Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untik mrnrgrtahui pengaruh motivasi intrinsik, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, dan semangat kerja terhadap kinerja anggota mandor keamanan Perum Perhutani Kesatuan Pemangkuan Hutan Berpulang Kabupaten Tegal. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti melakukan pengambilan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner, dengan menggunakan metode teknik random sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 124 responden. Analisis datanya menggunakan SPSS for windows versi 17. Data yang telah memenuhi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik diolah sehingga menghasilkan persamaan regresi. Variabel dependent kinerja, dan variabel independent motivasi intrinsik, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, semangat kerja. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi intrinsik, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, dan semangat kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja. Berdasarkan uji F dapat diketahui bahwa variabel motivasi intrinsik, gaya transformasional dan semangat kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja. Dengan melihat nilai unstandardized coefficient B variabel gaya kepemimpinan memiliki nilai paling besar yaitu 0,230 artinya variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap kinerja anggota. Nilai Adjusted R square sebesar 0,380 berarti variabel motivasi intrinsik, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, dan semangat kerja menentukan kinerja sebesar 38% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 62% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci: Motivasi Intrinsik, Gaya Kepemimpinan transformasional, Semangat Kerja, Kinerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji secara empiris pengaruh dan perbedaan pengaruh Return On Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap harga saham perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Malaysia pada tahun 2016. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini masing-masing sebanyak 60 perusahaan manufaktur. Sampel diperoleh menggunakan metode random sampling dan uji Smith-Satterthwait. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini memiliki hasil Return On Assets dan ukuran perusahaan, berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan Malaysia sedangkan Debt to Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham Indonesia dan Malaysia dan Return On Asset dan ukuran perusahaan tidak memiliki perbedaan signifikan terhadap harga saham Indonesia dan Malaysia. Kata kunci : Return On Assets, Earnings Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio, Ukuran Perusahaan, Harga Saham

Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh peningkatan pengangguran yang berdampak pada turunnya Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) di Jawa Timur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan keterkaitan antara pengangguran, soft skill dan produk domestik regional bruto dan bagaimana dampak yang ditimbulkan dari keterkaitan tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode Systematic Literature Riview (SLR). Hasil penelitian ini adalah adanya keterkaitan antara pengangguran, soft skill dan PDRB positif signifikan dimana apabila tingkat pengangguran terbuka di Jawa Timur meningkat maka produktivitas potensi sektor PDRB di Jawa Timur akan menurun karena kurangnya tenaga kerja yang bisa berproduksi di sektor-sektor PDRB. Tingkat pengangguran terbuka disebabkan oleh tidak adanya keterampilan dan soft skill yang dapat mendukung tenaga kerja di dunia kerja. Selain itu, adanya keinginan untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan harapan juga menjadi penyebab peningkatan pengangguran terbuka.

Abstract

The development of autmotive Indonesia has a fairly rapid development so that manyinvestors who do investment in the field of automotive in Indonesia. The development ofautomotive market in Indonesia is not only influenced by internal factors, but also influenced byexternal factors, both macro variable and micro variable. One of the macro variables affectingautomotive development in Indonesia is the per capita GDP and the inflation rate of eachautomotive market region. This study aims to analyze the influence of per capita GDP andinflation rate on automotive sales based on 33 provinces in Indonesia. The methodology used isthe regression of panel data with 33 provinces cross section and time series data in 2016.The results showed that: per capita GRDP per statistically and partially significantinfluence of automotive sales in 33 provinces of Indonesia while variable inflation rate is notsignificant at confidence level95%. Whereas at 95% level of confidence, both variablessignificantly affect automotive sales in Indonesia. In other word, is simultaneously, both the percapita GDP and inflation rate variables significantly influence automotive sales in 33 provincesofIndonesia. Thus, the automotive industry needs to pay attention to these two variables indeveloping its production sales and developing the market in 33 provinces of Indonesia. TheGovernment of Indonesia, in doing the development of infrastructure should consider the growthof automotive sales in every province in Indonesia.Keywords: PDRB Percapita, Inflation Rate, Panel Data, Automotive Sales

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the product display and promotion partially on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore and to find out how much influence the product displays and promotions simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at the Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore. This research is causality with quantitative approach. The population in this study is Mizan's book customers at the Gunung Agung BSD bookstore Tangerang with convenience sampling technique obtained samples of 69 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in this study are: data quality tests including validity and reliability, the classic assumption test of normality, multicollinearity, heterocendatisity, regression analysis that is multiple regression, partial t, simultaneous F and coefficient of determination. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The results of first hypothesis that is no significant influence between product displays on consumer purchasing decisions, (2) The results of second hypothesis that is a positive and significant effect between promotions on decisions consumer purchases, and (3) The results of third hypothesis, namely product display and promotion together have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The aimost this research were: 1) to find out whether there was any difference on consumers stratification of indomaret and alfamart m,inimarket in Dukuhwaluh area. 2) to find out the differing factor on consumers stratification of indomaret and alfamart minimarket in Dukuhwalu area. This research used primary data gained from questionnaire. The data was analyzed by compare means independent t test, descriptive analysis with SPSS program. The result of the research showed that the service quality of indomaret and alfamart minimarket was supposed to be good by most of their consumers. There was a significant difference in the comparison between indomaret and alfamart minimarket based on dimension of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty and tangible as well as the overall quality. Based on the t test result of indomaret and alfamart, responsiveness dimension was regarded as the responsiveness dimension was not suitable as expected eiyher by the consumers of alfamart or the consumers indomaret. It indicated that it needs the betterment of service quality, specially in responsiveness dimension. Keyword :consumers stratification, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty and tangible.
