Abstract

Guidance and counseling teachers or we can call them BK teachers are very essential positions in educational institutions. Because they are needed by students for all the problems they face in following the lesson. Learning achievement is a process of effort made by a person to obtain a new change in behavior as a whole, as a result of his own experience in interaction with his environment. The changes are relatively constant and scar. In this regard, the learning process and change are evidence of the processed results. Learning is not only learning the subject, but also the arrangement, habits, perceptions, pleasures or interests, social adjustment, various other skills and aspirations. Thus, a person is said to be learning if there is a change in himself due to training and experience through interaction with his environment and maximum achievement. The design in this study is a naturalistic qualitative research that aims to determine the role of BK teachers on student achievement. The findings in this study have a large influence on the existence of a BK teacher on the progress of student achievement in Class XI SMA Mazra'atul Ulum Paciran, both from student discipline and learning achievement. By looking at the explanation and explanation above, because the researcher uses naturalistic qualitative methods that explain the results of research naturally according to the objects that occur in the field, From the results of the research above, it is recommended for future researchers to develop the potential and existing resources, to determine the part of the research. other variables, to improve student achievement in high school institutions.

Abstract

The background of the research being conducted is to find out how the parenting style given by single parent mothers to the personality development of adolescents, where as a single parent mother is certainly not easy to play a dual role in educating, and earning a living alone without a partner. The existence of factors and pressures that are felt differently between single parent mothers and one another make the parenting pattern applied also varies. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive research method with observation and interview data collection techniques, the research was conducted in Banyutengah Village, Panceng, Gresik with 3 subjects of single parent mothers and 3 subjects of teenage children. From the results obtained: one single parent mother applies authoritarian parenting, one single parent mother applies permissive parenting, and one single parent mother applies democratic parenting. Children who are raised with authoritarian parenting tend to be less confident, and closed. Children with permissive parenting tend to be less confident and have less control. Then children who are cared for with democratic parenting tend to be confident and more communicative.

Abstract

Factors that influence adolescent development are internal and external. The environment in question is the social environment of peers from outside or friends in the association from within. The main factor that determines the attractiveness of interpersonal relationships among adolescents in general is the similarity in interests, values, opinions, and personality traits. Moral education taught to adolescents will greatly affect the character in the school environment. Parents must be willing to engage in conversation and encourage their children to talk about things related to values ​​that will make children have high moral thinking. The role of parents here is very important to always monitor the moral development that occurs in their children in the school environment. Moral development related to the daily life of students at the school environment level is very influential in the attitudes that occur in the lives of students so that there is a lack of student morals in the school environment and a lot of social ethics that deviate from the association of students. The findings in the research above, there are about moral development and the causal factors of moral development or often called the influence of the moral development of class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Pucuk Lamongan, both from external and internal environmental problems.

