Abstract

This study provides an overview and analysis of the perceptions of road users on online motorcycle taxi behavior from the point of view of congestion. The research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach that explains the research objectives. The population of this study is all road users in the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi areas. The samples used for research are people who have used online motorcycle taxi service facilities, as well as the general public who have views regarding online transportation. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire and distributed to respondents. The results showed that people's perceptions of online motorcycle taxis were able to create safety and comfort for customers, facilitate delivery of goods, be able to take the initiative to find alternative ways to shorten mileage, and affordable online ojek costs for customers. However, on the other hand, respondents said that the existence of online motorcycle taxis can contribute to the level of congestion on the road, respondents agreed that a special shelter should be made for customers and online motorcycle taxi drivers while waiting for orders so as not to interfere with the activities of other road users that have an impact on congestion.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of job training, career development and work environment on the performance of employees in Department of Human Settlements Banyumas regency, either partially or simultaneously. The method used in the sampling is purposive sampling, the sampling was based on the consideration to fit the study criteria in order to increase the accuracy of the sample. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the significant level (α) 0.05. The results of this study concluded that the positive effect of job training on the performance of employees in the Department of Human Settlements Banyumas regency, with a significant value of 0.031 is less than 0.05. Career development positive influence on the performance of employees in the Department of Human Settlements Banyumas regency, with a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. The work environment positive influence on the performance of employees in the Department of Human Settlements Banyumas regency, with significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. Job training, career development and work environment simultaneously affects the performance of employees in the Department of Human Settlements Banyumas regency, with a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. Advice for leaders should work to improve the training of civil servants stationed appropriate initial education field and conducted the training as well as suggestions for training held in accordance with the needs of employees so that employees fully understand their duties and functions. To enhance the career development of employees should know the position / employee positions will get next. To improve the work environment should provide a place of their own to save the document to make it look more presentable. To improve the performance of the three points above should be met then the performance of employees will increase. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manfaat, risiko, motivasi hedonis, psikologis dan desain situs terhadap perilaku belanja online mahasiswa yang berdomisili di Kabupaten Sleman. Responden sebanyak 130 orang merupakan mahasiswa yang kuliah di Yogyakarta berdomisili di 14 kecamatan di Sleman. Sampel diambil dengan teknik non probability sampling menggunakan metode purposive sampling, yaitu mahasiswa yang pernah melakukan pembelian online karena jika belum pernah, maka dimungkinkan belum bisa merasakan pengaruh faktor faktor tersebut. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, berupa 26 pernyataan. Setelah dilakukan uji instrumen, uji asumsi dasar dan uji asumsi klasik, maka diketahui bahwa semua variabel /item pernyataan diketahui dapat digunakan untuk penelitian.Berdasar hasil uji t dan uji regresi linear berganda ditemukan bahwa manfaat, risiko, motivasi hedonis, psikologis dan desain situs berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku belanja online mahasiswa yang berdomosili Kabupaten Sleman.

Abstract

Kepatuhan dari wajib pajak dalam menjalankan kewajiban perpajakannya menjadi suatu hal yang mempengaruhi tercapai atau tidaknya penerimaan pajak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan pajak dan sosialisasi pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi dengan kesadaran pajak sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah wajib pajak orang pribadi aktif pada KPP Pratama Pematangsiantar. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah incidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 318 wajib pajak orang pribadi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Partial Least Square SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan pajak berpengaruh terhadap kesadaran pajak sedangkan sosialisasi pajak tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesadaran pajak. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan pengetahuan pajak, sosialisasi pajak, dan kesadaran pajak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan pajak. Kesadaran pajak dapat memediasi pengaruh pengetahuan pajak terhadap kepatuhan pajak secara parsial dan kesadaran pajak tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh sosialisasi pajak terhadap kepatuhan pajak.

