Abstract

Indonesia has the potential for zakat as a tool to reduce and improve poverty and people's welfare. The management of zakat funds certainly has a very vital role in the success of achieving the benefit of the people. This study evaluates the effectiveness of the management of the optimal distribution of zakat funds so that it can significantly contribute to poverty reduction and better welfare. This type of research is library research conducted using existing literature on Central Baznas, Jakarta year 2011- 2021 by collecting data through a literature review of books, notes, and research reports from previous studies. Data analysis techniques were carried out using inductive techniques consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate: Baznas Pusat Jakarta has been effective in managing zakat management, both in planning, organizing, implementing and supervising.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the factors of consumer behavior that can influence the beef purchasing decision process through e-commerce. In this study, data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The questionnaire used in this study was a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale using Google Forms media. The sampling technique was carried out by random sampling, the conditions for the respondents used in this study were those who had purchased beef products through e-commerce. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the factors of consumer behavior which include personal factors, psychological factors, cultural factors, and social factors together have a significant influence on the buying decision process. This is due to consumers' curiosity about beef products and the ease of shopping online. This consumer behavior can be used as a measuring tool to predict purchasing decisions. Cultural factors partially have no significant effect on the decision to purchase beef products through e-commerce platforms as evidenced by the partial test results.

Abstract

Competition in the business world is increasingly complex so that companies are required to be able to maintain their survival because company value is an indicator of business development showing the condition of the company on public trust in company performance as well as a description of future prospects. However, some BUMNs are experiencing problems so that it is feared that it will affect the company's future value. In this situation, the company needs to maintain and increase its company value by knowing what factors can underlie this situation so that it can minimize conditions that are not good for the company. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and corporate social responsibility disclosure on firm value in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research method is quantitative research with secondary data and a research sample of 14 companies. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the profitability variable was able to affect firm value while CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) disclosure had no effect on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is the effect of knowledge and skills on employee performance at the tourism office of kolaka district. The sample in this study amounted to 55 respondents using a sampling technique, namely the census method. Testing the research instrument using validitiy test and reliability test with SPSS 22.0. The research data analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method with SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that the knowledge variable has no effect on performance as indicated by the T-Statistik Value of 0.291 and P-Values of 0.386 an the skill variabel shas a positive ang significant effecect on performance as indicated by the T-Statistic value of 6.497 and P-Values 0.000.

Abstract

Human resources are an important pillar for a company because their quality will have an impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of its operations. The quality of human resources can be measured in several ways, such as work motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational culture. If these three variables are owned by workers, then the performance of the organization's employees can be classified as good. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Triatra Sinergia Pratama Site Batu Kajang. The data collection technique used a purposive sampling technique where 70 employees were selected as research samples and data was collected using a questionnaire via Google Form. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS IBM 25.0 software. The research results show that the variables of work motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational culture partially and simultaneously have a positive influence on employee performance. The results of this research found that to improve employee performance, companies need to provide work motivation, job satisfaction and implement a good organizational culture towards their employees.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is an indicator of success that every organization wants to achieve. There are several factors that influence this, including service and location. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the simultaneous and partial effects of service quality and location on customer satisfaction. This study's variables are independent variables: service quality (X1), which is related to tangible evidence; location (X2), which refers to access, visibility, traffic, parking, and environment; and consumer satisfaction (Y), which is related to appropriate expectations, desire to visit, and willingness to authorize. Purposive sampling was used to choose the study's 100 participants, who were customers of the Falsafah Ngopi Ciherang Bogor store. There are two types of research: verification and descriptive. Methods for gathering data via questionnaires. Using the IBM SPSS 26 analysis tool, multiple linear regression was performed for data analysis. According to the study findings, customer satisfaction (Y) was positively correlated with service quality (X1), and location (X2), all of which were rated highly by customers. Both location and service quality positively and significantly affect customer satisfaction simultaneously, and they also positively and significantly affect customer satisfaction to some extent. Because personnel are often not attentive when fulfilling customer demands, location and service quality can positively impact customer satisfaction. This is demonstrated by the research findings on location appearance, which have a strong and significant impact on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) Government to Government (G to G) process are faced with various challenges who work in South Korea through the South Korean, especially those related to work contract standards. PMI who are placed in workplaces in the manufacturing sector for E-9 visas and fishing for E-10 visas with a maximum work contract period of 4 years and 10 months during the first work contract period. PMI's standard work contract in South Korea through the Government to Government (G to G) program contains the rights and obligations of workers and employers. This research aims to provide an understanding of PMI's strategy in responding to employment contracts in South Korea. The subjects of this research were 48 Indonesian Migrant Workers in South Korea who had just worked in South Korea or who had worked by re-entry (entering work back into South Korea on a second contract). The type of data used is quantitative data, primary data collected through questionnaires with PMI who are working in South Korea, secondary data obtained through relevant literature studies. The data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The research results show that: 1) effective communication with other people, migrant workers need to have good interpersonal communication skills, both with colleagues and superiors, 2) the importance of migrant workers having knowledge about their rights, work regulations, working conditions in Korea South, 3) migrant workers need knowledge and skills to recognize and deal with discrimination by adapting according to local culture and work environment, 4) skills can include language, technical and social skills to improve job opportunities even better.

Abstract

Purchasing decisions are consumer behavior in purchasing a desired product. When buying a product at a shopping center, consumers also need to pay attention to several indicators, including the marketing mix and service quality. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of marketing mix variables (product, price, place and promotion) and service quality on purchasing decisions at the Matahari Department Store in Baubau City. The population and sample were 100 respondents using the Slovin formula who had made purchase transactions. The data analysis method used was quantitative. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis and assisted by the SPSS version 29 application. The results of this research show that partial marketing mix variables (price and place) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the marketing mix (product and promotion) and service quality do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, the marketing mix variables and service quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of this research provide information that the Matahari Department Store needs to pay attention to price and place to attract consumer interest so that consumers are interested and decide to buy the goods offered.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the indicators that is measured to see the extent to which an employee is able to work according to predetermined standards. Several factors that influence employee performance include work placement and workload. Work placement is a qualification for the position or place where the employee works. Workload also influences performance, the more workload an employee has, the more problems they face. This research aims to examine the effect of work placement and workload on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 34 employees as respondents at the Pasaman Regency Regent's Office. The analysis tool is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the research show that work placement and workload have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction at the Pasaman Regency Regent's Office. Work placement has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, workload and job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant influence on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant influence on employee performance at the Pasaman Regency.

Abstract

Tabarru funds are contributions issued by sharia insurance policies which are intended to be given and used to help sharia insurance participants if a disaster strikes. Meanwhile, the underwriting result is a score obtained from the difference between insurance income and underwriting expenses from the main insurance activities, the activities of which will generate and increase the company's profits. Return on assets is a ratio to see the level of profitability of an institution, where in this case ROA is used to see how great the company's ability to gain profits through the use of its assets or assets, in this case a sharia life insurance company. This research aims to determine the effect of tabarru funds, underwriting results on ROA on sharia life insurance registered with the OJK for the 2018-2022 period. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample used is time series data of monthly financial reports of sharia life insurance registered with the OJK for the 2018-2022 period with a total of 60 samples. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistics using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The research results show that partially tabarru funds have a negative and significant effect on ROA in sharia life insurance. Partially, underwriting results have a positive and significant effect on ROA in sharia life insurance. Simultaneously tabarru funds and underwriting results have a positive and significant effect on ROA in sharia life insurance. The implication of this research is that if sharia life insurance focuses on tabarru fund management and further improves underwriting results, it will produce stable financial reports so that it has the opportunity to increase profits in terms of profit.