Abstract

Indonesia sebagai sebuah Negara pastilah memiliki keragaman baik pada sisi sosial, masyarakat, suku, ras, agama dan budaya. Keanekaragaman yang hadir di bumi Nusantara bukanlah hal yang aneh. Sejarah telah mencatat, pondasi peradaban sudah terbentuk dengan begitu indahnya oleh nenek moyang kita. Begitu juga halnya, ketika Islam sebagai sebuah teologi baru yang dibawa oleh para pendakwah atau yang kita kenal dengan sebutan Wali, mulai menapakkan jejak tradisi dan kebudayaan. Kehadiran teologi baru yakni Islam menambah khazanah kebudayaan yang disandingkan dengan tradisi dan kebudayaan masyarakat lokal. Pertemuan budaya inilah melahirkan nilai-nilai keadaban dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan terutama pada nilai-nilai pendidikan budaya. Warisan kebudayaan yang ditinggalkan oleh para Wali dengan mengedepankan nilai-nilai penghormatan pada perbedaan (tasammuh) menjadi inti kuatnya ikatan antar anak bangsa dalam menyikapi perbedaan. Bertemunya unsur kebudayaan lama dan kebudayaan baru yang saling mengisi, merupakan contah nyata dalam menyikapi pluralisme budaya yang hadir di tengah-tengah kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Nilai-nilai pendidikan kebudayaan yang sudah diukir dalam catatan sejarah leluhur bangsa ini, seyogyanyalah tetap dipertahankan dan bahkan dikembangan dalam sebuah institusi pendidikan yang berorientasikan pada penyelamatan dan pengimplementasian nilai-nilai luhur keragaman budaya. Kata kunci : Islam, Pluralisme, Budaya, Dakwah, Pendidikan Abstract Indonesia as a country must have diversity in terms of social, community, ethnicity, race, religion and culture. The diversity that is present in the archipelago is not a strange thing. History has recorded, the foundation of civilization has been formed so beautifully by our ancestors. Likewise, when Islam as a new theology brought by the preachers or what we know as Wali, began to tread traces of tradition and culture. The presence of a new theology, namely Islam, adds to the cultural treasures that are juxtaposed with the traditions and culture of the local community. This cultural meeting gave birth to the values ​​of civilization in various aspects of life, especially in the values ​​of cultural education. The cultural heritage left by the Guardians by prioritizing the values ​​of respect for differences (tasammuh) is the core of the strong bond between the nation's children in responding to differences. The meeting of elements of old culture and new culture that complement each other is a real example in responding to cultural pluralism that is present in the midst of national and state life. The values ​​of cultural education that have been engraved in the historical records of this nation's ancestors should be maintained and even developed in an educational institution that is oriented towards saving and implementing the noble values ​​of cultural diversity. Abstract

In implementing the da'wah method in an Islamic educational institution such as the Islamic boarding school the figure of a cleric is an important role holder in determining success. A Kiai or leader of a boarding school is required to have the ability and intelligence in his role as a preacher so that the message of preaching is conveyed to the mad’ū effectively and efficiently and on target. Therefore researchers interested in conducting research on the Da'wah Method Dr. KH. Asep Saifuddin Chalim, MA. Based on the statement above, a question arises. How is the concept of Dr. dawah's method KH. Asep Saifuddin Chalim, MA? How is the application of the propaganda method Dr. KH. Asep Saifuddin Chalim, MA? And what obstacles are faced in applying the method of da'wah. In this study the authors used a qualitative method, with data analysis using symbolic interaction theory. And data collection techniques using analytic descriptive techniques, namely data collected in the form of words, images, documentation and not numbers. Obtained from the results of observation, in-depth interviews with sources and documentation that will produce interpretation for the author. According to the author's analysis, the da'wah method Dr. KH. Asep Saifuddin Chalim, MA in the Islamic Boarding School of Amanatul Ummah Pacet-Mojokerto through observation and research, the writer can conclude, that with morals and religious knowledge as well as always istiqomah in carrying out the practices of the Sunnah and always remembering the seven keys to success, all those dreamed of will be achieved mind.

Abstract

Family is the first thing that affects a child's education. The family is a powerful institution that stands in all corners of the world. The family is the place where humans are first educated and trained to navigate their lives. The first environment known to children is family, especially parents, children will imitate everything their parents do, starting from language, speaking style, behavior, including solving problems. Because parents are the first teachers for their children, the role of parents is very important for children, especially in children's behavior. This research approach uses a descriptive approach to the type of qualitative research. This approach was taken because in this research it seeks to examine social phenomena in a natural setting, not in controlled or laboratory conditions. Bogdan and Taylor, define a qualitative approach as a research procedure in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior. The results of the study Parenting patterns are very influential in the behavior of female students. The better the parenting applied, the better the behavior of the female students. the behavior of female students in addition to parenting is parental control of children in boarding schools. If the parenting provided by parents is getting better, the child's aggressive behavior will be lower. Likewise, if the parenting provided by parents is not good, the aggressive behavior of children will also increase. But it would be better if it was balanced with parental control.

