Many students want to develop in this modern era. the fact is that many students are not confident and skilled in the field of public speaking. Therefore, public speaking training is important to increase their self-confidence. The Asset Based Community Development method is used to carry out these activities with 5 stages of approach, namely Discovery, Dream, Design, Definition and Destiny. The results of this program are: Increased knowledge, understanding of the importance of public speaking skills, able to convey effective information, able to influence the public or audience, mastering ice breaking and being able to convey arguments and motivate the audience in a positive direction. During this activity, progress was seen very well. Because in this mentoring we don't just convey material but also change their way of thinking so that they become individuals who are confident in speaking in public and of course strengthened by consistent practice.

Every place or region must have hidden assets or potential which if used will have a huge impact on a place or region. The potential which is also an asset can be used to develop various sectors that support the development and quality improvement of a place or region, as well as the Alhamdulillah Berbaur Islamic Boarding School. However, in reality, most of these assets or potentials have not been developed properly, so it is very necessary to provide guidance or assistance in developing these assets by building a special community to learning English and Arabic. The purpose of this mentoring program is to develop the linguistic potential of the students of the Alhamdulillah Berbaur Islamic Boarding School, which in this case are Arabic and English which have not been well developed so far, this mentoring itself will focus on improving soft skills or basic Arabic and English skills. Through an asset-based community development approach or known as the ABCD Method, potential exploration can be carried out optimally by paying attention to various related aspects, which are then expected after the mentoring program ends the participants can become pioneers in establishing a conducive and productive Arabic and English environment. Disclosure of hidden assets using observation and interview methods reflects the ideals of Islamic boarding school managers and caregivers to graduates who have skills in communication in foreign languages to prepare themselves to become community leaders in the era of globalization

Penelitina ini bertujuan untuk mengukur religiusitas siswa-siswi Al-Muhtadi Sendangagung. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 50 remaja dan pengambilan sampel menggunkan simple random sampling. Alasan peneliti menggunakan teknik sampel tersebut adalah untuk memudahkan penelitian agar tidak banyak klasifikasi khusus sehingga hasil bisa maksimal. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,049 < 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel dakwah media sosial youtubeberpengaruh terhadap variabel religiusitas.Sedangkan berdasarkan nilai t, diketahui nilai t hitung sebesar 2,024 > t tabel 2,011, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel dakwah media sosial youtube berpengaruh terhadap variabel religiusitas.

Learning concentration is an ability to focus attention during the teaching and learning process. Disturbances in concentration in learning can be from many factors, both internal factors from within students and external environmental factors, one of these factors is the high intensity of playing online games. Playing online games for students who are too excessive can waste time in vain, so that it can result in students neglecting their main obligation, namely learning. If this goes on continuously and in the long term, it is estimated that students will experience addiction which has an impact on difficulty in receiving lessons due to disruption of student concentration when studying and thinking more about games than paying attention to the learning process. For this reason, this study was conducted to determine how much influence the intensity of playing online games has on learning concentration. This study aims to determine the level of intensity of playing online games by students at SMK Al-Ikhlash Dalegan Panceng Gresik and to determine the effect of the intensity of playing online games on students' learning concentration at SMK Al-Ikhlash Dalegan Panceng Gresik. This study uses a design with a quantitative approach. The population is 176 students of SMK Al-Ikhlash Panceng, the sample taken in this study is 20% of the population, namely 37 students. With data collection procedures in the form of questionnaires and documentation. Meanwhile, for the processing of the validity test data and the analysis technique using the product moment formula and simple linear regression formula. The results showed that the intensity of playing online games of students at SMK Al-Ikhlash Dalegan Panceng Gresik was in the "high" category with a percentage level of 37.8% of 37 students. The intensity of playing online games has a significant effect on the learning concentration of the students of SMK Al-Ikhlash Dalegan Panceng Gresik. The results of the study stated that the influence of the Intensity of Playing Online Games on Learning Concentration was 72.2%. with the value of Sig. shows a value of 0.000 which is smaller or below 0.05. which means that the intensity of playing online games has an influence on learning concentration.

