The scope of this research is a study of the analysis of regional financial capacity to support the implementation of regional autonomy in South Nias Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of regional financial capacity to support the implementation of regional autonomy in South Nias Regency. The research method used is ratio analysis using the 2011-2017 Budget Realization Report. The results show that the financial capacity of South Nias Regency to support the implementation of regional autonomy from 2011-2017, as seen from the financial independence ratio, is very inadequate to support the implementation of regional autonomy, as it falls below the 10% criterion. The regional financial dependency ratio is very inadequate, as it falls below the 10% criterion. The degree of physical decentralization ratio is very inadequate, as it falls below the 10% criterion. The financial effectiveness ratio is quite effective, as it falls below the 90% criterion. The regional financial efficiency ratio is very inefficient, as it falls above 100%.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of brand image and quality perception on the buying interest of Oppo Smartphone consumers at the South Nias Regency Mobile Phone Helmius Store. The type of research is the quantitative type. The population and sample in this study were as many as 36 respondents This type of research data is a type of primary data, namely data obtained directly from respondents. The source of this research data is from consumers by using questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was determined that there was an influence of brand image and quality perception on the buying interest of Oppo Smartphone consumers at the South Nias Regency Mobile Phone Helmius Store simultaneously. The suggestions of this study are (1) To increase consumer buying interest, every Oppo product should be given a discounted price so that it can explore consumer attention to have it. (2) Helmius Store should group quality products with products that are not suitable for consumption to maintain consumer expectations of trust in the product.

The problem with this invention is the lack of product differentiation based on shape. The direction of this discovery is knowing the influence of product differentiation on increasing sales at UD. LIS Telda District. Nisel. The types used in this discovery are as follows: Quantitate. The subjects in this research were UD Lis Telukdalam with 36 consumers. The result is that there is an influence of product differentiation on increasing sales as evidenced by the high value for the product differentiation variable (X) according to the researchers: There is a need to adjust strategies in dividing community groups in purchasing goods to increase sales, which occurs at UD. LIS Teldam District. Nisel. Good for the time and in the future and have positive hopes for increasing sales so that more products can be sold to support sales levels.

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and compensation, both partially and simultaneously, on employee job satisfaction at the Office of the Regional Financial Management Agency of South Nias District. This research used a quantitative approach. The population and sample comprised all employees of the Office of the Regional Financial Management Agency of South Nias District, with a saturated sampling technique determining 45 respondents. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique employed was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and compensation have a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction at the Office of the Regional Financial Management Agency of South Nias District, both partially and simultaneously. The conclusions drawn are (1) organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction at the Office of the Regional Financial Management Agency of South Nias District, (2) compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction at the Office of the Regional Financial Management Agency of South Nias District, and (3) organizational culture and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction at the Office of the Regional Financial Management Agency of South Nias District. Recommendations from this study include the need for better supervision of task implementation among all employees, clarity in task assignments, leadership encouragement of employees, and organizing gatherings to foster good teamwork among employees.

This study aims to determine whether product quality affect the purchase decision of Lifebuoy liquid soap at UD. Anis Berkat Telukdalam. UD. Anis Berkat Telukdalam is located on Jalan Kueni number 12, Pasar Telukdalam sub-district, UD’s location is very strategic and easy to reach for consumers. The population in this study were all consumers who made purchases at Ud. Anis Berkat Telukdalam and The sample in this study was Lifebuoy liquid soap consumers at UD. Anis Berkat Telukdalam as many as 50 respondents were determined through a non-probability sampling method with incidental sampling techniques. The data used in this study is primary data, using questionnaires as research instruments. The results of this study show that the product quality variable (X) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y).

The objective of this study is to assess the impact of the organisational environment and work discipline on the effectiveness of the Toma Subdistrict Office in the South Nias Regency. This study is of a quantitative nature. The data for this study is derived from a questionnaire administered to workers. The research population consists of 30 respondents, which also serves as the sample size. The used methodology for data analysis is multiple regression analysis. The researcher believes that there is a significant impact of organisational environment and work discipline on organisational effectiveness in the Toma Subdistrict Office, South Nias Regency, based on the findings of hypothesis testing study. This conclusion is supported by the fact that the calculated F value (41,365) is more than the critical F value (3,343). The recommendations of this study are as follows: (1) In order to enhance employee attendance, it is advised to provide warnings to workers who are missing. (2) It is important to oversee the execution of duties performed by workers and guide them or provide remedies if their work deviates, ensuring that all work is conducted in compliance with established regulations.

This research is motivated by logical arguments with the aim of this research being to find out how product innovation affects sales volume UD sewing clothing. We are victorious in Teluk Dalam. Primary data is used as a data source, namely data obtained directly from the research object through distributing questionnaires to customers of UD.Kita Jaya in Teluk Dalam, and the sample for this research is 36 respondents. The research method used is a quantitative method that is causal in nature and processed using simple linear regression analysis techniques. From the results of hypothesis testing, based on the partial test results of the product innovation variable (X) on sales volume, it is clear that UD's sewing fashion product innovation. Kita Jaya Di Teluk Dalam has a partial effect on the sales volume of UD sewing clothing. Kita Jaya Di Teluk Dalam, then based on simultaneous results it is known that product innovation has an effect on the sales volume of UD sewing clothing. We are victorious in Teluk Dalam. The suggestion of this research is that it is necessary to improve product quality so that product variants and designs can be very attractive to customers and of course pay attention to designs that are not too old-fashioned and pay attention to customer desires, then it is necessary to provide price discounts.

This research aims to determine the influence of product diversity and price on purchasing decisions at UD. Dean. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research that is associative in nature. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with an incidental sampling technique. The sample used in this research was UD consumers. Dean numbered 35 people. The data collection technique used in this research is the questionnaire technique. The analytical method that will be used to test the hypothesis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that partially and simultaneously, product diversity and price variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at UD. Dean of Idala Jaya Village. The conclusion in this research is that the product diversity variable (X1) and the price variable (X2) influence purchasing decisions (Y) at UD. Dean. The suggestion in this research is to ensure that consumers continue to make purchases, then UD. Dean should provide several inventories of various product sizes so that consumers can have products according to the size they buy and to maintain customer loyalty, it is better for UD. Dean provides prices that are lower than competitors' prices and the prices are adjusted to the quality of the product, so that consumers continue to make purchases.

The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Business Motivation on the Performance of Micro Small Medium Enterprises in Trading Businesses in Luahagundre Maniamolo District. This research uses a quantitative approach. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained directly from respondents. The data source used in this research is from trading business operators using questionnaires, with a population and sample of 32 respondents. The data collection technique is through questionnaires, providing a list of statements for respondents to fill out. The data analysis method used is simple regression analysis. Based on the hypothesis testing results with a t-value of 4.069 > t-table = 1.694, it means there is an influence of business motivation on the performance of Micro Small Medium Enterprises in Trading Businesses in Luahagundre Maniamolo District. This study concludes that there is an influence of business motivation on the performance of Micro Small Medium Enterprises in Trading Businesses in Luahagundre Maniamolo District. Suggestions from this research are: (1) To enhance business performance, especially in Luahagundre Maniamolo District, the government should provide motivation to micro-business operators through loans with relatively low interest rates to facilitate community economic circulation. (2) The commitment of micro-business operators in their activities should be increased to boost sales volume. (3) In achieving the success of micro-businesses in Luahagundre Maniamolo District, sales facilities should be equipped according to community needs. (4) Trading business conditions improve when business operators provide good service supported by business capital.