Abstract

This study focuses on the application of Internet Financial Local Goverment Report (IFLGR) and it’s influencing factors after the issnance of legislation of openness of public information and the influences significenly on the Minister of Home Affairs No.188.52 / 1797 / SJ in 2012, in which is all about the effort embodiment of Good Government. Selected population in this study were all provinces in Indonesia which publishing budget transparency on their official website. Selected factors is have consist ofpolitic competition, total assets of local goverment (kay), leverage (lev), the degree of independence (tk), the level of GDP (pd), and BPK audit opinion. By using binary logistic regression with alpha 5%. The results show that the level of independence influential in the implementation of Internet Financial Local Goverment Report (IFLGR), while the rests of variables do not. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the correlation the strength of the advertisement Honda One Heart version with the strength of consumer respons student of University Muhammadiyah Purwokerto based by Customer Response Strength (CRS) Methods. Customer Response Strength (CRS) Methods was the one of the measurement methods of the consumer respons to advertisement.The strength of consumer’s respons to the advertisement was measured a phase the AIDCA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Conviction an Action) consumer towards the presentation of the advertising. Whereas the strength of the advertisement by a phase of frequency of the consumer saw the advertisement and the consumer’s response on the attraction of the advertisement. The result of the research that indicate a correlation the strength of the advertisement Honda One Heart version with the strength of customer respons at 100 repondents in category strength enough.This is evidenced from value of 0,51 calculated r in interval 0,41 to 0,60. Whit the result that Honda need to more a considered to for over a frequence in marketing product so that a consumers response toward a brand of Honda gain strength. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui acara budaya dalam menghasilkan kunjungan destinasi di Kabupaten Kebumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif untuk menganalisis daya tarik acara budaya pada kunjungan di acara tersebut. Acara budaya dibagi menjadi karnaval seni dan budaya. Responden/informan sebagai sumber informasi merupakan penyelenggara dan pengunjung pada acara budaya tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa acara budaya dilakukan untuk memperkenalkan budaya sebagai tujuan wisata yang menarik, dan melihat berbagai cara dan kegiatan kunjungan melalui pemenuhan kebutuhan segmen mereka. Hasilnya disajikan dan dapat berguna untuk mengembangkan kebijakan pariwisata yang ada di Kabupaten Kebumen, dengan strategi promosi yang terintegrasi sehingga tujuan kunjungan untuk tinggal lebih lama, bekerja, dan investasi dapat tercapai. Kata kunci: acara budaya, kunjungan wisata, pendekatan kasus, tujuan Kebumen

Abstract

The working pattern of shallot farmers in Enrekang Regency still adheres to the old model of production principles, were to increase production is accompanied by adding the inputs. In fact, in the dimension of the Cobb-Douglas production theory, the addition of inputs is not always necessary in line with the increase of production output. Therefore, this study aims to see the effectiveness of inputs in shallots farming in Enrekang Regency. The input variables used in this study include the area of land, capital, labor, and technology that are optimized and correlated with the production of shallots. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression by adopting the Cobb-Douglas production theory. The results of the analysis found that the use of inputs is reaching the condition of decreasing return to scale in shallots farming.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine to correlation between four independent variables of quality servive, quality products, trust, and customer value on customer satisfaction variable. This study was explanatory research using quantitative approach of multiple regression. Sample of this study were 103 customers of the bank. Data analysis techniques used in the study were multiple regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and classical assumption testing. Data of this study was taken using quistionnaire distributed to customers of the bank and analyzed using SPSS 16 version.The resulf of F-test analysis showed that factor of service quality, product quality, trust and customers value gave effect simultaneously with 52,7% of the value of Adjusted R Square on customer satisfaction in the bank. In addition, 47,3% of the remaining value were affectted by other factors which were not discussed in this study. The result of partial t-test showed that service quality gave the biggest effect on customer satisfaction in the bank. The more accessable the bank service was, the more interested people in the bank would be. Marketing strategy showed significant effect in improving service quality. Thus, the better the marketing management in the bank was, the more interested people in the bank would be.
