Abstract

This study aims to prove or determine the partial and simultaneous effect of incentives and discipline on the performance of PT. Independent Distribution Partners with religiosity as a moderating variable. The method used is a quantitative method with quantitative descriptive. The sample used is 45 respondents. The data collected consists of primary and secondary data. Data analysis using SPSS version 25 application. The results of this study indicate that partially incentives have a positive effect on performance, discipline has no positive effect on performance and religiosity has a positive effect on performance. Simultaneously, each shows a significant effect on performance. Religiosity is able to moderate the relationship between incentives and discipline on the performance of PT. Mitra Distribusi Mandiri.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cost of goods sold for profit before tax at PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. The company is a manufacturing company engaged in processing palm fruit into oil or ingredients for making oil, including cooking oil. The researcher took samples of the cost of goods sold and the company's profit before tax for thirteen years (period), starting from 2009 to 2021. The study used parametric quantitative methods, the type of data used was ratio data, then the hypothesis was associative. The variables used are one independent variable and one dependent variable, so that the measuring instrument used to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable is simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study is no effect between cost of goods sold and profit before tax at PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk.

Abstract

Corporate social responsibility is an obligation carried out by companies regulated in article 74 paragraph (1) of Law no. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies. The social responsibility carried out by PT Satria Jaya Sentosa is realized through community development and empowerment programs. The aim of this research is to determine the forms of social responsibility programs managed by PT Satria Jaya Sentosa and to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of the CSR program budget at PT Satria Jaya Sentosa. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques by calculating the level of effectiveness and efficiency of budget realization. The research results show that there are three program areas that are the main focus of CSR at PT Satria Jaya Sentosa, namely in the fields of education, health and economic independence. The effectiveness of the CSR program budget at PT Satria Jaya Sentosa can be concluded that the budget is less effective with an effectiveness level of 70%. Meanwhile, the efficiency of the CSR program budget at PT Satria Jaya Sentosa can be concluded that the results are very efficient with an efficiency level of 8%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect Islamic Branding, Viral Marketing, Price and Location of Purchasing Decisions. The observation model used in this research is quantitative research by processing primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to consumers of Geprek Assalam 99. The samples taken in this research are all buyers of Ayam Geprek Assalam 99 who have purchased the product at least once. The sample in this research is 100 respondents using the technique purposive sampling, then the results obtained were processed using SPSS version 26. The analysis used included descriptive statistical tests, instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, model accuracy tests and hypothesis testing. The results obtained in this study are Islamic branding has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decision, viral marketing gives a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, prices are positive and significant on purchasing decisions and location positive but not significant impact on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

E-commerce is known as the growth of the online-based commercial world (internet), which has developed very rapidly in the last twenty years. Indonesia has enormous potential to enter this new economy. In Islamic economics, buying and selling activities or (ijarah) are said to be valid if they meet the conditions specified in the shari'a. In Banjarnegara itself, Rabbani products have spread widely among the public, not a few consumers who choose Rabbani products as the mainstay of Muslim clothing. But does the strategy implemented in marketing Rabbani products using digital marketing meet the requirements in Islamic law. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the digital economy and its effect on increasing sales turnover of Rabbani products at the Rabbani Banjarnegara Shop. This research uses quantitative methods. The data were obtained from interviews with the shop director Rabbani Banjarnegara. The results of the study explain that the application of the digital economy in accordance with the provisions of Islamic economics at the Rabbani Banjarnegara shop greatly influences the increase in productivity, accelerates the flow of production, consumption and distribution.

Abstract

Poverty is a problem that always exists in every country, both in the form of absolute poverty and relative poverty. Efforts should be made to solve this problem of poverty, because if it cannot be resolved, it will become a problem that can disrupt economic activity. Poverty can be seen as a multidimensional problem because it is related to the inability to access economically, socially, culturally, politically and participate in society. Islamic philanthropy as a form of social generosity is directed to be able to answer the problem of poverty. There is Islamic philanthropy that is oriented towards poverty alleviation in the short term and long term, short term for example providing assistance that is consumptive and disposable. As for those that are long-term by providing assistance that can be used for a long time to increase income. The method used in this study is the library research model, where the author takes references from several books and journals in collecting data. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of Islamic philanthropy in alleviating poverty. Islamic philanthropy is expected to be a solution to economic problems in Indonesia in terms of poverty. Where income derived from the wages of a worker is one of the variables that can be used in poverty alleviation.

Abstract

Ciburial Village is one of the Tourism Villages that has been established by the West Java Bandung Regency Government in accordance with the Bandung Regent's Decree Number 556.42/ Kep. 71- Dispopar/ 2011 Regarding the Determination of Tourism Villages in the Bandung Regency Area with the concept of Agriecotourism. In implementing the development of Tourism Villages, Ciburial Village encountered obstacles both in terms of human resources, destination management, marketing, and other aspects. The purpose of this study is to determine the development strategy of the tourism village. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach and SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat) as an analytical tool. The results of the analysis of internal and external factors are processed using a SWOT matrix to produce several strategies. The results of the study indicate that strategies that need to be developed include mapping tourism based on potential, strengthening digital-based promotions as well as building branding, optimizing cross-sectoral coordination in the management of Tourism Villages and training in human resources including destination management and tour guides.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of leadership style and work environment on the performance of pharmacy installation staff at TK III Hospital 04.06.03 dr. Soetarto Yogyakarta. This study uses the independent variables of leadership style and work environment while the dependent variable uses employee performance. This study used a quantitative method, the population of this study were employees of the pharmaceutical installation. Samples were taken by census method. Distribution of questionnaires as many as 30 respondents. This method uses IBM SPSS Statistics 22 multiple linear regression analysis, with the t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that there is no influence of leadership style with a significant value of 0.313 on the performance of pharmacy installation employees and there is an effect of the work environment on the performance of pharmaceutical installation employees with a value significant 0.004. Simultaneously, there is the influence of leadership style and work environment on the performance of pharmacy installation employees at TK III Hospital 04.06.03 dr. Soetarto Yogyakarta with a significant value of 0.10 whose contribution to variations or fluctuations in performance is 28.8% and the remaining 71.2% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Philanthropy is generosity, generosity, social contribution or something that shows love for humans. Philanthropy is an alternative that is used to reduce social inequality, create life benefits and improve people's welfare, such as through the empowerment of productive endowments. However, currently in Banjarnegara not many waqf are managed productively. This study aims to analyze the problems of productive waqf and their solutions in Banjarnegara Regency. The method used is descriptive method, while data collection is done by examining and exploring data sources or other information relevant to the study. The results obtained explain that the problems causing waqf management in Banjarnegara Regency are not optimal and the solution is divided into three aspects, namely human resource aspects, institutional aspects and government aspects. The aspects of human resource problems have the greatest influence compared to other aspects. The solutions that most affect the level of management of waqf assets are outreach and education to the public, increasing coordination with other related institutions and waive the cost of certifying waqf land.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere and hedonic shopping on impulse buying in consumers of MR DIY Kolaka stores. This research is a quantitative study with an eksolanatory research approach using a questionnaire as an instrument. The population in this study were all consumers of MR DIY Kolaka stores with 120 respondents using purposive sampling technique, namely the technique of determining certain criteria. Testing research instruments using validity tests and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is the measurement model test (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the Store Atmosphere variable on Impulse Buying at MR.DIY Kolaka Store Consumers, which is indicated by the t-statistic value of 4.293 with a P-Value of 0.000. While the Hedonic Shopping variable on Impulse Buying in MR.DIY Store consumers has a positive and significant effect, which is indicated by the t-statistic value of 5.792 with a P-Value of 0.000.
