Background :In pregnant women, labor pain may be the main thing to worry about, especially in primiparous women. Labor pain that is so increased, can hamper the delivery process due to disruption of body homeostasis. Objective : To determine the effectiveness of giving music therapy to primiparous pregnant women to reduce labor pain. Method : The method of writing this article is through a simple approach. Searching the article database using PubMed and Science Direct resulted in 6 articles. Results : The administration of music therapy to primiparous women during labor was quite effective in reducing pain. The results of pain reduction between the group given and the control group or without the intervention were quite significant. Music therapy not only reduces labor pain but also affects the anxiety of the mother during labor. Conclusion : Music therapy can reduce labor pain and reduce anxiety in primiparous women.

The phenomenon of low exclusive breastfeeding by mothers is associated with the husband's less role and low access to family information. The research objective was to determine the relationship between husband's role and access to family information with exclusive breastfeeding for infants aged 0-6 months at Posyandu for Toddlers at Kendalsari Public Health Center, Lowokwaru District, Malang City. The research design used a correlative design with a cross sectional approach. The population numbered 35, with a sample of 32 people, taken by simple random sampling technique. The research instrument used a husband's role questionnaire, access to family information and exclusive breastfeeding. Data analysis using Chi Square. The results of the study prove that half of the respondents, namely 16 (50.0%), have a lack of husband's role in exclusive breastfeeding, almost half of 15 (46.9%) respondents have less access to family information and most of the 17 (53.1%) respondents provide Non-exclusive breastfeeding for infants aged 0-6 months. The results of the Chi Square test show that there is a relationship between the husband's role and access to family information with exclusive breastfeeding for infants aged 0-6 months at the Posyandu for Toddlers at Kendalsari Public Health Center, Lowokwaru District, Malang City (p value = 0.000). It is recommended for further research to provide health education about exclusive breastfeeding to mothers who have children aged 0-6 months, so that mothers are motivated to give breast milk to their children.

Background: The COVID-19 pandemic is impacting lives in many aspects. Various ways are done to reduce the spread of the virus that has an impact on the post-partum adaptation period especially in breastfeeding. This study aims to review the factors that affect mothers in breastfeeding during the COVID-19 pandemic. Method: Literature Review is conducted referring to the issue, methodology and equation of the results obtained as well as the methods used. There are 6 articles used in the literature review. Data searches are conducted in international and national journals. The results showed similarities in support factors from health workers and were influenced by the policies imposed. Need to improve support from the family, availability of health information, policies and applications of communication technology as a supporting factor in breastfeeding and improve maternal and infant health.

The family is a unit of society and is an institution that influences people's lives. One of the health problems found in society is Gout Arthritis or Pirai. Gout Arthritis is a joint disease caused by high levels of uric acid in the blood. (Susanto, 2013). Writing methods used are case studies and literature studies. The nursing problem she found was discomfort: pain in Mrs. S family especially Mrs.S. Related to the inability of the family to care for family members with Gout Arthritis. To overcome this problem in families with Gout Arthritis is to provide comprehensive nursing care using promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative efforts. The advice given was to carry out supporting examinations such as checking uric acid levels to Mrs. S.'s family in order to avoid factors that cause other health problems.

Latar Belakang: Kekerasan verbal adalah suatu ungkapan atau perilaku yang tidak menyenangkan atau tidak enak untuk didengar yang dapat menimbulkan efek emosional yang merugikan. Kekerasan verbal yang dialami oleh remaja akan mengakibatkan rendahnya rasa percaya diri pada remaja. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan bermakna antara kekerasan verbal orang tua terhadap kepercayaan diri pada remaja. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei analiktik dengan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 66 responden yang diambil dengan cara menggunakan teknik total sampling. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Bunda Auni Kota Bekasi pada bulan april 2020. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukan sebagian besar responden mendapatkan tindak kekerasan verbal dari orang tua (51.5%). Dan sebagian besar responden memiliki kepercayaan diri rendah (53.0%) Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% (p-value = 0,05). Kesimpulan: Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kekerasan verbal orang tua terhadap kepercayaan diri dengan p-value 0,003.

