Abstract

Soil strength is one of the important factors for hydrological, biological and chemical processes. Soil strength information is needed for a wide range of government and private sectors related to climate weather, potential runoff and flood control, soil erosion and slope, water resource management, geotechnical engineering and water quality. Soil strength information can also be used for weather prediction, early warning of drought, irrigation scheduling and harvest forecasting. In its application, microcontroller technology will be used which functions as an automatic regulating device to work according to input specifications. In this case, the Arduino Uno microcontroller and the Soil Moisture sensor were selected. The goal is to determine the strength of the soil to prevent landslides and to test the feasibility of the soil for the soil moisture sensor parameter in the soil..

Abstract

PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, which is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) in the banking sector. The current employee performance appraisal information system is still being processed semi-manually using the Microsoft Excel application, so it takes a long time to browse the data and the use of sheet space is too wide. So it is necessary to develop a system in order to create a system that is faster, more precise and accurate using web-based applications. In this study, the authors used several methods, namely observation, interviews and literature study. The data obtained is then described in the form of UML (Unified Modeling Language) and uses the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. This employee performance appraisal information system will be tested using the Blackbox Testing method. The final result of writing this thesis is the formation of a system procedure using the UML program which describes the current system analysis and the proposed system design. In addition, the authors hope that the design of this new web-based application can shorten the process of evaluating employee performance precisely and accurately.

Abstract

Law Office Artha Tama is a law office company that is engaged in civil matters, especially negotiating services for discounts on repayment and rescheduling to various banks. Law Office Artha Tama is supported by partner lawyers and legal consultants who are able to work together professionally as a provider of legal services to parties who need them. Artha Tama's Law Office has been in existence for 5 years and its legality has been registered with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenkumham) since November 14, 2019. Likewise, when the settlement activity was carried out, it had not been stored properly because there was no direct activity record. connected with clients from the settlement department, this results in the absence of a complete report at the time of monitoring or evaluation of repayment. From the description of the problems that occurred, it designed and built a Web-based Client Credit Card and KTA Payment Information System at the Artha Tama Law Office which is expected to solve the existing problems. For the method of analysis and design, they used Unified Modeling Language (UML). The Web-Based Client Credit Card and KTA Repayment Information System at the Artha Tama Law Office uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages as the database. The method used in designing this information system is the System Development Life Cycle (DDLC) method.

Abstract

A complaint is defined as something that is unpleasant or something that is disturbing. Complaint behavior of the whistleblower is a very important phenomenon that must be understood by the owner of the company because the impact is directly related to the whistleblower. Complaints from Whistleblowers are not always negative because complaints from Whistleblowers are a form of their concern for the company's products or services. Whistleblowers who make complaints do not mean that they do not like the company's products and services, but it could be because they really like the company's services so that they hope that with the complaint the company's products and services can be of higher quality. From this problem, a UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagram is made which describes the interaction relationship between the system and the actor. Use Case can describe the type of interaction between the user of the system and the system. The method used in designing this information system is MySQL, and the application that supports the need to find a customer data.

Abstract

The BMKG's Instrumentation and Climatology Equipment Engineering Sub Division has one of the tasks of preparing and providing spare parts for climatological equipment. The management of these spare parts is to meet the demand for replacement of climatological equipment spare parts in all regional task-implementing units including the AWS, AAWS and ARG spare parts. In managing spare parts for climatological equipment, there are several obstacles, including the absence of a system that helps in the spare parts management process . Errors in managing spare parts data often occur . The number of spare parts is increasing but the number of staff is limited, making handover minutes is still slow. and not yet computerized properly. There is no database system that can assist staff in managing, monitoring and making reports on the handover of climatology equipment . The purpose of this research is to design and create an information system for managing spare parts in the Instrumentation and Climatology Equipment Engineering Sub-Sector. From the analysis of the current system, there are four processes: incoming spare parts, demand for spare parts and outgoing spare parts and updating of spare parts stock. In the business process, the proposed input data is replaced with an incoming spare parts for, a spare parts request form, an outgoing spare parts form, but the spare parts stock update is omitted because the data has been updated automatically. The results of this study are to create an application of spare parts management information systems in the Instrumentation and Climatology Equipment Engineering Sub-Sector using the PHP programming language and stored in the mysql database so that it can produce real-time spare parts management, can monitor the availability of spare parts, present statistical data spare parts, and can produce minutes of the handover of climatological equipment spare parts.

Abstract

PT. Sentra Support Service is a company engaged in cleaning services and gardening services for office buildings, factories and malls. Of course, PT. The Support Service Center also provides trained workforce supported by quality equipment and equipment for positions such as administrative staff, production operators, security, tellers and other trained personnel according to the needs of service users. The problem that occurs in this case when the cleaner makes daily activity reports is still done manually, namely by writing activity reports that have been done in a notebook or paper. At this time, the workforce at PT. Sentra Support Service still uses logbooks or notebooks in writing daily activity reports. This is not very effective because the cleaners have to take turns writing their reports in one book and it is very impractical because the reports that are written have to wait in a queue, which takes time. For the method of analysis and design, they used Unified Modeling Language (UML). Housekeeping Information System at PT. The Web-Based Support Service Center uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages as its database. With this housekeeping information system, it can help companies with cleaning services.

Abstract

CV. Bersama Maju Service is a company engaged in the field of car repair and maintenance services. At CV Bersama Maju Service the registration process for services is still done manually using paper besides that the data is still processed using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word so that it takes quite a long time and is considered inefficient, especially for storing the data. And to overcome all these obstacles a study was made entitled "Information System Design And Manufacture Online Booking Car Service Website Based And Spare Part Availability At CV. Together with Maju Service Central Jakarta Branc ”. This study was designed and modeled using the Unifield Modeling Language (UML) and programmed using PHP and using MySQL for the database. With this research is expected to simplify existing processes.

Abstract

The Jakarta Immigration Detention Center is an immigration technical implementation unit engaged in the field of immigration, which includes prosecution, isolation, and deportation or repatriation. Companies that have another name, namely Rudenim, have problems in the deportation reporting system. The author has conducted observational research and conducted interviews with related parties, and found several problems in terms of data collection on detainees and deportation of detainees. From the results of this study the authors have a suggestion to immediately have a Web-Based Deportation Tracking System at the Jakarta Immigration Detention Center. Where the system can help, even improve the operation of the deportation report system quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Flat IV Manager is a unit formed by the government with the aim of creating flats that are comfortable, safe and provide convenience to each occupant. Flats IV Management Unit continues to strive to improve service and quality standards for its residents. the payment process is not efficient because it takes a long time to process payments and input payment data, and also conventional payments are considered insecure for users. Transaction data processing has not been done automatically, data entry is still using MS. Excel so it takes a relatively long time. Conducted research on the Payment Information System in the IV managing unit of the flat, Designing and manufacturing a web-based payment information system in the IV managing unit of the flat. To find out how the implementation and benefits of web-based payments in the management unit of flats IV. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that it has answered the existing problems. This system makes the payment process at the IV Flats Management Unit computerized in one database so that the delivery of information and data search will be more optimal. Functionally, the design created is a web-based payment data tracking application design, which is tailored to user needs. This system is also a supporting tool that can facilitate the work of Admin Staff in processing payment data, preparing payment reports, and making it easy for tenants to process the registration of apartment occupants.
