Abstract

This study aims to analyze work effectiveness, productivity, and work motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic at PT Dexa Medica. Researchers used quantitative research methods to analyze simultaneously and partially between the variables studied. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents and by using secondary data in the form of library research. The sampling used was using the Non Probability Sampling technique by not providing equal opportunities for members of the population to be selected as samples. The technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique. From the results of the study, it can be seen that, work effectiveness has an influence on employee performance (Y) at PT. Dexa Medica Tangerang. In the partial test the work effectiveness sig value of 0.036. Then, for the Productivity variable has an influence on performance at PT Dexa Medica Tangerang where there is a sig value of 0.003. Meanwhile, based on the results of the parisal test, it shows that motivation (X3) has no influence on the performance of employees at PT. Dexa Medica Tangerang. In the partial test of Motivation (X3) there is a sig value of 0.844. The results of the hypothesis test prove that work effectiveness (X1), productivity (X2) and motivation (X3) together have a significant effect on performance. This is indicated by the acquisition of simultaneous test results (F), namely the calculated F value of 3.710 and a significance value of 0.014 at a significance level of 5% where 0.014 <0.05. This states that there is a positive and significant effect between the variables of work effectiveness (X1), productivity (X2) and motivation (X3) on performance.

Abstract

This systematic literature review is used to analyze the variables that affect employee performance and to find out what analytical methods and objects along with the number of research samples used by previous researchers are gaps for future research. The research method uses a systematic literature review. The research data was obtained through a search for publications in the range of 2018 to 2021 with the keywords of employee performance being captured based on a quantitative approach. The number of publications analyzed were 20 journals/articles/proceedings. Data were analyzed qualitatively. From this literature review, it can be seen that various predictor variables have been shown to affect employee performance with various analytical methods, objects and the number of samples. For future research development, apart from testing the direct effect, it is also possible to test the indirect effect, either testing a single mediator model or multiple mediator models using path analysis or factor analysis (structural equation modeling).

Abstract

The most common thrombotic complication in severe COVID-19 patients is venous thromboembolism, following the events of venous and arterial thrombosis are deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, ischemic stroke, myocardial infarction, and systemic arterial embolism. Patients with COVID-19 often have a thrombosis incidence of 31%. Anticoagulation is a therapy to treat thrombosis as a complication of COVID-19. Administration of anticoagulants causes several complications, including bleeding that can cause death. Objective: to determine the complications of anticoagulation in patients with coronavirus disease (COVID-19). Methods: This research was written as a variety of literature with a narrative database analysis method which includes Google Scholar, Pubmed, Research Gate. Results: At the article collection stage, 1,586 titles were obtained from 3 search engines. After screening, the authors found 20 articles discussing anticoagulant complications in patients with coronavirus disease (covid-19). From the data obtained, it can be concluded that most studies show that the use of anticoagulants in COVID-19 patients has minor, major bleeding to death.

Abstract

Background: Postpartum depression is the most common psychiatric problem after giving birth which can last up to 1 year or even 2 years after giving birth. In addition to the mother, postpartum depression can also occur in the father. Symptoms of postpartum depression include an appetite disorder, anxiety, feeling worthless, depressed mood, suicidal thoughts and can affect the health of children's development. Postpartum women reported that during this period sleep disturbances often occur. Sleep disorder is vulnerable in postpartum and pregnancy and can cause disturbed mood so that in this situation there is a relationship between sleep quality and symptoms of postpartum depression. Objective: To determine the relationship between sleep quality and symptoms of postpartum depression. Methods: This study uses a literature review design by collecting research articles through various databases such as Google Scholar, PubMed and Science Direct. Results: There were 1068 articles found, then the researchers screened according to the restriction criteria, so that 15 articles were found to be reviewed. The fourteen research articles showed that there was a relationship between poor sleep quality and symptoms of postpartum depression. However, 2 of the 14 articles stated that postpartum depression symptoms had a relationship with postnatal sleep quality but not with prenatal sleep quality. Later, one article stated that there was no relationship between both of this. Conclusion: Sleep quality has a relationship with postpartum depression symptoms. In this case, poor sleep quality in pregnancy before and after delivery can worsen and predict postpartum depression symptoms, especially at 3 months and 6 months postpartum.

Abstract

COVID-19 attacks the respiratory system caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). In Indonesia, as many as 32% of patients infected with SARS-CoV2 require ICU care. Patients are more likely to experience shortness of breath and death. Rehabilitation efforts in physical medicine specialists and medical rehabilitation are very important in improving respiratory function. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze respiratory rehabilitation efforts in COVID-19 patients with shortness of breath. This research is a literature review type using the PRISMA method. Data were collected by browsing the Pubmed, Science Direct, and Google Scholar databases. The search results obtained 2,982 articles, then 11 articles were carried out with a literature review. In 11 articles analyzed, it was found that respiratory rehabilitation in COVID-19 patients can be carried out by administering oxygen therapy including (Nasal Canula (NC), endotracheal intubation, and tracheostomy). Breathing exercises include (pursed lip breathing, slow deep breathing, prone position, and regular breathing in a forward leaning position). Airway clearance techniques include (huffing, control cough, incentive spirometry, postural drainage, and sputum clearance) and passive exercises in bed. In conclusion, there is no better rehabilitation program. The rehabilitation program should be given as early as possible to achieve maximum stability in a shorter time.