The COVID-19 pandemic has a significant impact on people's mental health, therefore, monitoring and monitoring the mental health of the population during a crisis such as a pandemic is an immediate priority. The new Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant psychological and social impact on society. One of the psychological impacts that arise during this pandemic is stress, which if not overcome can interfere with life processes, so it is necessary to have the ability to overcome it by means of stress management. COVID-19 pandemic. The method used is a descriptive study. The author describes cases obtained from managed cases and explains the contents of the case, after being educated about the application of stress management that all respondents are 100% healthy (20) people. Stress management is done by physically relaxing, positive emotions, positive thoughts, positive behavior, positive relationships and spirituality, other forms that are carried out are by taking deep breaths, ensuring valid information, taking actions recommended by the government and increasing social support both with family and community surroundings.

Shift work is a system implemented by the company to increase production optimally and continuously by working 24 hours a day. In addition, to optimize the working power of industrial machines and to increase company profits, this will have a negative impact on employees, causing mental fatigue or stress. Data based on Riskesdas 2018 shows that the prevalence of severe mental disorders in the Indonesian population increased significantly compared to Riskesdas 2013 which rose from 1.7‰ to 7‰ and mental emotional disorders rose from 6% to 9.8% of the total population of Indonesia. This study aims to determine the relationship between work shifts and work stress for employees at PT Xacti Indonesia in 2021. This research is an analytical study using a cross sectional study design. Samples were taken as many as 89 people using purposive sampling technique. Measurement of work stress was measured using a health, safety and executive questionnaire. With the aim of research to find out the factors that most influence work stress, statistical tests were carried out using the Multinominal Logistics Regression test, with the results that the average respondents were mostly women (56.2%), with 1-5 years working period of 82%, and had a high level of moderate work stress by 51.7%. And the variable that has a correlation with work stress is shift work. The work shift is significant in the logit 1 function, which means that low work stress occurs in the morning work shift. The percentage value of the accuracy of all models is 53.9% which means that there are 53.9% (54%) observations can be classified correctly. With this research, it is hoped that the company can manage the work shift system better. If there are employees who have high stress levels, the company must provide input and motivations so that these employees can be more enthusiastic so that their stress levels can decrease.

Background: Malnutrition is a common complication in children with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), adequate nutrition will promote normal growth and development and regular evaluation of nutritional status is a key point in the management of children with CKD. Objective: to identify through a literature study the nutritional status of children with CKD. Methods: literature review through database searches: Gogle Scholar, Proquest, EBSCO, ClinicalKey Nursing database from 2018 to 2021. Selected studies with criteria regarding assessment of nutritional status, evaluation of nutritional status, growth in children with CKD who have undergone hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis. Results: Nine studies were included in the review and provided an overview of the poor nutritional status of children with CKD. Overview of height, weight, Mid-arm circumference (MAC), Triceps Skinfold Thickness (TSFT) is less, small upper arm circumference, low body mass index and decreased HDL cholesterol, hypoalbumin, anemia, vitamin A, C deficiency, D, hypocalcemia, hypokalemia and hypercreatinemia, elevated cholesterol and hypertriglyceridemia. Conclusion: the nutritional status of children with CKD is a problem faced by children with multifactors so that a continuous monitoring of the nutritional status of children is needed to prevent severe nutritional disorders.

DM elderly has increased from time to time. The nutritional status of the elderly who are not normal and low ADL is one of the things that associated with temporary blood glucose levels. The purpose was to determine the relationship nutritional status and ADL with blood sugar levels in patients with Type II DM in the elderly at X Health Center. The research design used cross sectional. The study population was 40 elderly with a total sample of 36 elderly. Samples were taken using simple random sampling technique. This study used a questionnaire and observation instruments. Data analysis using Fisher Exact test. The results of this study indicate that almost half of the elderly have nutritional status in the fat category. Most of the elderly have ADL in the less category. Almost half of the elderly have blood sugar when in the bad category and there is a relationship between nutritional status (p = 0.000) and ADL (p = 0.006) with blood sugar levels in elderly women with type II DM at X Health Center Malang City. It is hoped that further research will examine the role of the family in relation to nutritional status and ADL.

Cervical cancer is one of the most successfully treated forms of cancer, provided it is detected early and managed effectively. Cancers diagnosed at a late stage can also be controlled with proper treatment and palliative care. The study aims to review the relationship between nursing interventions in improving quality of life in patients with cervical cancer. Method: Literature Review refers to the issues, methodologies and equations of the results and methods used. There are 5 articles used in the review literature. Data searches are conducted in international and national journals. The results showed that treatment interventions were very influential in improving the quality of life of cancer patients. The support group approach is considered effective in improving the quality of life of patients with cervical cancer.