Abstract

Gangguan kesehatan mental menjadi isu yang tak pernah usai untuk dibahas, semakin lama eskalasi pertumbuhanya semakin memprihatinkan. lebih dari 19 juta penduduk usia >15 tahun mengalami gangguan mental emosional, serta 12 juta penduduk berusia > 15 tahun mengalami depresi. setiap hari ada 5 kasus bunuh diri yang terjadi di Indonesia, serta 47,7% usia 10-39 tahun korban bunuh diri merupakan usia anak remaja dan usia produktif. Prevelensi gangguan kecemasan dan gejala panik tersebar luas dan menjadi populasi umum di masyarakat. Prevalensi gangguan panik berada pada kisaran 1-4% populasi, sedangkan serangan panik ditingkat 3-6%. Dibandingkan laki-laki, wanita 2-3 kali lipat lebih banyak menderita gangguan ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian studi literatur yaitu dengan melakukan kompilasi dari buku, jurnal-jurnal ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan variabel yang akan dibahas. Kecemasan dan serangan panik menjadi momok yang siap menghampiri siapapun khususnya anak remaja, karena mereka masih cinderung labil dalam merespon segala perubahan yang terjadi. Dalam menanggulangi ataupun mencegah gangguan tersebut perlu adanya sinergitas antara sesama, support system yang baik, memelihara hubungan yang demokratis yang berbasis kepedulian, management stress, pola pikir yang sehat dan rasional.

Abstract

Crime or crime is not a hereditary event (innate from birth, inheritance) nor is it a biological inheritance. Things that encourage someone to commit a crime, namely the inability to adjust economically (maladjustment) and ambitions that are not in accordance with abilities or can be called discrepancies. Modern society which is very complex fosters high material aspirations and is often accompanied by unhealthy social ambitions. For example, when someone wants branded goods such as a capital city artist but is unable to achieve it in a reasonable way, this will encourage someone to commit criminal acts. Criminal acts are actions that violate the rule of law and norms in society. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach. Bogdan and Taylor define qualitative research as research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. The results showed that the intensity of watching criminal shows on social media of class VIII-B students had a fairly high ratio or level. Based on research that at least respondents have watched criminal shows at least once a day, when once a day is done continuously, for days, the intensity will change to frequent. Likewise, students' interest in the use of social media.

Abstract

Online learning is an alternative that can overcome problems in the conventional learning process during the covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to explain in detail how the condition of students' motivation in online learning during the covid-19 pandemic. Covid-19 has had a significant impact on the education sector. Thus, making students less active in conveying aspirations in their thoughts which will certainly have an impact on boring learning and there are shortcomings in its implementation. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of phenomenological research. Data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Sources of data used in the form of primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation (data display), conclusion drawing (verification). The validity check technique uses data source triangulation techniques. The results of this study can be concluded due to the current covid-19 all teaching and learning processes are transferred to online or distance learning. Over time the motivation of some students experienced a setback. Due to the long period of time and the facilities of some students who are not always adequate to support distance learning, this is the reason why some students have difficulty interpreting the material being studied, resulting in low student motivation and decreased grades in learning. Due to virtual learning which makes learning not optimal. It can be seen from the results of the study that the impact of online learning on learning motivation during a pandemic has positive and negative sides that can be taken.

Abstract

In general, the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia is rich in cultural, ethnic, racial and religious diversity. In Indonesia, there are 6 recognized religions, namely Islam, Christianity, Catholicism, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Confucianism. They all live side by side in Indonesia. In order to maintain religious harmony, there have been many ways that have been applied by the government, as well as religious leaders. However, the reality is that there are many cases of inter-religious cases in Indonesia. In Balun Village, Turi Subdistrict, Lamongan Regency, there are 3 religions, namely, Islam, Christianity, and Hinduism. The three religions live side by side while maintaining a close sense of tolerance between their religious communities. This research is a field research that is research with data obtained from field activities. The location of the research was carried out in Balun Village, Turi Subdistrict, Lamongan Regency. In this study, the researchers used qualitative research, the researchers collected and analyzed data from interviews, observations and documentation of religious leaders in Balun village, Turi sub-district, Lamongan regency. The results of the study indicate that: (1) The communication established by religious leaders to their people for inter-religious harmony is by meeting directly with their people to maintain harmony whenever and wherever they are. (2) the supporting factors of religious leaders in the village of balun are support from the village government and the condition of the people who are already accustomed to it. The inhibiting factor is that during a pandemic like this, interactions between diverse people rarely occur. So it is feared that there will be friction between religious communities.
