Abstract

Many moderna vaccine recipients complain about the presence of AEFI (Adverse Events Following Immunization). Based on CDC data, the frequency of AEFI is higher in the 18-64 year age group. Some studies explain that minor AEFI reactions are managed with paracetamol and subside about 1-2 days after administration of the vaccine. This study aims to determine the relationship between age and administration of paracetamol with AEFI reactions after moderna vaccination at Puskesmas Mojosongo Boyolali. This study used an analytic observational survey research with a cross sectional research design which was carried out with quantitative methods. The data source used is primary data with a g-form questionnaire. This research was conducted at Puskesmas Mojosongo Boyolali, Central Java. The sampling technique in this study was non-random sampling with purposive sampling. The number of respondents is 72 people. The results of the logistic regression test of the relationship between age and AEFI reaction obtained the value of Exp(B) or OR=1.118 (p=0.883). Logistic regression test of the relationship between the administration of paracetamol with the AEFI reaction obtained the value of Exp (B) or OR = 1.949 (p = 0.452). The results of multivariate analysis showed that the variables of age and administration of paracetamol did not have a significant relationship with the reaction of AEFI after moderna vaccination.

Abstract

Plants are one of the natural resources that can be used as natural textile dyes in Indonesia. Natural dyes in the textile industry, especially batik, can be used as an alternative to synthetic dyes to reduce the danger of waste generated from the production process. Green betel leaf can be used as a natural dye because it contains anthocyanin compounds. This study aims to see the different colors and color quality of green betel leaf extract. The method used is an experiment by creating a variety of fixative substances alum, lime and tunjung. The results showed that green betel leaf extract could be used for dyeing batik fabrics by the results of the L*, a*, b* color difference test and identification of color codes and color light through encycolorpedia. The color produced from green betel leaf extract at batik cloth with alum and lime fixator is Medium-light orange tunjung fixator orange. The results of the fastness test value for washing soap are on average 4 (good), and on dry rubbing, the average value is 4-5 (good), the oldest color is produced from the variation of the tunjung fixator. The interpretation of the fixator did not significantly affect the color produced and the color fastness to soap washing and dry rubbing.

The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with a research focus on household consumption patterns. The number of samples is 72 housewives who receive PKH. Methods of data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out using the Gini coefficient to calculate the inequality of income distribution. The resource persons are dominated by housewives with an age range of 40-50 and low education. The results showed that the pattern of household consumption was divided into food and non-food consumption, non-food consumption was higher. The highest non-food consumption is the allocation of income to buy cigarettes. Income distribution is included in the category of low inequality. The PKH program really helps the household economy and the presence of PKH assistants has a very high impact on the distribution of aid and suppresses social jealousy. A good poverty alleviation program is that poverty data is mature, there is a commitment between the facilitator and recipient of assistance to tell the real condition.
