Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengupas mengenai Peranan Pemuridan Family Care (Kelompok Sel), yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan jemaat yang mengalami bertumbuhan kualitas kerohanian. Pemuridan Family Care sangat berperan penting untuk memuridkan setiap orang percaya. Dalam penulisan karya ilmiah ini di perlukan metode penelitian yang tepat, maka penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Dengan menggunakan dasar teori dari berbagai sumber buku: Lembaga Alkitab Indonesia, Church Growth Through cell Group , kelompok sel, Panduan Kelompok Sel, Cooler Hanbook Modul ABC, Build My home One on One ,Pertumbugan Gereja, pertumbuhan dan pendewasaan pelayanan. Penulis juga melakukan pengambilan data di lapangan dengan metode wawancara kepada partisipan yang berhubungan langsung dengan pemuridan Family Care (ketua pemuridan Family Care, anggota pemuridan Family Care dan Koordinator Family Care) di Gereja Bethel Indonesia Tabgha Rayon 10 Batam.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence Christian Family Development has on family happiness at Bethel Indonesia Tabgha Batam Center Church. By using quantitative methods with a research sample of 120 respondents who have attended Christian pre-marital and post-marital coaching. Data collection techniques by giving questionnaires to respondents, followed by data analysis. The test results show: 1) level (X) is in the high category at significance < 0.05, in the range 218.60 - 223.31 high class, 2) level (Y) is in the high category, at significance < 0.05 , in the range of 115.79 – 119.56, 3) The results of the regression test (X) have a coefficient of 16.389 > 1.987, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Both variables have a significance value < 0.025 (two sides). Thus, the results of the t test show a positive and significant effect of the variable (X), on (Y), 4) the results of the analysis of determination R Square obtained a number of 0.753 or (75.3%), this indicates that the percentage contribution of the influence of family development (X ) to family happiness (Y) is 75.3%. while the remaining 24.7% is influenced by other variables, it can be concluded that the influence of family development has a high effect on family happiness.

Abstract

Discipleship is a task that must be carried out by the church. Discipleship has an understanding as a pattern of discipling or teaching and being discipled again to become similar to Christ, this pattern forms a chain that cannot be broken. Family Care is an appropriate and lively place where the discipleship process takes place and produces productive and effective students in shepherding God's people entrusted to a local church. Discipleship in Family Care is discipleship based on the word of God and aims to mature spiritually and make people worthy of God. And in carrying out discipleship it is very important to use a strategy. Strategies in discipleship in Family Care will make discipleship more effective and make it easier to achieve the goals or objectives to be achieved. The presence of Family Care members at the Sunday service has greatly impacted the growth in the quantity of congregations at the main service and also at the services of the Bethel Indonesia Tabgha Sekupang Church. Family Care as the spearhead of soul harvesting plays a very important role in increasing the quantity of congregations at Bethel Indonesia Tabgha Sekupang Church.

Abstract

Abstract A household or marriage is part of God's great plan for His human creation according to Genesis 1:26-28. The essence of the household is to unite two people who have a variety of differences because they were born and raised in different families. However, it is not uncommon to find so many divisions in the household that are often caused by weak communication between husband and wife, as well as children in the household. Therefore researchers are trying to find assertive communication solution methods as problem solvers that arise in the household. Because every problem that exists must be resolved by means of proper and effective communication. This research is a qualitative research. Qualitative research is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. Despite the success of the role of assertive communication in avoiding conflict in Christian households, the role of management is very important. Assertive communication is a good solution for housewives and it is very good to be applied in the household in order to solve problems. Abstract

The reality of a child's development and growth necessitates the assistance and guidance of both parents in providing support and serving as exemplary figures. Parents hold the greatest responsibility in the development of the overall existence of their children, including their physical and psychological needs, to enable them to grow and mature towards a harmonious and mature personality. This study is entitled "The Role of Christian Parental Exemplars in the Formation of Character in Children Aged 6-".Over the span of 12 years in the Bethel Indonesia Tabgha Church, an inquiry has been formulated regarding the role of Christian parental leadership and the formation of character in children between the ages of 6 and 12. The purpose of this study is to discover the principles governing the Christian parental exemplar based on biblical values, as well as to investigate the formation of the characters of 6-12 year-old children in the Bethel Indonesia Tabgha Church.This research employed a qualitative approach utilizing literature review and descriptive methods for data collection through interviews, observations, and documentations of six participants.Based on the analysis of the data conducted, the conclusion was drawn that Christian parents play a significant role in shaping the character of children aged 6-12 years old. In shaping the character of a child, Christian parents must comprehend the various types of exemplary roles and character-forming approaches for children aged 6 to 12.

