Setiap makalah akan dinilai berdasarkan standar nasional, orisinalitas / inovasi, kontribusi terhadap pengetahuan, relevansinya dengan subjek dan kualitas penyajiannya. Abstract

Pasanggrahan Art and Cultural Village is a village-based agritourism combining natural tourism with cultural tourism, especially Sundanese culture. The agritourism, located in Ciporeat Hamlet, Pasanggrahan Village, is included in the Bandung City Culture and Tourism Office’s 2018-2023 Strategic Plan, meaning that this tourist destination is already in the local government's development plan. Therefore, this study aims to offer alternatives to the development of agritourism based on the visitor perceptions in order to offer a development concept to the related stakeholders. The data was collected through distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents and conducting interviews with the residents and those who understood the agritourism. The analysis results indicate that the visitors’ bad perception clearly lies in the diversity of tourist attractions, souvenirs, places to eat, and roads within the destination. Therefore, this study focuses the alternative formulations or development efforts on the aspects of what to see, what to buy, what to do, what to arrive, dan what to stay.

Abstract

In the tourism area the vehicle population continues to increase, on the other hand the lack of public facilities that are safe and comfortable as a medium of transportation causes most tourists to prefer carrying private vehicles. Meanwhile tourist attractions in tourist areas are usually centered on a particular location. This will also result in high concentration of vehicles in the area. Then the availability of parking lots is needed. The problem is the need for land for other purposes is also increasing and the availability of vacant land is also limited. Resulting in several problems such as parking on the roadside which will then hamper vehicle circulation activities. The research objective is to identify parking system problems in the Kuta tourism area and create ideas in the direction of the development of parking infrastructure referring to the development of multi-storey parking buildings (Vertical) with the application of the parking system system with APS (Automatic Parking System) technology. This research is a research with a qualitative descriptive analysis approach which is done by data collection techniques through direct observation, document studies, and literature studies.

Abstract

The research on this tourism human resource is titled Comparison of Employee Culture value hotels in Seminyak and Ubud. This research is a quantitative study conducted in two tourist destinations in Bali namely Seminyak and Ubud area. Data collection techniques are carried out by distribution of polls, and literature studies. The research period will be held in August 2019 – October 2019. As for the research subject specified is a number of each of the 60 employees of the hotel in both areas. Seminyak and Ubud area were chosen as the location of the research with several considerations: 1) Seminyak and Ubud are the main tourist destinations in Bali, 2) The growth of the number of hotels in both regions is equally fast, 3) the culture owned by hotel employees In Seminyak and Ubud need to be analyzed for product development (service). The theory used in the study was the cultural value theory of Hofstede. Angket (questionnaire) used to refer to VSM (Value Survey Mudule) developed by Hofstede. Since the province of Bali relies on the tourism sector for its region's major income, the research is important because human resources are an important component of the service. This research resulted in several findings on the similarities and differences in the value of hotel employees ' culture in Seminyak and Ubud areas.

Abstract

Research on Community based tourism as a sustainable tourism development strategy in DTW "Ceking" Pekraman Tegallalang village is done with the aim to study Community Based Tourism (CBT) as a tourism development strategy In DTW Ceking village Pekraman Tegallalang and analyzed the development strategy of CBT in DTW Ceking village Pekraman Tegallalang so that it can be sustainable. Using a research approach with a qualitative and quantitative method (mix method), accompanied by a survey method that will help to get a thorough picture covering physical condition, state of tourism and social situation and Culture at DTW Ceking Village Pekraman Tegallalang. So it is reviewed based on the problem, then research is a description of tourism phenomenon and its relation to socio-cultural life as well as the environment, by taking the research site Yankni DTW Ceking village Pekraman Tegallalang in Kecamatan Tegallalang, Gianyar Regency, Bali Province, Tepatnyareside in the Village Tegallalang, Gianyar. obyekstrainiberbatasandirectly with the Pekramankedisandthe Part of the area Persawahancekingterracurangtepedesapekramankedisan. Data used is qualitative and quantitative data and will be obtained conclusions that are "grounded". The findings of the research with certainty that is the form of Community Based Tourism as a sustainable tourism development strategy in DTW Ceking village Pekraman Tegallalang, Gianyar.