Crime or crime is not a hereditary event (innate from birth, inheritance) nor is it a biological inheritance. Things that encourage someone to commit a crime, namely the inability to adjust economically (maladjustment) and ambitions that are not in accordance with abilities or can be called discrepancies. Modern society which is very complex fosters high material aspirations and is often accompanied by unhealthy social ambitions. For example, when someone wants branded goods such as a capital city artist but is unable to achieve it in a reasonable way, this will encourage someone to commit criminal acts. Criminal acts are actions that violate the rule of law and norms in society. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach. Bogdan and Taylor define qualitative research as research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. The results showed that the intensity of watching criminal shows on social media of class VIII-B students had a fairly high ratio or level. Based on research that at least respondents have watched criminal shows at least once a day, when once a day is done continuously, for days, the intensity will change to frequent. Likewise, students' interest in the use of social media.

Online learning is an alternative that can overcome problems in the conventional learning process during the covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to explain in detail how the condition of students' motivation in online learning during the covid-19 pandemic. Covid-19 has had a significant impact on the education sector. Thus, making students less active in conveying aspirations in their thoughts which will certainly have an impact on boring learning and there are shortcomings in its implementation. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of phenomenological research. Data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Sources of data used in the form of primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation (data display), conclusion drawing (verification). The validity check technique uses data source triangulation techniques. The results of this study can be concluded due to the current covid-19 all teaching and learning processes are transferred to online or distance learning. Over time the motivation of some students experienced a setback. Due to the long period of time and the facilities of some students who are not always adequate to support distance learning, this is the reason why some students have difficulty interpreting the material being studied, resulting in low student motivation and decreased grades in learning. Due to virtual learning which makes learning not optimal. It can be seen from the results of the study that the impact of online learning on learning motivation during a pandemic has positive and negative sides that can be taken.

This paper is motivated by the handling of terrorism which is considered to have not yet reaped maximum results. This is evidenced by the existence of the war against terrorism ranging from prosecution, law enforcement, deployment of officers to the execution of the death penalty. The purpose of this study is to find out about peace building with a holistic approach carried out by the Lingkar Peace Foundation in Empowering Former Terrorist Convicts as Counter-terrorism. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were all elements of the peace circle foundation, the government and several community leaders. Collecting data in this study using the method of observation, interviews, documentation. The technique used by the researcher is data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the research in this paper indicate that peace building with a holistic approach is carried out by the Lingkar Peace Foundation in Empowering Former Terrorist Convicts as Counter-terrorism, namely (1) internal group mechanisms, namely personality development, (2) intergroup mechanisms, namely between former terrorism convicts and other terrorism convicts and (3) outside (extra) mechanisms including the community and outside agencies. Furthermore, empowerment is carried out by various approaches, including the approach a). religion and ideology, b). psychology, c). P economics, (d). Socio-cultural, (e). law, (f). Politics, (g). technology and information. Keywords: Ex-convicts, Bina Damai, Counter Terrorism, empowerment Paper ini dilatar belakangi adanya penanganan terorisme yang dianggap belum menuai hasil yang maksimal. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan adanya perang melawan terorisme mulai dari penindakan, penegakan hukum, pengerahan aparat hingga eksekusi hukuman mati. tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui tentang bina damai dengan pendekatan holistik yang dilakukan oleh Yayasan Lingkar Perdamaian dalam Melakukan Pemberdayaan Terhadap Mantan Narapidana Teroris Sebagai Counter-terrorism. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh unsur yayasan lingkar perdamaian, pemerintah dan beberapa tokoh masyarakat. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan peneliti adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian dalam tulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa bina damai dengan pendekatan holistik yang dilakukan oleh Yayasan Lingkar Perdamaian dalam Melakukan Pemberdayaan Terhadap Mantan Narapidana Teroris Sebagai Counter-terrorism yaitu (1) mekanisme internal kelompok yaitu adanya pengembangan kepribadian, (2) mekanisme antar kelompok yaitu antara mantan narapidana terorisme dan narapidana terorisme lainnya dan (3) mekanisme di luar (ekstra) termasuk masyarakat dan instansi luar. Selanjutnya pemberdayaan dilakukan dengan berbagai pendekatan antara lain dengan pendekatan a). agama dan ideologi, b). psikologi, c). P ekonomi, (d). Sosial budaya, (e). hukum, (f). Along with the development of technology in this globalization era, it is very easy for humans to obtain information, one of which is getting information with access to the development of the k-pop world. The easier it is to get this information, it causes teenagers to become fanatical about their idols. As a result of the adolescent fanaticism, it causes the impact and attitudes of adolescent behavior. The causes are from drama series, music, fashion, artists, social media. No wonder if watching k-pop will have an impact and behavior on teenagers. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the impact of k-pop on adolescent fanatic behavior and how the attitude of fanatical behavior in adolescents. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of k-pop on adolescent fanatic behavior and to determine the attitude of fanatical behavior in adolescents. The research method uses a design with a qualitative approach and the type of research is a case study. The data collection procedure used is interviews. Checking the validity of the data carried out is observation and triangulation. The results showed that the subject had the same k-pop impact that was felt by each subject, some were the same and some were different and had gone through the same and different behavioral attitudes according to the intensity, values and attitudes, commitment of each subject.

