Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), have a strategic role in Indonesia economy. This role is shown through data from Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs in 2019 which shows that MSMEs are able to absorb a workforce of 96.92% of the total number of MSMEs that reach 64 million with the contribution to National GDP reached 60.51%. Unfortunately, MSMEs still have several problems with different percentages including capital, 51.09%, marketing, 34.72%, raw materials, 8.59%, employment, 1.09%, transportation distribution, 0.22%, and others 3.93%. Referring to some of the problems mentioned above, the government established the 2022 Integrated Management of MSMEs as stated in the 2022 Government Work Plan. This research aims to explore the synergy of collaborative governance in increasing the contribution of MSMEs to national economic recovery. This effort is a form of collaborative governance that involves various stakeholders, namely the Regional Government, related Ministries/Institutions, BUMN, BUMD, and private off takers with the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs as the leading sector. This management is a form of integrated management in one central area which aims to increase added value and product competitiveness. The results of this research indicate that of the four variables in collaborative governance it is necessary to strengthen the institutional design variables.

Abstract

Notaries perform the operational duties of public officials authorized by the state to create authentic legal documents. One of the notary's functions is to provide fee waivers (honorarium) when the public who needs notary services can show evidence of poverty from authorized officials. This research aims to provide insight into the professional practices of notaries involved in corruption cases that harm the state. When a notary commits an irregularity in a deed that results in a criminal case, they must be criminally responsible for whatever they have committed. This research uses the normative juridical method, i.e. law in book research or literature study with statute, conceptual, historical, and system approach. A notary must be held accountable for a deed if it contains a criminal act. The responsibility is in the form of strict sanctions following the law's implementation with the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code. Notarial deeds that cause criminal cases have evidentiary power as deeds under the hand or become null and void as stipulated in Article 41 of the Notary Public Office Law.

Abstract

Employee well-being is crucial thing to performance and organizational success which has been studied extensively in the field of industrial and organizational psychology. Those employees with higher levels of well-being are less probable to quit and are typically more productive at the workplace. Therefore, the objective of this research is to examine the effect of several demographic factors on well-being such as life satisfaction among industrial female operators. There were 313 employees of an electronic component manufacturing company who participated in this research. A Life Satisfaction Scale consisting of five questions regarding the global cognitive evaluation of one's life was administered. The collected demographic factors were age, tenure, department or division, and dependents. The results indicated that tenure and marital status were related to life satisfaction. Those who are married and work longer in the company have a higher level of satisfaction than their peers. Meanwhile, the age, department, and dependents were not significant determinants of life satisfaction. Our research indicates the importance of implementing various strategies to improve life satisfaction, especially among newly recruited employees.
