Abstract

Rice plants are included in agricultural commodities that have a high risk. Farming risks can be caused by agroecological environmental factors, input factors and management. This study aims to (1) determine the magnitude of the production risk of rice farming; (2) Identify production factors that affect rice production risks; This research was conducted in Lampulung Village, Pammana District, Wajo Regency. The population in this study amounted to 618 people. From this population, 5% of the population was taken so that a sample of 30 people was taken. Analysis of the coefficient of variation is used to determine the magnitude of the risk and the Just and Pope model is used to identify risk factors. The results showed that (1) the risk of rice production in Lampulung Village, Pammana District, Wajo Regency was relatively large with a coefficient of variation of 0.524, meaning that for every ton of rice productivity that is expected, there is a productivity risk faced by a risk of 52.4 percent of total production which are expected; (2) The production factor that increases the risk of rice production is the seed factor. Variable land area, fertilizer, labor and pesticides are factors that can reduce or reduce the risk of rice production.

Abstract

Gunungputri Village has great potential with a high number of entrepreneurs as a means of livelihood. Therefore, MSME players need to pay attention to the role of supply chain management practices which is very important to improve the performance of MSMEs. This research aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of supply chain management practices on the performance of MSMEs. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The sample and respondents were 145 processed food MSMEs. The analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), Smart PLS 4. The results of this study show that the partial influence of supply chain management practices on MSME performance is that only supplier relationship strategies, information sharing and warehouse management have a positive and significant effect on MSME performance. Meanwhile, consumer relationship strategies, information quality, delays and forecasting do not influence MSME performance. The research results show that supply chain management practices have a simultaneous influence on the performance of MSMEs and that the variables of supply chain management practices together have a simultaneous influence of 44.9 per cent and are in the medium category.

Sumber Hidup with a value of 23.9 % , while the lowest market share (MS) in the alpha omega industry has a value of 4.2%. Research on the concentration ratio of three companies (CR3) produces a tofu industry value of 60.6 % , so it can be seen that the value is 0.4≤ CR3 0.8. Meanwhile, from the results of the Herfindahl Hirschman Index calculation, a value of 1735.4 % was obtained , meaning that the IHH value ranges between 1000-2500 or 0 IHH, so the tofu industrial market in Kota Kefamenanu District is in the Oligopoly market type..
