Abstract

The formulation of the problems contained in this study are a) How is the influence of family, environment and YouTube media simultaneously on the Islamic character of children? And b) How is the influence of family communication, environment and YouTube media partially on the Islamic character of children?. The type of research used is quantitative, the sample used as research is 109 children, the sampling technique used is simple random sampling, the data collection technique uses a questionnaire, the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 20 application. simultaneously between the variables of family communication, environment and YouTube media on the Islamic character of children. And there is a partial effect of each variable (family communication, environment and youtube) on the child's Islamic character variable.

Abstract

This article aims to add scientific references about the concept of Islamization of Ismail Raji Al-Faruqi's perspective of science and its relevance to the Islamic education curriculum, so that later if anyone looks for references on the concept of Islamization of Ismail Raji Al-Faruqi's perspective of science, there can be more, thus can make it easier for readers. The type of research used is library research where the data is obtained from the literature using a philosophical approach. The results of the study found that Ismail Raji Al-Faruqi's concept of Islamization of science is with 12 active steps so that it is hoped that there will be no dichotomy. And the relevance of Ismail Raji al-Faruqi's thoughts for the Islamic education curriculum can be seen in three meaningful points which are philosophically stated so that there is relevance for the quality of the Islamic education curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the determination of substitute heirs in the Decision of the Sidoarjo Religious Court Number 1498/Pdt.5/2020/PA.Sda and the Judge's Decision whether to consider the principles of Islamic inheritance law in accordance with the Compilation of Islamic Law on legal protection of substitute heirs. This research method uses a normative research type using a case approach. By collecting data on primary legal materials and secondary legal materials from court decisions and materials related to problems, namely scientific articles, journals. The analysis of legal materials begins through a literature study, which begins with an inventory by collecting the legal rules as a whole by relating to the main issues that exist. As in the case of inheritance rights disputes that occur as a result of one of the heirs not wanting to divide each part by deliberation. So that it can be used as a valid reason to file a dispute. This study concludes that the Sidoarjo Religious Court in deciding cases of inheritance rights disputes, uses Islamic inheritance law as a material consideration that is adapted to the Compilation of Islamic Law to make the decision. In addition, it also uses the principle of balanced justice to determine the share of heirs and substitute heirs.

Abstract

Curriculum management is an inseparable part of the education unit level curriculum (KTSP) and school-based management (SBM), curriculum implementation will run well if there is good management as well. This study aims to describe the implementation of the tahfidz quran curriculum management and what competencies are possessed by the outputs or graduates of SDTQ Al Aqsha Krian Sidoarjo. This research method uses descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach and analysis and interpretation techniques of Miles and Huberman model data, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that there is a link between the implementation of the tahfidz quran curriculum management with the results of SDTQ Al Aqsa graduates who have special competencies, namely having at least 2 (two) juz memorization of the Koran in graduating students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the learning planning of Islamic religious education using the various lecture methods at Mts Darussalam and to determine the application of the various lecture methods in learning Islamic religious education and the inhibiting factors and solutions in learning Islamic religious education using various lecture methods. This research is a field research using a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were the teaching teacher of the Qur'an and hadith, the teacher of fiqh lessons and one class IX student of MTs Darussalam. The method used in this research is observation, interviews and documentation. While the analysis and interpretation of the data used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the application of the various lecture methods has been carried out optimally. The lecture method chosen is the discussion lecture method. Question and answer groups, assignments as well as demonstration and experimental methods. The implementation of learning using this method starts from the opening to the closing activities that run conducive and well. The inhibiting factors are the time factor of the facilities and infrastructure, and the supporting media that must be needed in the application of the method. However, the solution to the inhibiting factor is to maximize time and complete the learning media infrastructure needed in the learning process.
