Abstract

Padli, 2016 Effect of Brand And Product Quality Consumer Car Buying Decision Against Toyota Rush In Samarinda Syarifah guidance of Mrs. and Mrs. Saida.The purpose of this study to determine the effect of brand image and product quality Buying Decision Against Toyota Rush in Samarinda. Basic theory used marketing management by using multiple linear regression analysis with 30 sample The results of this study as follows:Logistic regression formed is Y = 0.220 + 0.386 X1 + 0,544 X2, Coefficient of regression Brand image and quality of the products is positive, meaning that if there is an increase of variable quality brand image and quality of the product will cause an increase in the consumer's decision to buy a Toyota Rush In Samarinda.The correlation value (R) indicates variables brand image and quality of the products have a strong relationship with the consumer's decision, while the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.817 indicates that the variable of brand image and quality of the product has an effect on the consumer's decision to buy a Toyota Rush In Samarinda (Y) of 81.7% and 18.3% of consumer decisions to buy cars Toyota Rush In Samarinda influenced by other variables not studied.F count> F table and significance of 0.000 <α = 0.05, which means jointly variables brand image and product quality has a significant influence on the consumer's decision to buy a Toyota Rush In SamarindaPartially indicates that the value of the variable t Brand <t variable quality of the product means that the variable quality of the product compared to the variable dominant brand image to the consumer decision to buy a Toyota Rush In Samarinda KEYWORDS: Brand Image, Quality Products - Consumer Decision

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengaruh Pengaruh Pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio, Net Operating Margin, Finance To Deposit Ratio, BOPO terhadap Profitabilitas Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel Capital Adequacy Ratio, Net Operating Margin, Finance To Deposit Ratio, BOPO secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia.Secara parsial variabel Net Operating Margin, Finance To Deposit Ratio, BOPO berrpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia, Sedangkan Capital Adequacy Ratiotidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Nilai R sebesar 0,483 berarti bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sedang dari variabel Capital Adequacy Ratio, Net Operating Margin, Finance To Deposit Ratio, BOPO Terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA). Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 23,30 persen hal ini menunjukkan besarnya proporsi sumbangan variabel Capital Adequacy Ratio, Net Operating Margin, Finance To Deposit Ratio, BOPO Terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of service quality consisting of Tangible (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4), and Empathy (X5), to Customer Loyalty at Farma Pharmacy 273 Samarinda. Analyzer used in this research is statistical test with Multiple Linear Regression method and hypothesis test using Correlation Coefficient (R), Coefficient of Determination (R2) also use F test and T test. The result of research is Y = 179,466 + 0,081 X1 + 0,690 X2 + (-0.132) X3 + (-0.075) X4 + 0.010 X5. From multiple linear regression equation it can be seen that the variable of reliability (X2) which influences positively and significantly. And the tangible (X1) and emphaty (X4) variables together do not positively and significantly affect customer loyalty. While responsiveness (X3) and assurance (X5) together have a positive effect and no significant effect on customer loyalty. There is only one variable that is most dominant positively and significantly affect customer loyalty that is reliability (reliability).Keywords: Customer Loyalty, Physical Behavior, Reliability, Responsiveness, Warranty, and Empathy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Loan to Deposite Ratio and Net Interest Margin to Return On Assets at regional development banks in Indonesia, using multiple regression analysis tools. The analysis tools used in this research are classical assumption test, multiple linear regression equation, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, F test (Simultan), and t test (partial). The value of the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.655, meaning that there is a strong relationship of variable Loan to Deposite Ratio and Net Interest Margin to ROA. The value of coefficient of determination (R2) of 42.9 percent this indicates the amount of contribution of variable loan to deposit ratio and net interest margin to rise and fall of ROA. From result of research by using partial test indicate that variable of loan to deposit ratio do not have significant effect to return on asset, while net interest margin variable have significant effect to return on asset. So from the two variables in the research only net interest margin variable that has a positive and significant effect on return on asset.Keywords: Liquidity, Net Interest Margin And Return On Asset

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur kinerja RSUD Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda dengan menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard. Metode Balanced Scorecard merupakan metode pengukuran yang menitik beratkan empat perspektif yaitu, perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, proses bisnis internal dan pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa dokumentasi, kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis rasio untuk keuangan , tingkat kepuasan dan rasio retensi dan akuisisi untuk perspektif pelanggan, tingkat kepuasan untuk perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran, sedangkan untuk perspektif proses bisnis internal menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil analisis data adalah sebagai berikut: (a) Perspektif Keuangan rumah sakit untuk rasio ekonomis dikategorikan ekonomis, rasio efisiensi dikategorikan tidak efisien, dan rasio efektifitas dikategorikan efektif,current ratiodikategorikan baik, rasio solvabilitas dikategorikan baik danCost Recovery Ratedikategorikan baik. (b) Perspektif Pelanggan untuk kepuasan tergolong tinggi sedangkan untuk retensi dikategorikan baik dan akuisisi dikategorikan kurang, (c) Perspektif Bisnis Internal tergolong baik, dan (d) Perspektif Pertumbuhan dan Pembelajran kepuasan karyawan tergolong tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwaBalanced Scorecardmengangkat aspek-aspek penting yang diabaikan oleh pengukuran secara tradisional. Hasil pengukuran yang akurat akan memberikan gambaran keputusan yang baik kepada manajemen dalam hal merencanakan, pengambilan keputusan untuk mewujudkan visi dan misi suatu organisasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh struktur modal, tangibility, dan struktur kepemilikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada perusahaan real estate dan properti. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 41 perusahaan real estate dan properti yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2011-2016. Berdasarkan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling didapatkan sampel sebanyak 31 perusahaan. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal (DER) berpegaruh negatif tidak signifikan, tangibility berpengaruh positif signifikan, kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh negatif signifikan, dan kemepilikan institusional berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan (EPS).

HERBALIFE INDONESIA IN SAMARINDA ON GROUP RAISA NEVADA DARANINGGAR)DEISY NURHAFSARINIM. 1501026125 This research is motivated by the phenomenon that occurred at PT Herbalife Indonesia in Samarinda in the Raisa Nevada Daraninggar group, It is known that during the last four years the performance of Independent Members has been considered low and has not been maximized in achieving the performance standards set by the company. Work motivation, training and reward are the most dominant factors to improve the performance of Independent Members. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation, training and reward for the performance of Independent Members. The population in this research are all Supervisors, World Teams, GET Teams in the Raisa Nevada Daraninggar group that are registered until December 31, 2017. The sample used was 47 people using the Simple Random Sampling technique. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of the study it was found that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Independent Members. Training has a negative and not significant effect on the performance of Independent Members. Rewards have a positive and not significant effect on the performance of Independent Members.

Rita Utami. 2018. The Effect of Training and Organizational Culture on the Performance of Employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Witel Samarinda, under guidance. As Advisor I, Mr. Robiansyah and Mr. Syaharuddin Y As Advisor II.The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of training and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Witel Samarinda. Research data collection uses a census method in which all populations of 70 people is sampled. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS as a calculation tool.The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence of Training on Employee Performance. And there is a positive and significant influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan pembelajaran organisasi dan keterikatan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan bidang perkreditan dan operasional pada PT. BPD Kaltim Kaltara KCU Samarinda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Bankaltimtara KCU Samarinda bidang perkreditan dan operasional yaitu sebanyak 51 karyawan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Nonprobability Sampling dengan teknik Sampling jenuh sehingga sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 51 karyawan. Alat analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kemampuan Pembelajaran Organisasi dan Keterikatan Karyawan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
