Abstract

This study aims to determine whether service quality (X1) and tourist facilities (X2) affect visitor satisfaction (Y) on Bukt Jaddih tourism in Bangkalan Regency. The research method used in this research is quantitative method with descriptive quantitative type with a population of visitors who visit Jaddih Hill tourism. The sample in this study were 100 respondents who visited Bukit Jaddih tourism. For data collection, it was carried  out by distributing questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service and tourist facilities has a positive and significant effect on the variable of visitor satisfaction in Bukit Jaddih tourism in Bangkalan Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study wa to determine the conditions of working capital, accpunts receivable, and profitability management at PT. Benny Surabaya Trans. The subjects used in this study were companies engaged in shipping services throughout Indonesia, namely PT. Benny Surabaya Trans. The object of this research is to analyze working capital management, accounts receivable management, profitability management during the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of research is descriptive quantitative. The calculation of wprking capital turonover accurs as a result of instability due to descreasing current liabilities so that it is not effective for working capital. The receivable turnover calculation id accordance with the company standard which is set twice a mont for receivables turnover so that it is effective and runs well. The calculation of return on assets is volatile due to increases and decreases in net income which are not considered by rhe manager so that it is ineffective, which means that profitability management is also closely relates to working capital management and receivables management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the promotional mix strategy. This research was conducted at PT. Queen Ice Asia Bangkalan Madura, as well as consumers and resellers in Kamal village, the implementation of this research was started from September 2020 to January 2021. This study used a qualitative descriptive research approach. The instrument used in this study was in the form of data from observations made by the researcher as the observer, then the researcher conducted interviews to get more accurate data and maximum results. The research is also equipped with documentation during the observation and interview process. After the researcher conducts observation and interview activities, it can be seen that there has been an increase and success in the promotion process by using the existing promotional mix. In addition, it can also be seen the advantages and constraints of using the company's promotional mix strategy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see whether the brand image, UKT and location had an effect both partially and simultaneously on the decision of students of class 2020 who chose Trunojoyo Madura UniversityThis research uses quantitative methods. The population of this study were students of the 2020 class of Trunojoyo Madura University. The sampling technique used was proportional stratified random sampling. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of investigating research show that brand image partially influences the decisions of students of class 2020 who choose Trunojoyo Madura University. UKT does not have a partial effect on the decision of the 2020 class students to choose Trunojoyo Madura University. Location partially influences the decision of students of class 2020 to choose Trunojoyo Madura University. Brand image, UKT and location simultaneously influence the decision of students of class 2020 to choose Trunojoyo Madura University.

Abstract

The study aims to test and analyze the impact of promotions, prices and the quality of products on the batik madura purchase decision on the charm fisheries. The study is using a predictive quantitative approach, the population in this study is the customer who used to buy batik madura at the charm gallery of the banker. With as many as 60 respondents taken using sampling techniques. Data collected using a questionnaire. The tools of analysis in the study employ instrument testing, classic assumptions test, data analysis (linear regression analysis berganda, test t, test f and r2's coefficient determinations). The results of the data prepared in SPSS 23 result in that promotion is partial to positive and significant to purchase decisions, prices are partial to positive and significant to purchase decisions and product quality. Based on the simultaneous promotion of f, prices and quality products have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the promotional mix consisting of advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations and direct marketing affects purchasing decisions. The research method used in this research is mixed methods, which is a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. The data collection strategy used sequential explanatory, namely research with two stages. Data analysis used quantitative and qualitative approaches. The results show that in quantitative research all each variable consisting of advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations and direct marketing has a significant effect on purchasing decision variables and this quantitative research is supported by a qualitative approach, namely in the form of a promotional mix applied to dealers. Abstract

Many investors are interested in financial investment as a means of developing their own funds. Investors make investments with the aim of obtaining maximum dividends with minimal risk, namely by compiling a portfolio. Determining the optimal portfolio can be done using the Markowitz method and the Sharpe method. This study is to determine which stocks are included in the optimal portfolio using the Markowitz method and the Sharpe method on the shares of Infrastructure, Utilities and Transportation Companies in 2019. Based on the results of research conducted at Infrastructure, Utilities and Transportation companies in 2019. The optimal portfolio proportion using the Markowitz method was obtained by 7 companies, namely PGAS (proportion 82.32%), POWR (proportion 12.11%), TLKM (proportion 72.74%), TCPI (proportion 43.48%), TPMA (proportion 90.46%), GHON proportion (75.03%), and JSMR (proportion 57.50%). Meanwhile stocks classified as optimal portfolio based on the Sharpe method include PGAS (proportion of 57.91%), TLKM (proportion of 10.41%), TCPI (proportion of 13.09%), TPMA (proportion of 62.50%), SOCI (proportion of 4.45%), GHON (proportion 8.63%), and JSMR (proportion 18.64%). The calculation results show that out of the total of 21 companies, it is recommended to invest in 6 companies that have equally positive values based on the two methods such as PGAS, TLKM, TCPI, TPMA, GHON, and JSMR. By compiling a portfolio can optimize the level of profit to be achieved and minimize the level of investment risk.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to influence, e-marketing and product diversity in UKM Batik Surya 26 Tuban Regency, either partially or simultaneously on purchasing decisions. This research was conducted using quantitative descriptive methods. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with the incidental sampling method used as a sampling method, in order to obtain a sample of 97 people and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of the results of this study is that e-marketing partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, partial product diversity has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and e-marketing and product diversity simultaneously has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The aim of this research to analyze financial distress of Manufature Company by using Altman Z-Score and Springate Models. Moreover, this research aimed to know aims to determine the similarities and differences in the results of the analysis of financial distress assessment using the Altman Z-Score model and the Springate Model. This research used Descriptive statistics and data analysis methods used  in this research were Altman Z-Score and Springate Model. To the finding on the research, it showed that (1) ) After evaluating the Altman Z-Score and Springate models, there are fifty companies that fall into different conditions. (2) The similarities and differences in the results of the Atman Z-Score model and the Springate model are the results of the two models that can be seen from having almost the same variable components and the difference is that the results of the financial distress assessment using the Altman Z-score model and the Springate model show that both These models have different criteria in determining the financial condition of a company.

Abstract

Bank fundamental factors affect credit risk management policies, because by knowing the internal conditions of the bank, the credit extension policy will be adjusted, in order to minimize the risk of failure or bad credit that creates losses for the Bank. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect credit risk in the banking sector in Indonesia in 2015-2019. This study uses a quantitative approach and  statistical tools like multiple regression analysis in conducting hypothesis testing. The results showed that the factors affecting credit risk in the banking sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange were capital adequacy (CAR) and management quality (BOPO), while profitability (NIM) and liquidity (LDR) did not affect the credit risk (NPL) of the banking sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.  The coefficient of determination (R2) in this study was 32.1%, so that about 67.9% of the credit risk was explained by other variables not examined in this study.