Abstract

The study aimed at investigating the level of some affective factors which influenced the English for Management Learning Achievement; and uncovering how, psychologically, those factors were felt by the students. The study had been carried out in three steps; first, theoretical and empirical study on affective factors yielded in six factors; second, data collection on those factors through questionnaires, and third, focused group discussion (FGD). The study applied mixed methods of data collection and analysis. Quantitative method using t test was applied to determine the level of determination of the six affective factors upon above average and low average students, respectively. Qualitative method was applied through FGD and descriptive analysis. The results of the análisis show that the level of anxiety and learned helplessness of the above average students is lower than of the below average ones; while the level of self efficacy, locus of control, interest, dan integrativeness of the above average students is higher than of the below average ones. For the above average students, low level of anxiety and learned helplessness supports learning, and high level of self-efficacy, locus of control, interest, dan integrativeness is a bid modality for their success. The below average students, however, tend to be stucked by high level of anxiety and learned helplessness which hinders their learning.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk mengetahui Potensi daya tarik wisata yang dimiliki desa Kaba-kaba, kondisi Pengelolaan desa wisata Kaba-kaba dilihat dari Perencanaan, Pengorganisasian, Pengarahan, Pengawasan dan katagori Desa Wisata Kaba-kaba jika dievaluasi berdasarkan ketentuan kementrian Pariwisata tentang klasifikasi Desa wisata. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi , wawancara dengan para pemangku kepentingan pengembangan desa wisata Kaba-Kaba dan dokumentasi.Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Desa kaba-kaba memiliki memiliki potensi daya tarik wisata dari alamberupa lahan pertanian, sumberair, dari budaya berupa peninggalan kerajan kaba-Kaba, aktivitas sosial masyarakat seperti bertani, pande besi dan upacara adat dan keagamaan.Pengelolaan Desa wisata belum berjalan maksimal walaupun telah terbentuk Kelompok Sadar wisata, perencanan belum ada ,aktivitas pengelolaan masih dibawah kendali satu orang, pengawasan belum berjalan maksimal, partisipasi masyarakat belum optimal,Katagori desawisata Kaba-Kaba adalah masih kata gori Desa wisata perintisan

Abstract

Pembangunan pariwisata berkelanjutan merupakan komitmen internasional untuk menjamin keberlanjutan pariwisata. Bali, sebagai destinasi pariwisata utama di Indonesia, mengalami pertumbuhan pembangunan yang signifikan dalam 20 tahun terakhir. Pertumbuhan pembangunan tersebut secara langsung menyebabkan berkembangnya Desa Wisata di Bali. Hal tidak lepas dikarenakan adanya keterlibatan masyarakat. Salah satu Desa Wisata yang mengalami pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang sangat signifikan adalah Desa Wisata Panglipuran. Riset ini disusun dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi, dan Religi terhadap Keterlibatan Masyarakat dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata Panglipuran. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner tertutup dengan skala pengukuran menggunakan skala likert. Responden yang digunakan adalah masyarakat Desa Panglipuran sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari tabel Path Coefficients menunjukan nilai-nilai X1 à Y sebesar 2.858, X2 à Y sebesar 7.357, dan X3 à Y sebesar 1.883, yang berarti Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi dan Religi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterlibatan masyarakat dam pengembangan Desa Wisata Panglipuran.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan artikel ini untuk mengkaji implikasi pengembangan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat bagi kehidupan masyarakat di desa Bongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Informan diambil dari tokoh masyarakat yang memahami tentang implikasi pengembangan pariwisata dengan teknik snowball sampling. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat mampu memberikan implikasi positif bagi kehidupan masyarakat, baik ditinjau dari dimensi ekonomi, sosial, budaya, lingkungan, maupun politik. Impliksi ekonomi, yaitu terjadi peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat; implikasi sosial, yaitu terjadinya peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat, implikasi budaya, yaitu melestarikan dan menghormati tradisi budaya; implikasi lingkungan, yaitu meningkatkan kesadaran dalam menjaga kebersihan lingkungan; dan implikasi politik, yaitu masyarakat mendapat prioritas dalam perekrutan tenagakerja. Dirasakannya implikasi positif tersebut mampu meningkatkan antusias masyarakat dalam mendukung pengembangan pariwisata. Diharapkan stakeholder ikut berperan aktif dalam mendukung pengembangan pariwisata baik berupa motivasi, pembinaan, manajemen pengelolaan, maupun promosi.

Abstract

The study was concern to participants of Event Gathering in Bali especially at IFBEC (Indonesia Food and Beverage Association). This research is a quantitative study using multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis, using the SPSS program for windows version 2.0. with the stepwise method. The results of this study are the service quality and sustainable green event jointly positive and significant effect on satisfaction with an F value of 36.995, a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, while partially service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of event gathering participants in Bali especially members of the Indonesia Food and Beverage Executive Club (IFBEC) with a value of t = 6.082 significant at 0,000 (<0.05), and have a more dominant influence compared to sustainable events.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari variable tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance,dan empathy secara simultan untuk mengetahui variabel dominan yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 reponden yang menggunakan jasa F&B Service Departement Nusa Dua Beach Hotel Bali. Teknik pengambilam sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan metode pengumpulan data berupa kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen (validitas dan reliabilitas) serta analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, berdasarkan analisis koefisien determinasi diperoleh hasil R square (koefisien determinasi) sebesar 0,270 artinya bahwa 27,0% variabel kepuasan pelanggan dipengaruhi oleh variabel kualitas pelayanan, yang terdiri dari tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy, sedangakan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial (individu) pada variabel reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan hasil signifikansi t (0,010) < α 0,005. Sedangkan pengaruh variabel tangible menunjukkan hasil yang tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai t (0,000) > α 0,05.