Abstract

The Tabernacle of David is the name given to the tent that King David erected on Mount Zion in Jerusalem as a place to place the Ark of the Covenant. It became the center of a new order of joyful worship in stark contrast to the solemn worship at the Tabernacle of Moses. Instead of animal sacrifices, the sacrifices offered at the Tabernacle of David were sacrifices of praise, joy, and thanksgiving (Psalm 95:2,100:4, 141:2). The Tabernacle of David is a type of Church worship. Jesus fulfilled the Old Testament sacrificial system by His death on the cross (Hebrews 1:3, 7:27, 9:12, 9:24-28). The sacrifice of the Church, the New Testament priesthood, is a sacrifice of praise, joy and thanksgiving (Hebrews 13:15, 1 Peter 2:9). This article parses the words of James at the Church Council in Jerusalem in Acts 15:13-18; To show that the salvation of the Gentiles was a fulfillment of Old Testament prophecy, and that they lived during the restoration of the Tabernacle of David. The Apostles knew that the Church was the restored Tabernacle of David, the place where Christ was worshiped, spoke prophetically and walked in His authority. The result of the Church flowing in “School of David” worship, prophecy and authority is a great harvest of souls.

Abstract

Music arrangement is one of the important things to pay attention to its use in worship by everyone who is expected to make a positive contribution to the development of music specifically for the church, and in general for the Indonesian people in the future. This is one of the ways in which popular culture works in the modern church based on the author's understanding of the general values developed in worship by the church today as the foundation for the development of music at a later stage. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with the process of collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation of participants. Based on the data analysis conducted, it was concluded that the role of modern church music arrangements has an influence on the dynamics of church worship. In applying the role of church music arrangements to the dynamics of worship, music ministers need an understanding of the importance of musical arrangements and an understanding of how patterns of developing effective arrangements in carrying out worship activities.

Abstract

Prayer is a very essential need in the spiritual life of believers, prayer is a spiritual breath to revive the human spirit, Prayer is believed to be one of the means to communicate to the God who is worshipped, through intercession the believer is connected to the source of life, namely God himself. In the human body, the organ that continues to work and never stops is the heart, anyone knows that. If the heart stops all the organs in the body of a believer can also stop, so does prayer, if prayer stops the spiritual life of a believer can also stop.Intercessory prayer speaks that humans need each other, intercessory prayer in which believers, mediating between sinful humans and God, speak of a very close relationship with faithfulness. God created humans as social beings, in carrying out life, they definitely need other humans as well as intercessory prayers that need each other, where they pray for each other for the safety of mankind. Likewise, loyalty starts from a close relationship that requires each other so that the relationship becomes strong. Loyalty is something that is very expensive and very rare in this day and age, intercessory prayer is a means of building a relationship with God, so loyalty will be built day by day.The purpose of the role of intercessory prayer is so that church servants really understand and understand about intercessory prayer in realizing faithfulness to serve.

Abstract

This writing aims to examine Effective Leadership Patterns, which aims to find out the direct implications for the leadership of today's Family Care Chairs in the process of development and multiplication of both groups and also the leaders who will become the new Family Care Chairs. Becoming an effective leader in the Family Care group is very important so that each congregation can be shepherded well, at the same time the existing congregation is directed and prepared to become an effective leader in this current era. In writing this scientific work, appropriate research methods are needed, so the author uses qualitative research methods. By using basic theory from various book sources. The author also collected data in the field using interview methods with participants who were in direct contact with the current head of Family Care.

Abstract

The disruption era is an era human life is rapidly changing and evolving. Technological advancements have acted as catalysts for these changes and developments. Christian leadership is also not exempt from the demand for change. However, some churches and their leaders not ready to face significant changes in the disruption era. Leadership stagnation and the stronghold of traditions in the church are the principal causes. Yet, the changes in the disruption era are moving towards critical conditions that require Christian leaders to be vigilant. This anticipation is crucial because sometimes globalization and technological advancements can undermine spirituality. Therefore, the leadership paradigm is needed to keep Christianity as the salt and light of the world. To respond to this, in this article, the author uses the leadership of Joshua as a role model for leaders that should be emulate in the disruption era. Using a literature study method, the author conducted a series of activities to examine Joshua's leadership. Analyze the context and the meaning of words in interpreting texts related to Joshua's leadership. Analyzing the interpretation results through the theory of leadership in the book "Leadership Excellence: The Seven Sides of Leadership for the 21st Century" written by Pat Williams. The results show that Joshua's leadership emphasizes several crucial aspects of leadership in the disruption era, namely having a vision from God, consistently communicating vision, being able to build relationships with others, having a character that fears God, being competent as a leader, daring to face challenges, and having a sincere heart to serve
