Abstract

Sumber daya manusia adalah faktor sentral dalam suatu organisasi. Suatu organisasi dibuat berdasarkan berbagai visi untuk kepentingan manusia, jadi manusia merupakan faktor strategis dalam suatu kegiatan institusi atau organisasi, baik organisasi pemerintahan maupun swasta dalam mencapai tujuannya. Organisasi yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah organisasi di bidang penyedia kebutuhan dan kepentingan masyarakat dengan visi “Pelayanan Prima untuk Profitabilitas”. Untuk menunjang visi tersebut, perlu didukung oleh misi yang pelaksanaannya dilakukan oleh seluruh karyawan. Salah satu misi PT Massindo Sinar Pratama Manado adalah mewujudakan profesionalitas dan menumbuhkembangkan transparansi karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis strategi pengembangan SDM terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Massindo Sinar Pratama Manado. Penelitian dilakukan pada karyawan PT Massindo Sinar Pratama Manado dengan responden yang berjumlah 63 orang dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa variabel strategi pengembangan SDM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Massindo Sinar Pratama Manado.

Abstract

Respon dan minat beli masyarakat Indonesia terhadap penggunaan produk ramah lingkungan, terutama produk fashion beauty, meningkat dalam beberapa tahun belakangan ini mengikuti meningkatnya kesadaran lingkungan dari berbagai brand fashion beauty. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh antara attitude toward behavior green product, subjective norm dan perceive behavioral control terhadap minat beli green product. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, pendekatan yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Olah data yang digunakan adalah SPSS.22 dengan menggunakan analisis data analisis linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji validitas dan uji realibilitas, uji t, uji f dan uji determinasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah variabel attitude berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli. Variabel Subjective Norm Behavior berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli dan variabel Perceive Behavioral Control berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of insider ownership. debt policy, dividen payment policy and profitability partially and simulianeusly on stock return on the manufacture companies registered in BEI in 2010-2012 The data of this research was from audited financial report and annualy financial report gained from www.idx.co.id. The sample of this research was the manufacture companies registered in BEI in 2010-2012. The analysis technicue was by double linier regression. The result of this research showed that simultaneusly, insider ownership, debt policy and dividend payment policy efectted significantly on stock return. Partially, only 1 independent variable that was profitability that effected positively significant to the stock return, while insider ownership had a negative significant effect, and partially, debt policy and dividen payment did not affect on stock return. the researcher suggested that the investor of insider ownership variable and profitability could be applied to explain stock return of the maufacture companies then this ratio could be the investor's consideration in analyzing the company's performance that influance the stock return rise Keyword : Insider Ownership, Dept Policy, Dividen Payment Policy, Prifitability Stock Return

Abstract

This study amied to investigate the effect of product quality and service quality in the restaurant ribs grilled Mas Giri Purwokerto throught testing either simultaneously or partially. The method used in the analiysis method used is multipele linear regression with the significant level (ᾳ) of lees than 0.05. These result indicate that the product quality and quality of service simultaneously affect coustemer satisfaction, product quality and service quality in partial satisfaction of the coustemer, with a significant value of 0,00 and 0,00 is less than 0,05. Keywords : Quality Products, Quality Service and Coustemer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Buah strawberry sudah lama diketahui memiliki banyak khasiat. Selain diambil sarinya, buah strawberry baik untuk memutihkan gigi (Bararah, 2009). Strawberry merupakan sumber yang kaya akan vitamin C dan beberapa senyawa antioksidan lainnya. Buah dan daun strawberry berkhasiat sebagai pemutih kulit alami, pemutih email gigi serta mencegah penumpukan karang gigi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keunggulan produk BLEAGIBERRY dan potensi hasil yang didapatkan dalam usaha BLEAGIBERRY. Metode yang digunakan ada 5 yaitu pencarian bahan baku dan alat yang pendukung, pelaksanaan produksi, pengujian produk, pembuatan kemasan dan pemasaran. Hasil yang dicapai dari produksi BLEAGIBERRY yaitu laba per produk sebesar 107% dari HPP. Sedangkan untuk BEP produk yaitu total penjulan sebesar 12.500.000, BEP unit sejumlah 50 unit, BEP rupiah sebesar Rp 5.732.809 dan Payback period selama 20 bulan.Kata Kunci: Strawberry, BLEAGIBERRY, BEP ( Break Event Point )

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of operating cash flow on sales at PT. Borwita Citra Prima Branch of Bima from 2015 to 2019. The type of data used is internal primary data in the form of financial report data at PT. Borwita Citra Prima. The sampling technique used purposive sampling for 5 years from 2015 to 2019. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing (2-party t test ). The results of this study indicate that operating cash flow has no significant effect on sales, because the t value is smaller than the table t table (1.494 <3.182) with a significant value of 0.232 at PT. Borwita Citra Prima, Bima Branch. The magnitude of the effect of operating cash flow on sales is 42.7% and 57.3% is a component outside of research.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price, promotion variables to tourist satisfaction and interests to revisit. The researcher collected the samples by distributing questionnaires to respondents thought survey method. The sampling technique applied wa purposive sampling. The total samples were 96 respondents. IBM SPSS Statistics 21 applied to analyze the data. The analysis tools applied were validity test, reliability tast, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and simple linear regression. The partial test (t test) proves that the quality of service, price and promotion significanty affected the tourist satisfaction and tourist satisfaction significantly affected the interest to come back. The simultaneous test (f test) indicated that the service quality, price and promotion significantly affected tourist satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Indeks Dow Jones dan Inflasi yang diproksikan dengan Indeks Harga Konsumen terhadap indeks harga saham gabungan di bursa efek indonesia. Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) berfungsi sebagai indikator trend pasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dengan menggunakan data akhir bulan dari setiap variabel selama empat tahun berturut-turut dari tahun 2016-2019. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa Indeks Dow Jones berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap IHSG dan Indeks Harga Konsumen tidak berpengaruh terhadap IHSGterhadap IHSG.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to examine the influences of the environmental performance and environmental disclosure to the economic performance. This research focused on the public companies complying with PROPER KLH RI in the period of 2010-2012. The sample was 35 companies. The data were then analyzed using multiple linear regressions. Based on the analysis, it was proved that the environmental performance partially had significant effect to the economic performance. Meanwhile, the environmental disclosure partially had no significant effect to the economic effect. Yet, simultaneously both environmental performance and environmental disclosure influenced significantly to the economic performance, meaning the concept of environmental accounting begins to have Indonesian public acceptance. The model of environmental accounting has improved and influenced the economic performance. Abstract

Every company in running their business has the goal to maximize the profit to enrich the owner or stock holder one of them is trough financing (modal structure). The decision in financing (modal structure) is an important aspect in getting maximal profit. This research aims to find out the effect of modal structure consisting : Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Long Term Debt To Asset Ratio (LDAR), Long Term Debt To Equity Ratio (LDER) on Profitability (ROE) of the manufacture companies listed in Indonesia stock exchange (BEI) in the period of 2012-2014. This is a quantitative research. The population of this research is 141 manufacture companies listed in Indonesia Stock exchange. The sampling method was by purposive sampling. Based on determined criteria, there were 97 companies in a year therefore the total sample in 3 years was 291 samples. The research methodology was descriptive statistic analysis; statistic analysis was trough multiple linear regression and classical assumption test. The hypothesis test was by seeing the value of F count and t count in regression test. The result of the research showed that the coefficient of t test regression (partial) of DAR variable and LDER affected positively towards ROE, DER variable and LDAR negatively towards ROE. F test (simultaneously) of DAR, DER, LDAR & LDER affected positively towards ROE.
