode Model View Controller (MVC. Manajemen absensi ini merupakan aplikasi yang mengolah data log yang dihasilkan oleh perangkat absensi kartu smartcard. Smartcard ini diterbitkan oleh PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (BNI) bekerja sama dengan Pemko Pekanbaru yang dikenal sebagai kartu SmartMadani. Perangkat absensi dilengkapi dengan kamera untuk mengambil foto saat pegawai mengisi kehadiran. Data kehadiran tersebut kemudian diolah untuk dijadikan sebagai laporan kehadiran bulanan. Aplikasi ini membuat rekapitulasi kehadiran pegawai bulanan, terlambat, jumlah cuti serta melakukan penghitungan persentase Tunjangan Kinerja (Tukin) sesuai dengan Peraturan Walikota yang berlaku..

Abstract

The use of internet traffic in a government office needs to be monitored carefully to obtain efficient and effective use. The internet line that has been provided is an official facility funded by the people's budget, so it needs to be monitored carefully. Domain Name System (DNS) provides rich and interesting data, and can be extracted to reveal information that can be analyzed for various purposes such as security measures, measuring traffic usage levels, bandwidth restrictions, user profiling to other policies implemented in a network. This study aims to make a clustering of the use of internet traffic so as to provide benefits that can be used to Improve Network Services (QoS), make efficiency of bandwidth usage and create user profiles. This research was conducted based on DNS Log which is operated on a network connected to the internet. In this study, it is shown how to consolidate traffic on port 53/udp to collect DNS logs, so that in this way the activities of internet users can be recorded in a centralized server until finally used as a primary data source. The datasets used are information extraction from the DNS Server log file (dnsmasq) which was retrieved for 5 working days in the period of working hours. The total extracted datasets used are 213 records. The available data is then processed to get the target cluster by utilizing the concept of data mining using the K-Mean Clustering method. The results classify the use of internet traffic into 3 clusters, namely high, medium and low. Each cluster consists of Kla1 is 23, Kla2 is 3, and Kla3 is 160. This research can be used as a reference in grouping internet traffic so that communication lines are well and smoothly maintained.

Abstract

Currently, the management of employee attendance in the City Government is still done manually, where the leadership does not have any media that can be used to monitor attendance, causing problems including recapitulation and slow employee attendance reporting. The calculation of the percentage (%) of the employee performance allowance (Tukin) is not carried out proportionally according to the attendance discipline. The impact of the current system is undisciplined employee attendance. Attendance management system which aims to manage employee attendance data. Attendance data obtained every morning and evening is stored on a server at the Pekanbaru City Information and Communication Office. This data is then processed to determine the whereabouts of an employee and become a reference for determining the percentage (%) of the performance allowance that will be received. In addition, this attendance management can be used by Regional Leaders and Heads of Services / Institutions to monitor employee attendance quickly and quickly. The research method used for data collection is to use interviews and literature. While the method in software development uses the method of The Rapid Application Development (RAD). Attendance Management is built on the basis of the Laravel framework using the MVC (Model View Controller) method. The MVC programming pattern that separates logic and views makes program code cleaner, easier to trace when troubleshooting or debugging. The Blade feature of laravel makes using html / php templates simple. This application provides online information about employee attendance. Regional Leaders, Heads of Services / Institutions can monitor the condition of employee absenteeism in Pekanbaru City Government online every day. Employee attendance reports for each Department / OPD are generated automatically. The Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency can use it as a monthly attendance summary report.

Abstract

In today's digital era, the habit of reading the Qur'an has significantly declined, especially among the younger generation. This is due to the dominance of digital activities such as social media, gaming, and other online entertainment. In response to this phenomenon, a community service team in collaboration with the Generasi Umat Terbaik Foundation (YGUT) conducted a Qur’anic literacy socialization program through the "Istiqomah" initiative, which is based on a mobile application. This activity was designed using the Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) approach, emphasizing active community involvement in the planning, implementation, and evaluation processes. The socialization was carried out through application usage training, focused group discussions, and community strengthening via the application's interactive features. The results showed an increase in participants' awareness and interest in reviving the habit of consistent Qur’anic reading, as well as the formation of a digital Qur’anic reading community network.

Abstract

Pelayanan kesehatan yang cepat, tepat, dan efisien merupakan kebutuhan dasar masyarakat yang harus dipenuhi oleh fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama seperti Puskesmas. Namun, kenyataan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar Puskesmas masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam pencatatan data pasien, pengelolaan rekam medis, jadwal dokter, hingga pembayaran. Hal ini menyebabkan berbagai kendala, seperti lambatnya proses pelayanan, ketidaktepatan data, serta risiko kehilangan informasi penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem pelayanan yang berjalan di Puskesmas serta merancang sistem informasi berbasis website yang terintegrasi dan sesuai kebutuhan operasional. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis sistem dan perancangan perangkat lunak menggunakan pendekatan Unified Modeling Language (UML) seperti use case diagram, activity diagram, dan class diagram. Perancangan sistem ini mencakup fungsi-fungsi utama seperti pendaftaran pasien, input resep oleh dokter, pengelolaan pembayaran oleh kasir, pengaturan jadwal dokter oleh admin, serta akses laporan kas oleh kepala Puskesmas. Rancangan sistem juga mempertimbangkan peran aktor yang terlibat, kemudahan penggunaan, serta efisiensi dalam pengolahan data. Dengan adanya sistem informasi pelayanan Puskesmas ini, diharapkan proses pelayanan menjadi lebih cepat, akurat, dan terdokumentasi dengan baik, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan kesehatan yang diterima oleh masyarakat.