Religious character is something that someone should have, especially for teenagers. One of the important parts of religious character for a teenager is carrying out religious deeds in everyday life. As is the case with the IPNU-IPPNU Ranting Bluri organization which is a religious-based organization, wherein the organization activities are carried out as a means as well as a forum for developing religious character for teenagers in the form of Jam'iyah Khitobah and Jam'iyah Tahlil Keliling activities which are carried out regularly every week. The formulation of the problem in this study, namely (1) the implementation of activities that can shape the religious character of adolescents (2) the factors that influence the formation of the religious character of adolescents in the IPNU-IPPNU Organization of the Bluri Branch through jam'iyah khitobah and jam'iyah tahlil in Bluri Village Solokuro Lamongan. This research uses a design with a qualitative approach and the type of research is a case study. The subjects in this study were active members of IPNU-IPPNU with a total of 4 people using a purposive sampling technique which aims to see how the process of carrying out activities that can shape religious character and what are the factors that influence the process of forming religious character in the IPNU-IPPNU Ranting Bluri Organization. . The instruments used in this research are interviews and observations that have been determined with a purposive sampling technique. Wetness checking of the data used is to increase persistence and triangulation. The results of this study are: 1) The process of forming adolescent religious characters in the jam'iyah khitobah activities are sholawatan, reading manaqib, learning speeches with Islamic themes. At jam'iyah tahlil around the activities are tahlilan, completing the Qur'an, praying in congregation, dhibaan, and giving alms. 2) internal factors and external factors.

keterampilan pengelolaan dokumen merupakan suatu keterampilan yang sangat penting pada era modern seperti saat ini, hal ini dikarenakan semakin pesatnya kemajuan teknologi yang terjadi pada segala bidang, Tidak terkecuali pada bidang pendidikan. Madrasah tsanawiyah sunan drajat, adalah lembaga formal yang berada di bawah naungan pondok pesantren alhamdulillah berbaur yang memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan di bidang pengelolaan dokumen. Hal ini didasarkan pada fasilitas lab komputer yang memadai serta antusiasme siswa dalam memperlajari teknik pengoperasian perangkat komputer, akan tetapi hal tersebut belum ditunjang dengan pendampingan yang dapat meningkatkan keterampilan siswa dalam pengoperasian perangkat komputer, terlebih pada keterampilan dasar pengelolaan dokumen. Melalui pendekatan asset based community development atau yang dikenal dengan metode ABCD,penggalian potensi bisa dilakukan secara maksimal dengan memperhatikan berbagai aspek yang terkait.Kegiatan pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pengoperasian komputer yang difokuskan pada pelatihan pengaplikasian Microsot Word bagi peserta didik. dengan adanya pelatihan tersebut peserta didik diharapkan dapat lebih memahami teknik pengoperasian microsoft word.
